10/01/2025: The reviews attributed to this pizzeria are highly misleading. Let's go in order: - small pizza, very burnt edge and thin, dry dough, as if it were a biscuit. The worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life. Luckily it's cheap; - unlike normal pizzerias where you go to have a smile and a chat, here you have to speak in a low voice because "you try to keep the volume low". In fact, the waiter reprimanded us with these words after hearing laughter coming from our table. Incredible, we were almost screaming. Obviously, it ruined the atmosphere of conviviality with which we had headed there; - old rooms, an area of ​​the room that is practically dark. Distressing, although this is the minor problem. In a nutshell, we went once to try, never again. A little tip: have a laugh that's good for your heart.

15/12/2024: Al momento della prenotazione per le 19,30 ci avevano già specificato che il tavolo andava liberato entro le 21,00, non serviva ribadirlo scortesemente appena seduti al tavolo. Mozzarella senza lattosio non disponibile, abbiamo chiesto una proposta alternativa e visto la scocciatura della cameriera ripiegato su una pizza bianca con gorgonzola e noci…gorgonzola inesistente quindi il risultato è stato una pasta di pizza asciutta, secca e impossibile da tagliare con la forchetta. Scortesia, poca disponibilità e zero empatia.. Non ci torneremo mai più.

20/02/2025: Frequentavo il rifugio Incisa da molti anni ma non ero ancora andato dopo il cambio di gestione, anche perché chi c'era tornato non ne era rimasto entusiasta. L'aggiunta di Lodge al nome non giustifica l'incremento di prezzo che abbiamo riscontrato. Il locale è più o meno sempre lo stesso, piccoli cambiamenti visibili a chi lo conosceva prima che però non valgono il raddoppio dei prezzi. I piatti possono essere pure rinominati e rivalutati ma sono sempre gli stessi e a nostro parere di qualità inferiore.

17/12/2024: Sono stata a pranzo all'osteria del Bevitore con un'amica che frequenta spesso questo locale e da sempre me ne parla benissimo. Non posso che confermare la mia soddisfazione, sia per quanto riguarda il locale sia per quanto riguarda il menu. In particolare ho apprezzato l'ottima qualità delle materie prime, accompagnata da un'accurata presentazione dei piatti. Abbiamo ordinato come antipasto crostini con lardo davvero ottimi: pane caldo e croccante al punto giusto e lardo ottimo, delicato e saporito allo stesso tempo. Come secondo abbiamo ordinato due tagliate: carne ottima e tenera e contorni top, sia la peperonata sia il radicchio ai ferri. Un apprezzamento anche nei confronti del proprietario: persona molto dedita al suo locale, alla ricerca della qualità e alla soddisfazione del cliente.
