18/05/2025: Total disappointment, especially for the bill We went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday, but unfortunately the experience was far from expectations. The service was neglected: the cake was "thrown" on the table, without being served to the guests. But the real reason why I am writing this review is the management of the bill, which was surreal. We had agreed with the birthday girl, before going to pay, to split it Roman style. When I asked politely, I was not understood. After several attempts, I was told (very quickly) to ask the birthday girl how to proceed, because "they were busy". In the end I managed to pay by card, but there was another mix-up: I was told that the payment had not gone through, when in reality the charge had already been made. Only thanks to the control on my transactions did I avoid a double payment. No apologies, no goodbyes. An unpleasant experience from every point of view. We definitely won't be back, as they have so much to do, we don't want to disturb.

18/03/2025: Ci sono tornato dopo un po' di tempo, mi ero un pochino preoccupato perché le ultime recensioni davano a intendere che era peggiorata la qualità del prodotto. A memoria mia, non ho trovato differenze, mi sembrano lo stesso prodotto e le stesse persone dell'altra volta. Un po' caro, 7 euro per la pizza margherita è sopra la media, ma vedo che di lavoro ne hanno, clienti ne hanno, quindi posso smentire le recenti recensioni negative.

Having noticed the frustration, I say that if this represents a problem we can also do takeaway, to which I am told: "no, no, come along, but it's not like it's 11, eh?". Now, I say, a customer for years and we have always turned a blind eye, once because I order a gluten-free pizza and it is delivered to me with gluten (I have celiac disease), but luckily, recognizing the dough, I eat a bite and immediately inform the pizzeria that he immediately takes care to prepare me a gluten-free pizza, a second time we ask to sit down, I admit that time it was 9.30 pm, they make us sit but always almost in ways that seem to do you a favor, a third time whoever comes when taking the order at the table he speaks in a polemical tone for a change requested while ordering. I am aware that working for the public is exhausting, I myself have been working there for 20 years, but yesterday's episode was the straw that broke the camel's back. Evidently the methods should be reviewed and we should be aware that competition exists. Last night we were welcomed and pampered in another pizzeria in Viareggio and you apparently lost only 2 customers, but also all those that a celiac customer brings with her when she goes to eat in a pizzeria that also offers gluten-free

I would like to make a note to manage the bathroom you need qualified people in the sector, not improvised people.. To make money you need qualifications.. Then Giorgio became Boring he wants to be nice one time he says yes and another no.. It's not good, learn one of the ways.. We won't go back there anymore. Until we meet again.

10/09/2024: In the photo grilled calamarata and tuna. Good quality-price. Too bad the music in the piano bar was a little loud. It would be advisable to have a menu with prices so you can choose calmly. Kindness and courtesy of the waitress who served us!

20/04/2025: Surprising place. Really great food. Kis had a lasagne, adults had gnocci with langoustine and risotto di mar, I had the polpa which was amazing. Service was great. The location is really nice with a kids park and the long beach.

02/02/2025: Located on the seafront promenade, this restaurant has a refined environment with attention to the smallest details. The menu is mostly fish which is offered with tasty, simple dishes revisited in a gourmet key by the Chef (I also recommend the Foie Gras) while the The owners who are in the room guarantee an exceptional welcome service and will be able to advise you on wines as they are expert sommeliers.

12/05/2025: Food was okay in a pinch, we appreciated they had paninis, as no other kitchens were open on the strip. Unfortunately, the staff openly laughed at us as we ordered and had no patience for American tourists and charged extra. We paid 20 euro for two panini, two spritz, and one water. We then ordered two spritz and were asked to pay another 20 euro. We did not go back.

I was genuinely surprised that in a world where everything goes viral, someone would dare not even say “Hi” or acknowledge customers. Don’t waste your time here—just walk next door to Galliano, where you feel welcome the moment you pass by. Bravo… Well done on the ignorance.
