Typical Tuscan dishes but also various fish options. Elegant without being pretentious, the place is a perfect balance between tradition and refinement, with a warm atmosphere and attention to detail. The service is attentive, discreet and friendly. Sergio is always ready to accommodate every request and make his customers feel at home.
10/05/2025: Owner and staff very kind, friendly and helpful. We arrived in Monteriggioni in the early afternoon just after 2pm, even though it was late they cordially welcomed us for lunch. Excellent cuisine with quality products. Sergio the owner kindly managed to reserve a table for us in the evening of the same day despite the full reservations for dinner (same day). Highly recommended. Franco and Maura

Osteria Bottega dell'Abate

20/05/2025: A Google search led us to this restaurant, and we were rewarded.
The food was delicious and beautifully presented.
The dishes and wines are primarily regional. The service is very attentive and friendly.
We highly recommend this osteria.
A family celebration was taking place in the same room as us, but otherwise, it was probably not very busy due to it being a Tuesday.
11/05/2025: Very nice and well looked after place, basic traditional cuisine but with modern dishes, good selection of wines and excellent value for money, an excellent Tuscan Osteria that looks to the modern. Very attentive service
