07/06/2026: Fantastic experience at Trattoria La Busa! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the kindest waiters, always smiling, professional, and attentive to our every need. The real highlight, however, is the cuisine: the meat is simply spectacular. From the tagliata to the ribs to the Florentine steaks, every bite literally melts in your mouth. Perfectly cooked, the highest-quality ingredients, and flavors that make you want to return again and again. For those who don't want to eat grilled food, I absolutely recommend the tagliolini with scallops and scampi, truly exceptional, as well as the fried fish, crispy and light. A special mention also goes to the breadsticks with lard: a true delight that wins you over from the first bite. A place where quality, service, and passion are evident in every detail. If you love good food, La Busa is a must-see. I'll definitely be back! ⭐️🍷🥩🦐

07/06/2026: Persuaded by the waitress, we ordered two rib-eye steaks, a 40-day-aged meat she said was very marbled and unusual because of the high fat content. She came back and told me they weighed 800g each, so we decided to just order one to taste, and would have ordered the second one if we hadn't. The rib-eye steak was full of connective tissue, lacking marbling, so much so that it was almost impossible to carve in some places, and we had to search for tiny bits of meat and fat that were almost unpleasant to the taste. As a result, we left three-quarters of the rib-eye steak on the plate and paid €64, a whopping €8 per 100g when a Florentine steak was selling for €6.50. Luckily, we only ordered one. No discount, despite our complaints.

09/05/2026: Finally, thanks to Alessia, I ate a Tartare to die for... the combination and balance of flavors was precise and refined... moreover, Willy amazed me with a perfectly cooked fillet... its softness was like butter...! Of course, I couldn't finish the evening with a soft and delicate tiramisu accompanied by an amazing sparkling wine....! Thanks again, Willy and Alessia.

02/04/2026: Small restaurant with excellent grilled specialties! Very friendly owner and welcoming atmosphere!

25/05/2026: Always everything delicious and the courtesy is top notch, it's a shame they removed those two first courses from the menu like they used to.
