30/07/2025: One night stay, spacious and clean rooms, decent sweet and savory breakfast, friendly staff, and the possibility of parking our motorcycles in the garage. Overall, a positive experience.

29/06/2025: We stayed there for two nights to hike and participate in the Lavaredo Ultra. It was fantastic! The fantastic starting point right at the Falzarego Pass made our stay even more enjoyable. The extremely friendly host and his family gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view! Thank you so much! We'll be back. ☺️

01/03/2025: Absolutely FANTASTIC place. Amazing atmosphere of the interior, wide selection of drinks, perfect snacks, both in terms of portion size and taste. A place run by a family - with heart. I sincerely recommend it!

09/02/2025: Our go to place for the week we where there, we went every afternoon to get drinks and appetizers, super nice atmosphere, cozy and friendly staff.

18/07/2025: We stopped here on our motorbike for a lunch and coffee break, escaping the rain. We tried two types of pizza, which were excellent, but their homemade tiramisu blew me away.

17/07/2025: The blonde waitress works there as a punishment. She's sad and rude. She should be working at funerals, but not with people, because it's clear and audible that she doesn't like either people or this job. I asked her if there was a store nearby (I meant a grocery store to buy some water for the room), and she screamed at the top of her lungs that there's no shopping in this town. It's out of this world. She serves food like it's for animals. Besides, she kicked out the Poles at the next table to replace them with Italians, who were served first, while everyone else waited while the waitress kept leaving the restaurant and talking on the phone. The food was average, really average. So if you want to be devastated by the service and customer service, this is the place to be. The spinach was glutinous with a microscopic amount of bacon and nuts. Inedible. And I only came back because you were the only place open at 4 PM in the entire city. And to answer your lies: There was no question if everything was okay. The lady came to take our order with obvious impatience, then asked again if we wanted coffee, and after answering no, she charged us something without giving us the bill twice. And the Poles next to us arrived with us. Much later than the Italians, so that's another lie. Looking at the many negative reviews about the service and food, I see I'm not the only one disgusted by the very poor service.

09/07/2025: Nobody cared about us neither at the bar or after we sitted down to a table. After 10 minutes we left.

15/02/2025: Ho pranzato in questo rifugio con la mia famiglia un sabato di febbraio! Siamo stati fortunati perché siamo riusciti a Prenotare la vip stube, che è qualcosa di fantastico ! Servizi cortese e veloce, piatti buonissimi e atmosfera rilassante, e anche un po’ chic! Noi abbiamo preso le tagliatelle al ragù di cervo e un tiramisù ! Fantasmagoriciiii! Prezzo adeguato alla qualità del servzio ! Molto consigliato

10/02/2025: Czekalismy 20 min na stolik. Potem czekaliśmy 35 min żeby złożyć zamówienie. Przy zamówieniu bikt nie wspomniał o oczekiwaniu na pizzę .. wszyscy zdążyliśmy zjeść a dziecko nie miało pizzy .. poprosiliśmy kelnera 4 x .. powiedział że już idzie , potem 5 raz powiedział że pizza is coming.. potem E będzie za 2 min … i czekaliśmy jeszcze 15 min.. 2 godziny nas zatrzymali na zwykłej pizzy.w Italy??? Czy to się może zdarzyć w restauracji gdzie coperto 3€?? I rozumiem że może być opóźnienie w kuchni… ale klient musi być o tym poinformowany.

22/07/2025: It makes you wonder how such places can exist...Service was a solid six. The wait was endless despite very few customers. The service just seemed so unmotivated when they were there. The portions were pretty outrageous considering the prices. I would never go there again.

20/07/2025: On a Sunday in July, after a walk, we stopped for a coffee and a sweet tooth. The facility is undoubtedly beautiful, spacious, and well-kept. The staff was quite friendly. Despite the refuge being practically empty, we waited a full 45 minutes for a portion of Kaiserschmarren, all for a whopping €22. We won't be returning!
