12/07/2026: The place is very pleasant, the staff friendly. We ordered the Maremma tortelloni with butter and sage, the Cinta Senese rib eye steak, and the fillet garnished with Cinta Senese lard. They greeted us with an excellent lard bruschetta. The meat was tender and flavorful, truly excellent. It's a shame the lard on the fillet didn't seem very fresh. We'd happily return, though.

06/08/2026: We had an absolutely perfect evening at Ristorante Rosmarino! Even upon arrival, the restaurant's stunning location amidst the vineyards, with its spectacular panoramic views of the Tuscan hills, is breathtaking. The ambiance on the covered terrace and in the idyllic garden is simply magical. The restaurant also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of cuisine: The homemade tagliatelle and gnocchi al ragù are fantastic, the colorful selection of crostini as a starter is a true delight, and the traditional cinghiale in umido (wild boar) is melt-in-your-mouth tender and perfectly seasoned. Everything tastes wonderfully fresh and authentic. Special praise goes to the service: Our waitress was incredibly friendly, attentive, and extremely patient – ​​even when advising us on dishes and fulfilling our requests. From the very first moment, you feel warmly welcomed and in excellent hands. If you're looking for honest, fantastic Tuscan cuisine in a dreamlike setting, this is the place for you.
