Fantastic burger, delicious pulled pork focaccia, and a beer with hints of licorice. Okay, beer. Oh, one wasn't enough, it was... very hot 😉
The garden is an oasis just outside Spresiano, very well-kept.
Large internal parking lot, Google Maps takes you right there.
Courteous service, excellent food, friendly staff, fantastic concert.

It has such a warm, welcoming, family-like atmosphere, everyone is genuinely kind and full of good energy. The food? Absolutely flawless. Delicious, authentic, and served at very reasonable prices. If you’re looking for a truly local experience that feels both comforting and memorable, this spot is a must-visit. Highly, highly recommend!
13/07/2025: Saturday evening dinner with a couple of my best friends. We went to this wonderful place in the hills with a beautiful view. We dined outside; on these mild days, it was even a bit chilly (we women had to cover up). For starters, there was a platter of mixed cold cuts that they advertise as serving two people, but in reality easily feeds four. I'd say the beef tagliata with vegetables was excellent. Mine was slightly overcooked, while my friend's was cooked perfectly. Never mind...it was still excellent (polished).
To finish, the tiramisu was simply divine! Don't miss it!
Coffee made exclusively with a moka pot! Amaro is provided.
Overall, the dishes were very generous and the prices were excellent. For everything we ate, we spent very little compared to other places.

31/08/2025: I was arrested there at a wedding and a dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming, the food good, and the service very good. I recommend it!
20/07/2025: We chose this place based on the reviews for a family dinner with a majority of vegetarians; we didn't find the usual "new" plant-based fare, but the goodness and authenticity of local cuisine! Especially the first courses were top-notch and tasted like home. Even the carnivore particularly enjoyed the tagliata. The terrace is quiet and the restaurant is well-maintained, yet not cloying.
The service deserves top marks above all else: truly 10/10.
The prices are absolutely in line with the market and the products offered. We'll definitely be back!

13/08/2025: Carletto is spectacular! Innovative dishes, but also traditional ones. Last night I had a cauliflower appetizer with three different textures, which was a delight! The wait staff were super friendly and helpful; if I could, I'd give them a sixth star. If you want to impress your guests, this is the place!
29/06/2025: Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende jederzeit top. Unser Essen, Tatar vom piemontesischen Rind,
Nudeln mit Lammragout und Tagliata vom Känguru, war alles super. Wir teilten uns die Portionen, um mehr probieren zu können. Das war für das Restaurant kein Problem.
Die Preise waren fair.
Parkplatz ist kein Problem, das Restaurant schön eingerichtet. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen.

24/05/2025: Nothing negative to say about it. We wanted sushi and we came here, from the outside it didn't really inspire me but as soon as we entered we were immediately greeted by the very kind staff who took care of us the whole evening and unlike many other sushi restaurants they worried about the little girl. Very good food, fantastic combinations between them, the place is not too big but still spacious and it also has seats outside and on a terrace, in addition to the seats inside and at the counter. The staff is FANTASTIC, I have never seen people so willing to work and make dinner enjoyable, outgoing and thoughtful. In 40 minutes we had already eaten about fifteen dishes. A sincere restaurant, I would very willingly return.

18/06/2025: A good restaurant with very friendly service and exquisite dishes. The Seafoot is freshly caught and expertly prepared. A wide selection of regional wines and Prosecco is available.
13/05/2025: I stayed here for one night for work. The structure is finely restored in rustic style, the details are very well cared for. I used the restaurant and I ate well. The rooms are clean and modern, especially in the bathroom the toilet and bidet. The rooms that overlook the street can be a bit noisy, even if the double glazing dampens the traffic a lot. I recommend it!

30/04/2025: I've been coming to this place every Friday for a few months, sometimes on other evenings too, especially when DJ Milillo is there, who in my opinion is the best, especially for the choice of music... he makes you want to go to the dance floor and let loose. The same goes for DJ Swa, DJ Ale and DJ Sansone.... As far as the food is concerned, it is truly top notch, always very well looked after and of high quality, and it is a very clean place. I also really like the target customers... and what about the service and the staff? The top always fast, very friendly, kind, helpful and always with a smile, especially Nicola and Marina
But the most important thing is the organization of all the themed evenings, especially the night of the stars curated by Giacomo Galiffi (the Mayor), they are always impeccable... He is a kind person and always available. I could continue with many other praises but I'll stop here because I absolutely recommend you go and you'll see for yourself, plus entry is free so you can come and go whenever you want.
It's just a shame that it is closed in the summer, if there was an outdoor garden in my opinion it would certainly be full given that in the summer there are no beautiful places like the New Garden.

20/06/2025: A very beautiful, rustic restaurant with a pleasant ambiance. The service was consistently friendly and attentive. The food was not only delicious but also attractively presented. An all-around successful visit – we'd love to come back!
