10/12/2025: Unique and endless rudeness.
I stopped in for a quick coffee, and was treated by the barista with a rudeness I hadn't seen in a long time. Cold responses, just glances and raised eyebrows, and when it came time to pay, she literally slammed my change on the counter, without even trying to hide it.
I haven't had any dealings with the others, but I hope it's an isolated incident and that the rest of the staff is at least more polite.
Credit where credit is due, the coffee wasn't bad. I ordered decaf, which is often hard to find.
Fair prices, €1.20 for a 10-calorie drink.
The atmosphere itself is quite nice, although you can feel the coldness of the place just by opening the door.
Horrifying. I strongly advise against it.

11/08/2026: Prato's historic pastry shop and bar. Their Bongo con cialda (a wafer con bongo) is a must-try.
28/07/2026: Shameful! For a teaspoon of lactose-free milk in your coffee, 60 cents more; today, lactose-free milk costs the same as any other. There were a few people at the counter getting coffee, and the barista, whose face I couldn't even see, was shouting at me while she was making coffee, "What do you have?" I obviously couldn't start shouting at people to tell them I wanted a lactose-free macchiato. And she told them I didn't have a microphone. The atmosphere is nice but dirty... not enough staff for all those people.

17/04/2026: Welcoming, well-maintained, and with a quality that's evident from the aroma as soon as you enter. The desserts are prepared with great care, from the freshest creams to the light, fragrant puff pastry. The cannoli, in particular, are a real surprise: crispy, rich, with a balanced, never cloying filling.
