04/05/2026: Il Bar Bianco... My go-to place since I was little, and my grandfather would split the ricotta basket because it was "too big" for me.
Now I eat it all, and the flavor has remained the same.

09/05/2026: Really lovely pizza! so good we had it two nights in a row. The Nutella dessert pizza is a really creative addition to the menu and was really yummy. We got it all to takeaway but even then the staff who served us were so friendly and chatty I wish we sat down to eat in the restaurant! Thanks for making our stay in Spert even more enjoyable.

23/04/2026: We had a great time: spacious, level pitches, quiet during rest hours, and all the comforts for our camper. Sinks for dishes, hot and clean showers, and proximity to the lake.
We also had the opportunity to enjoy the restaurant's kitchen, which served excellent, tasty dishes, and order takeout pizza. The staff was friendly and attentive.
The only flaw, if we could find one, was the gray water drains, which required a little extra work to get the right size.
Otherwise, everything was perfect.

06/05/2026: We stopped here for lunch. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff and delicious food and drinks. The ice cream is made on the premises from their own herd. Coffee was first class as well.

11/05/2026: We tried it for an aperitif before dinner, again in Cansiglio, and it was a great experience. Nestled in the Cansiglio forest, you'll find select bottles of Cremant (at the perfect temperature for a proper refrigerator) and other classic method specialties, as well as quality Prosecco and satisfying red wines. The owner is professional and courteous. The decor is traditional, featuring wood accents (with a few slightly standardized paintings).
03/05/2026: We went for dinner. The atmosphere was quaint and welcoming. The service was fast and attentive. The food was excellent. Well done.

11/12/2025: I was at lunch, the service was disappointing. I asked for glasses for water and they never arrived. The waiters (so to speak) were not all complete for what we ate (10 people). Starters, three platters, 10 first courses, 5 second courses, three desserts, five coffees. I paid €400 and it's not worth it.
06/12/2025: We visited on a Sunday and a Saturday in December. Sunday was busier, Saturday much quieter; however, the service was exquisite and attentive on both occasions, with a different menu each time and truly excellent, both the meats (especially the goat and donkey) and the homemade tagliatelle and gnocchi.
A spectacular location with a fabulous view of the surrounding mountains.
A special mention for the ricotta cake (you'll want to wrap your head around it), and for the convenient changing table in the lovely, warm bathroom.
