07/06/2026: Fantastic experience at Trattoria La Busa! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the kindest waiters, always smiling, professional, and attentive to our every need. The real highlight, however, is the cuisine: the meat is simply spectacular. From the tagliata to the ribs to the Florentine steaks, every bite literally melts in your mouth. Perfectly cooked, the highest-quality ingredients, and flavors that make you want to return again and again. For those who don't want to eat grilled food, I absolutely recommend the tagliolini with scallops and scampi, truly exceptional, as well as the fried fish, crispy and light. A special mention also goes to the breadsticks with lard: a true delight that wins you over from the first bite. A place where quality, service, and passion are evident in every detail. If you love good food, La Busa is a must-see. I'll definitely be back! ⭐️🍷🥩🦐

07/06/2026: Persuaded by the waitress, we ordered two rib-eye steaks, a 40-day-aged meat she said was very marbled and unusual because of the high fat content. She came back and told me they weighed 800g each, so we decided to just order one to taste, and would have ordered the second one if we hadn't. The rib-eye steak was full of connective tissue, lacking marbling, so much so that it was almost impossible to carve in some places, and we had to search for tiny bits of meat and fat that were almost unpleasant to the taste. As a result, we left three-quarters of the rib-eye steak on the plate and paid €64, a whopping €8 per 100g when a Florentine steak was selling for €6.50. Luckily, we only ordered one. No discount, despite our complaints.

01/06/2026: Impeccable service, a very welcoming atmosphere, and excellent food. Special mention goes to the owner, William, who, like a good host, welcomes you into his "refuge" and makes you feel right at home. Everything was truly perfect!

25/05/2026: We've dined here several times. The meat is excellent. The Pichana is delicious, the grilled salami is very tasty, and the fried bread is excellent. Recommended for those who love meat and a quiet place.

29/06/2026: BAD, VERY BAD...no air conditioning. The owner (not the employees or manager) refuses to turn on the air conditioning by supreme order, even though they have it. It's 38°C outside and very humid. They invite us to sit outside in a concrete courtyard, but it's impossible to dine in those temperatures. The waiters and the manager apologized and were embarrassed by the lack of comfort. Sweaty and nervous from the heat inside the restaurant, but at the same time very polite to us, we opted for takeout. I would like to tell the owner/entrepreneur of this company that there is a limit to everything, and high performance in people only comes from the conditions needed to work as true professionals. But SAVING on air conditioning is essential 🤦🏻 Let's draw a line and do the math... we were two families, all unhappy and we no longer intend to go to that place (loss of customers), then let's add the staff who arrive exhausted and don't perform and leave... then they'll hire other bad guys and little by little no one comes in. So saving on air conditioning has only led to a loss of customers and maybe some staff. **Listen, owner... turn on the air conditioning and fill the place and in the evening count the cash register 😉 I'm attaching a photo with the windows open and the place EMPTY
