17/02/2026: WOW! A simple word to describe a fantastic evening, fantastic raw and cooked dishes, excellent white wine and what can I say, a welcoming owner and smiling and spectacular waitresses in the service attentive to the smallest detail, highly recommended.

05/02/2026: The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere. The service is spotless and fragrant, which is not a given. The service is 8/10, but could be improved a bit. The owner who came to the table to take our order was, in my opinion, a bit rude in answering a question about a wine. Regardless, there was a small hiccup with the wine served at the table and with the service of the main course; let's just say he was awkward. We started with a very tasty entrée, but I couldn't say what it was because it wasn't explained to us, but we deduced it was a soft polenta base with baby cuttlefish in squid ink. For appetizers, they served a selection of raw fish and a mixed fried fish platter with vegetables. Everything was excellent; the raw fish was incredibly fresh, the flavor of each fish on the plate was clearly distinct, and the fried fish was one of the best I've ever had. Crispy and not greasy. The first courses were two Gragnano spaghetti with lobster sauce. The flavor was excellent, too. My only complaint, however, was that the pasta was a little too al dente, and there was a touch too much pepper. The desserts were very good: a warm-centered chocolate cake and a tiramisu with coffee poured at the table. Again, the only complaint was that the hot coffee made the ladyfingers too crumbly. Absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the ingredients and the value for money. I'd definitely repeat the experience because, overall, it was a truly excellent dinner.

01/02/2026: After passing through Modena, here we are, passing through Florence. Fantastic atmosphere, food, and service. We met Fabio again, who explained each dish to us and served us with professionalism.

16/03/2026: Good value for money. The staff were very friendly. The room was large and clean. There were not enough shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. Breakfast could be improved. With an in-house kitchen, they could offer homemade desserts. There was a limited selection of savory/protein and gluten-free options. All in all, a pleasant experience.

22/02/2026: We decided to stay at the Hotel Colonna. We were a group of eight couples. When we entered the rooms, my boyfriend and I smelled a strong cigarette odor. The staff did us the favor of leaving our bags in the room, so we wouldn't have to leave them in the car while we went to explore Venice. They also recommended taking the tram and showed us where to park. We had asked about dinner and were told they offered typical dishes. Dinner cost €20 and included a choice of three first courses and three second courses. We were a bit disappointed: the pasta was overcooked and heavily seasoned, while the second courses were quite greasy. Overall, the first courses weren't very good. The dining room was quite clean and tidy. As for the rooms, some were clean and decently decorated, though not perfect. In another room, however, there was mold, hair on the floor, a lot of dust under the bed (at least four fingers deep), and cigarette butts thrown on the floor. The next day, Sunday the 22nd, we went downstairs for breakfast at 7:44. There was both a savory and sweet selection, including pre-packaged croissants. However, the pre-packaged cakes were too sweet. The waitress was very kind: we asked for a cappuccino and then a coffee, and she prepared them for us without any problems. Overall, the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Overall, the experience was decent, but there were some areas that could be improved, especially regarding the cleanliness of some rooms and the quality of the dinner.
