04/01/2025: We have been visiting Volterra in summer and tried different restaurants in the area, this is one of the best places we have eat (been there several times) with a great selection of food and friendly staff.

12/11/2024: Perfect hotel for a trip to Tuscany, it is isolated from the towns, it has fantastic views, an impressive sunset, the hotel has all the services, we rented some bikes and they gave us some electric ones, the landscapes that we saw on the route were spectacular. by bike 😍. They also did a wine tasting for us in their wineries (25 minutes by car). The breakfast was very complete and good, we had lunch and dinner there too, the homemade food, the pasta was great, we tried almost the entire menu and all the dishes were delicious, The prices were not expensive, the facilities were very correct, they gave us a room with magnificent views, a comfortable bed, we highlighted the excellent treatment of all the staff ☺️, we They treated us like kings, they made us feel very comfortable at all times, it is a unique hotel that you should definitely go and enjoy.

16/01/2025: The pappardelle with duck ragù turned out to be nothing resembling a ragù, the meat was shredded and there were little bones in the sauce. I refrained from ordering anything else. Yes, I was wrong, it wasn't pappardelle but lean ravioli always with duck ragù
