For us at the Lions of the San Marco Fencing Academy, the "Il Gelato" ice cream shop in Vittorio Veneto has become a true must-visit at the end of the competitive season. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the selection of artisanal flavors is always incredible. After a competitive season of training and competitions, enjoying a gelato here is more than just a dessert: it's a moment of celebration, teamwork, and sharing that makes every end-of-season special.

This gelateria is undoubtedly one of the best in Vittorio Veneto: every time I order a gelato, I'm already happy, and Filippo, with his joy and kindness, always manages to brighten my day and make the experience even more magical. The only sore point, for me, is when the girl serves me. I often find her grumpy and unfriendly, and I've rarely seen her smile. I kept coming back, hoping to see her on a better day, but unfortunately, my impression has never changed. A recent incident really struck me: a young girl asked what the flavor "dolce latte" was, and the answer came brusquely, almost annoyedly, simply "latte." I felt bad for her, because she didn't seem to know how to react. I, too, have had unpleasant experiences on other occasions, due, in my opinion, to a poor ability to communicate with customers. It's a shame, because the gelato is excellent, and Filippo creates a truly welcoming atmosphere. I hope that over time the service will also become more consistent, thus perfecting an experience that already has so much potential.
