02/05/2026: I ordered a buffalo mozzarella, which wasn't too bad, honestly. The problem is that the receipt says "Margherita €6 + buffalo mozzarella €4." So, the buffalo mozzarella costs €4? For a pizza that's on every pizzeria menu in Italy?
11/04/2026: Truly beautiful, with a fantastic view of the Prosecco hills. Highly recommended. The pizzas are truly delicious, made with high-quality ingredients. There's a wide selection, including the option to customize your pizza with your own toppings.
There's no shortage of other options featuring typical local products.
The wines and craft beers are excellent, and the staff is very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful.

27/03/2026: In Italy, a trattoria or restaurant cannot refuse you food without a legitimate reason, as it is a public establishment.
However, there are exceptions based on valid, objective reasons. Here are the details:
When the restaurateur CANNOT refuse you:
Discrimination: They cannot refuse you based on age (children), gender, race, religion, or political views.
Dress code: In general, entry cannot be denied for undesirable clothing (e.g., a tracksuit), unless specified reasonably and appropriately for the establishment.
"Uncomfortable" customers: They cannot refuse you simply because you are vegan, vegetarian, or have special dietary needs that cannot be accommodated, although courtesy is mandatory.
When the restaurateur CAN refuse you (Legitimate Reasons):
Full establishment: If there are no seats available.
Closing time: If the establishment is closing or the kitchen is closed.
Safety and Hygiene: If the customer poses a threat to safety (e.g., drunk, disruptive) or hygiene.
Failure to reserve (if required): If the restaurant requires a reservation and the customer hasn't made one, especially during peak hours.
What the law says:
Article 187 of Royal Decree No. 635/1940 (TULPS Regulation) establishes that managers cannot, without a legitimate reason, refuse to provide services to anyone who requests them and pays the price.
What to do in the event of an unjustified refusal:
If you believe the refusal is discriminatory or unfounded, you can call the local police to report the incident.
1 - An employee at this restaurant brought me a coffee WITHOUT EVEN having requested or ordered it. The manager of this restaurant subsequently dared to contact my employer for NOT drinking the coffee, telling him, "He is not OBLIGED to provide food," and to show him and his employees more respect. WHETHER I drink coffee or not IS MY BUSINESS, NOT YOURS. The only important thing is that you receive the €16 fee for the fixed-price menu. Therefore, whether I ORDER or NOT ORDER food is MY BUSINESS.
2 - The next time you mention my name, or my employer reports any comments you've made about me or anyone else who reports them to me, I will take legal action.
3 - Be very careful of the owner of this restaurant, he may very well show up at your workplace and talk to your employer, about your manners or even if you haven't finished all the food you ordered.

20/02/2026: For us at the Lions of the San Marco Fencing Academy, the "Il Gelato" ice cream shop in Vittorio Veneto has become a true must-visit at the end of the competitive season.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the selection of artisanal flavors is always incredible. After a competitive season of training and competitions, enjoying a gelato here is more than just a dessert: it's a moment of celebration, teamwork, and sharing that makes every end-of-season special.
05/12/2025: This gelateria is undoubtedly one of the best in Vittorio Veneto: every time I order a gelato, I'm already happy, and Filippo, with his joy and kindness, always manages to brighten my day and make the experience even more magical.
The only sore point, for me, is when the girl serves me. I often find her grumpy and unfriendly, and I've rarely seen her smile. I kept coming back, hoping to see her on a better day, but unfortunately, my impression has never changed.
A recent incident really struck me: a young girl asked what the flavor "dolce latte" was, and the answer came brusquely, almost annoyedly, simply "latte." I felt bad for her, because she didn't seem to know how to react. I, too, have had unpleasant experiences on other occasions, due, in my opinion, to a poor ability to communicate with customers.
It's a shame, because the gelato is excellent, and Filippo creates a truly welcoming atmosphere. I hope that over time the service will also become more consistent, thus perfecting an experience that already has so much potential.

19/03/2026: I was disappointed when I opened the box.
I got two takeout pizzas, one with buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and French fries.
The French fries were almost nonexistent, as were the cherry tomatoes, but at least the fries were scattered around.
The buffalo mozzarella was good, but the dough in the center was a little too thin; even a little bit risked breaking.
The taste was good, but if I get a pizza with toppings, I'd like it to be a real one.
06/02/2026: High prices that unfortunately aren't reflected in the quality.
For the umpteenth time, the pizzas arrived burnt and irregularly shaped, a sign of lack of care during preparation. It can happen once, but when it becomes a constant, it's a problem.
With these prices, I expect attention, controlled cooking, and a carefully crafted product, not something that seems rushed.
It's a shame, because my expectations were high, but they continue to be disappointed.

24/10/2025: Comfortable hotel located a couple of kilometers from the city center. The rooms were quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the room smelled wonderfully clean. The food was very good, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

14/04/2026: Aside from the beautiful location and good food, there's nothing to complain about, but the food was incredibly expensive and the quantity was truly meager! We left, at least the men who were still hungry. The service was poor and disorganized, and the bill was a whopping €75 per person! No receipt, just to see what and how much he charged us! The owner, who I'm not particularly fond of, but that's subjective. The assistant chef or something similar who came out toward the end of the meal shocked us: loud, shrill voice, a pissed-off, and rather nervous manner. She took our dessert order, sat down next to me, and then didn't even get it right, skipping some because they'd run out! Terrible experience!

14/04/2026: A farmhouse-style experience in a somewhat evocative location. What can I say? The owner is definitely part of the place's character and certainly knows how to balance his budget with above-average prices. For example, three snails on a bit of polenta for €12 seems excessive. The much-vaunted mule meat is absolutely tasteless, except for the addition of cinnamon and cloves during cooking, distorting the product itself. The Cinta Senese pork chop was good. I found the homemade wine to be of poor quality. Unfortunately, friendliness isn't enough. There are much more substantial local trattorias at more reasonable prices.
