31/08/2025: A terrible experience, not because of the food but because of the behavior. On the last night of my vacation, I booked a table for four people two days in advance, specifying that I would arrive at 8:30 PM instead of 8:00 PM (they offer two seatings, the first at 8:00 PM and the second at 10:00 PM). They asked me and gave them my cell phone number in case they needed to make any changes.
I showed up regularly at the scheduled time of 8:30 PM and discovered that my table had been given away for a no-show at 8:15 PM. They didn't even call to confirm my arrival.
They then asked me to come back in half an hour, and I reluctantly agreed to wait until 9:10 PM (despite having two girls under 14), when they gave me a table inside in a cramped, isolated room next to the kitchen and the cash register. Outside, empty tables were waiting for customers at 9:30 PM (a different time than usual).
I gave up my table and left disappointed by the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff. Given the situation, although they apologized, they were careful to escort me out so as not to create any embarrassing situations inside the restaurant (I would never have caused a scene, but their behavior was clearly intended to prevent one).
The restaurant is popular in Favignana, but their professional behavior probably doesn't live up to the good food they offer.
A very negative experience.

27/08/2025: A top-notch restaurant! We returned two nights in a row because the dishes were truly exceptional. Everything was delicious, but the cheesecake is absolutely worth trying: spectacular! The owner is incredibly kind, and the waiters are always smiling and helpful. A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended!

28/07/2025: Consigliato da amici, ci siamo fermati a pranzo in un caldo pomeriggio di luglio. Arancini e panini di ottima qualità, prezzi nella media, servizio veloce e disponibile. Complimenti al titolare per la creatività e l'abbinamento dei prodotti. Molto consigliato.

25/08/2025: The restaurant is located on a side street lined with many restaurants and shops near the town square, making it easily accessible even for those arriving from the port area.
Inside, you'll find, in addition to bread, a wide variety of snacks, something for everyone.
For me, it's my go-to place for buying the traditional "pane cunzatu" to take to the beach, as I do every year.
It's so big that I can easily stay on the beach until late at night.
The staff is friendly and fast.

This is the response I received from a girl working inside the bar after asking her to open her umbrella because her table was in the sun and was the only one available.
Also pointing out that all the other umbrellas were open...
Really rude staff.
08/09/2025: Fresh fish! Eight of us were here and had such a great meal! Thanks to the team.

22/06/2024: Il panorama al tramonto sul mare è suggestivo, utile il servizio navetta (non ne abbiamo fruito ma al ritorno ci siamo persi tra le vie strette tra le campagne). A livello di cibo si fanno strapagare piatti per la gran parte composti da pesce congelato... a Favignana è tristissimo strapagare un primo fatto di gamberetti congelati di qualità bassina. Unico piatto che ai nostri commensali è piaciuto è stato li stinco di maiale . Il resto davvero triste... e carissimo.

19/09/2024: Enttäuschung pur...Cocktailbar ausgezeichnet aber einen Mojito ohne Rohrzucker und 3 Minzblättchen anzubieten ist eine Frechheit für fast 10€. Schmeckte wie ein Fertiggetrönk vom Aldi....sorry NoGo

12/10/2024: Quick tasty fried food! Really lovely owners and yummy food at a great price. We had the chicken and chips and fish and chips and really enjoyed it. We’ll be back again before we leave the island.
22/09/2024: Rosticceria dove solo dopo l'ordine il cuoco prepara quanti hai ordinato. Niente di cucinato precedentemente. Pietanze curate e fatte con amore. Merita veramente un passaggio, pardon, un assaggio. A qualche decina di metri dalla piazza .

08/06/2025: Più informale di così non si può. Il posto è mozzafiato. All’arrivo in macchina, lui, Robertino, ci ha lasciato parcheggiare in un terreno a lui vicino. Dopo un bagno spettacolare ed una scalata su per le cave, non potevamo non fermarci. Robertino era a raccogliere capperi, quelli che poi ci ha fatto mangiare in un Pane Cunzatu che io ho fatto fatica a terminare, tanto che era grande e farcito.
Subito consigliato ad altri amici sull’isola che a loro volta hanno consigliato altri. Andateci e poi mi dite

Praticamente il posto sembra una discarica. Una vera mortificazione per il contesto meraviglioso di Cala Rossa. Una amministrazione sana non permetterebbe nulla del genere.

14/05/2025: Il locale è nella piazza centrale ed è molto carino, personale molto alla mano e disponibile. Abbiamo provato un antipasto e preso due pizze. È una pizza particolare, impasto croccante e farcita in maniera più che generosa. Tutto molto buono, prezzi nella media per Favignana
10/05/2025: Siamo molto contenti di aver trovato questo locale, i ragazzi della sala sempre allegri e solari e sempre pronti ad aiutarci.
Il loro menù e qualcosa di unico, varia da antipasti come: la parmigiana di melanzane revisionata, le polpette di baccala, con l`impanatura perfetta accompagnate da varie salse, a primi che ti lasciano senza parole come: pacchero con tonno, olive emulsione di mandorle e polvere di cappero, che e stata una bomba di gusto. I secondi altrettanto spaziali merluzzo in pastella con nero di seppia adagiato su vellutata di mare, magnifico e direi poco. Oltre a essere tutto veramente buonissimo, Abbiamo anche notato che tutti i piatti che uscivano erano tutti curati nei minimi dettagli.
Insomma è stata un esperienza davvero magnifica e unica da rifare sicuramente!! Per chi va a Favignana non può non passare dal Ristorante Vecchio Stile. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a fare le foto perché la voglia di tuffarci subito e a sapore tutto è stata più forte dell'attesa. Bravissimi ragazzi continuate così
