01/04/2024: In front of the island of Portopalo you can taste traditional seafood dishes but revisited according to current trends and tastes. The staff are lovely and accommodating. I recommend a visit if you are passing through those parts.

17/02/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo in questa graziosa locanda e abbiamo ricevuto una splendida accoglienza. Il proprietario Antonio ci ha fatto sentire a casa e Maria ci ha deliziato con i suoi piatti. Piatti cucinati con amore e davvero squisiti, dall'antipasto al dolce.
Se dovessimo ripassare ci torneremo sicuramente.
Consigliatissimo.

04/05/2024: Awesome place. Very beautiful inside if you want to have a dinner.
I have ordered only cocktail and Espresso on the bar. Big appeciation to the barmen and all the personal! You must visit this place when you travel to Ortigia!

07/04/2024: The obligatory stop to start enjoying the beauty of the island of Ortigia, well-kept environments, panoramic veranda and impeccable service, the beauty of a coffee in front of the temple of Apollo kissed by the sun is priceless.
The almond granita is a must, but ask Michael and Paolo and they will be able to advise you best on their specialties.

02/04/2024: A little jewel in a beautiful town outside Catania. Family run business with excellent service. Helene and her family were amazing and very friendly with us.
The deserts were out of this world and very reasonably priced. Very worth the visit and would highly recommend coming here.
Molto Buono - a very fitting sentence.

24/02/2024: Everyone was very friendly and made no effort to understand my simple Italian. Prices are okay and quality is top. The pistachio ball is particularly recommended - tastes better than a portion of pistachio ice cream and is a great lunch snack. The strawberry boat is made with real wild strawberries - where can you get that other than Carlentini.

Notre serveuse était très avenante.
Le seul vin (sicilien) à la carte était délicieux, par contre nous n’avons vraiment pas aimé la cuisine… entrée et plat de mon mari vraiment très salé, et moi j’ai pris les ravioles (pates hyper épaisse et totalement crue). Pour couronner le tout 4€ de service par personne (que nous avons vu mentionnés nulle part avant, peut être qu’on est passé à côté mais du coup ensemble très cher pour une qualité très moyenne)

05/04/2024: Probably the best cannoli in Sicily; definitely, the very best in Siracusa.
They crunchy shell is filled right before serving (as it ought to be done) with a soft, unctuous ricotta that will melt in your mouth. This place might not be close to the trendiest places, but it's worth the visit.
