30/06/2026: This place is always a sure thing! The cured meats are top-notch, and the pairings are satisfying! It's a shame it's so hot in the place, despite the air conditioning, but it was a scorching hot day and it was hard to escape. I definitely want to return in the fall for a full tasting with a couple of beers to go with it!

27/03/2026: On a school trip, we didn't know how to feed 29 kids... our chaperone gave us his name. Pizzas, sandwiches, and fries, delivered perfectly. Excellent pizza, great dough. Simone, who brought everything for us, was very kind.

25/01/2026: As they say, "a botta sicura" (a sure thing); the French fries are worth the trip, but don't underestimate the rest; even a simple appetizer of cold cuts shows a careful selection of the finest ingredients. Strangozzi are homemade, as are the desserts. A proper wine list is lacking.
11/01/2026: We have been stopping to eat at this restaurant for years when we travel to Norcia and everything is always perfect.

30/01/2026: Excellent gluten-free pinsa, and the supplì and fried mozzarella balls are also noteworthy.
24/01/2026: I went for lunch with a group of 50 people.
The waiters and the owner were very kind.
They gave us seconds when we asked, even though we had the fixed price.
The appetizers, fried food, and the first course were delicious, all plentiful. 😀

15/05/2026: We discovered this pizzeria by chance while wandering around on vacation (it was near a farmhouse that recommended it to us). Of all the pizzas I've ever tasted, as a pizza lover, it's definitely the best Roman one: fine, well-made, with unique flavors without being overpowering. It's a shame I don't live nearby to go there once a week.

14/07/2025: Tornati dopo oltre un anno di assenza dal ristorante 9Cento,non possiamo che confermare quanto di positivo detto precedentemente. Ottimi piatti per fattezza e qualità,buona proposta dalla cantina e servizio efficiente e discreto. Buona anche la focaccia al prosciutto(per noi una novità) che hanno mangiato i bambini

27/06/2025: La pizza (una bufalina) sembra una pizza a padellino o “deep pan pizza” britannica, quindi può anche non piacere.
A me non è dispiaciuta anche se avrei preferito un po’ di mozzarella calda in più; la bufala era solo fredda (gusti personali).
Il dolce è stato una cheesecake fredda sicuramente molto rivisitata, ma probabilmente la cosa migliore della serata. Buona scelta di birre.
09/05/2025: Qualità prezzo non in linea. Servizio stra lentissimo. Per una pizza si attende più di un’ora- ora e mezza senza comunicazione o avvertimento. Prezzi molto alti per ciò che viene servito. Mai più.

12/03/2025: La nostra esperienza al Baio è stata semplicemente perfetta!
Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di mio padre e, grazie al proprietario Filippo, al maître di sala Andrea, lo Chef Manuel e allo staff straordinario, la serata è riuscita alla perfezione.
Tutti sono stati incredibilmente gentili, professionali e disponibili, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e speciale.
Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con attenzione, rendendo la nostra festa unica e indimenticabile. Per non parlare dell’ottimo cibo!
Un grazie di cuore per aver reso questa serata così magica e per aver contribuito a creare ricordi che porteremo sempre con noi!
Consigliamo vivamente questa location a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza davvero speciale!

13/08/2025: Beautiful place, spectacular pool and view, breathtaking sunsets. The owner, Marzio, is a wonderful person, humble, and always ready to solve any problems. The apartments are spacious and air-conditioned, and there's a huge grill available for use in the shared garden. See you soon.
02/08/2025: Our stay at Poggiolo was simply wonderful, with breathtaking views and a super peaceful atmosphere, ideal even for the little ones.
The rooms were clean and well-equipped, as were the common areas (including the outdoor pool). I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative vacation surrounded by nature, with relaxation, beautiful sunsets, and absolute peace.
