07/04/2024: We stopped for a quick stop after a long trip without many expectations but Pappami turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Informal environment, variety of menus, free water from the vending machine.... top.... courteous staff. And the edible dish? A genius... I honored a really tasty Venere rice with courgettes and prawns.

04/02/2024: After the trip to the square, we bought a great coffee and dessert to take away :) possibility to sit outside in front of the shop window with goodies. Price for coffee, limo, strudel and chocolate croissant approx. 160 CZK.

02/03/2024: La pizza è molto buona e la consiglio a tutti mentre per il resto non vedo un buon livello.Ho ordinato un polipo con le patate e quest’ultime oltre ad avere un brutto aspetto erano anche surgelate.Ottimo il servizio per via della velocità di fare arrivare i piatti in tavola e i camerieri sono molto esperti.Solo per la pizza ci ritornerò.A presto.

I called because this restaurant/inn has an agreement with wonderbox (link: https://www.wonderbox.it/un-soggiorno-gustoso-presso-la-locanda-del-bel-sorriso-vicino-a-trento/a/ A8EU11/recipientActivityView?isDcsOpenValue=false&dcsNumber=94679357145&isActivityUpsell=false). The lady - who promptly responded to the call directly with "tell me" - immediately said that they didn't have an agreement (so far so good). When I advised her to remove the ad on the Wonderbox website she replied "keep the advice for yourself" in an arrogant tone and ended the call. I hope this report is helpful to anyone wondering how it feels to deal with the staff at this place. Maybe it was just this employee who was the rudest element (I hope that's the case)

16/03/2024: Siamo stati in questa struttura una notte. La proprietaria è una persona gentile e paziente, pure troppo… il personale della struttura è maleducato e strafottente. Anche se ti approcci con gentilezza ed educazione l’atteggiamento resta lo stesso. Ristorante niente di che, mangi. Le camere sono semplici ma carine, tipiche di montagna. Purtroppo un po’ troppe scale e corridoi che conducono ad altre scale. Con del nuovo personale questa struttura farebbe un gran salto di qualità.

17/03/2024: Cucina tradizionale trentina in location tipica e raffinata. Ottima qualità dei piatti, presentazione eccellente. La sfera magica spicca tra i dessert e vale sicuramente un assaggio. Servizio attento e staff cortese. Menzione speciale per il cameriere Bernardo, molto gentile e professionale.

17/03/2024: servizio rapido (10 min per due pizze), pizza buonissima, ingredienti saporiti, e staff molto piacevole. poco meno di 25€ a testa per pizza, calice di vino e dolce (diviso in due) consigliatissimo
