18/09/2024: What a lovely stay during our 10 day trek through the Dolomites! The food was PHENOMENAL and Stephen made us feel right at home in his lodge. Armando the chef was trained in fine dining in Milan and it really comes through with the food. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely stay at this lodge or plan to come for a delicious meal

30/08/2024: Traveling along the local trails on a MTB, I had already passed without stopping, appreciating the location and the very beautiful exterior. Today we stopped for a break and confirmed the tranquility and courtesy of the refuge and the beauty of the place.

16/08/2024: We arrived at the refuge from the direct Burz chairlift. We had a beautiful day. A place suitable for children. The food is great. We ate pasta with sauce and carbonara, cutlets with chips and a steak with burrata and porcini mushrooms. We ate divinely. I recommend this place to everyone, a real gem in the center of a spectacular mountain setting. Thanks to the very kind staff.

03/09/2024: Uncommon shelter. warm and welcoming interiors, multiple rooms where you can share aperitifs and dinners with friends. Large spectacular fireplace, wooden finishings with fine touches. Fixed DJ station, solarium with breathtaking views, outdoor swimming pool and indoor pool with fabulous windows. Honest prices, you can eat and drink everything from pizza to 3-finger steak, champagne and bubbles from everywhere and everywhere. Beautiful music in the background. Super recommended. One of the best in all of Trentino. Compliments. Fast and courteous service.

01/09/2024: onus to Silvano, who made the Fredarola a fantastic place, the entrance, the bathrooms, the cellar, the swimming pool, the bedrooms, the tables, the DJ room, all spectacular. Don Peppe is always ready with his cuts of meat always cooked to perfection. A piece of advice to Silvano: don't lose contact with the customer. Always smart, you're great

14/11/2024: Really pleasant location both inside and outside, beautiful view. I ate well by ordering mostly vegetarian dishes. Well organized service, excellent value for money. I was very satisfied.

26/10/2024: UTIA LA TAMBRA Very very close to our accommodation in #passocampolongo we discovered La Tambra, a refuge-restaurant at 1,875m of altitude with a brutal offer of flavors from Trentino-Alto. The place and the service won us over from the first minute. So much that we repeat (and it is not usual for us). We were able to try four dishes from their menu and all of them were spectacular: 🍵 orzotto ortica #curious 🥩 maiale ribs #incredible 🍗 wiener schnitzel #unclasico 🥗 salmon tartare #tasty Desserts: 🍦 tiramisu #sinpalabras 🍰 sachertorte #denuestrastartasfavoritas We were surprised by the taste of the wine by the glass from Lagrein Zemmer (DO Sudtirol)🍷 Thank you @utialatambra for the experience and we do not want to close the post without making a special mention of the young Italian who served us both nights, who made an effort to communicate with us in Spanish and was sincerely close, with recommendations and desire to help.
