18/12/2023: In una Messina stranamente deserta proviamo questo bar dopo una ricerca su internet. Puntiamo dritto alle granite e nonostante il mese invernale troviamo disponibili 6 gusti…io opto per una nocciola e pistacchio con panna che mi lascia letteralmente sbalordito…PAZZESCA!!! Ovviamente accompagnata da una “brioscia” sofficissima.

03/04/2024: Delicious pizzas, you can also choose the dough, low price compared to the quality of the pizza, vegan and vegetarian options, very broad menu including side dishes, starters, burgers etc. Very nice location, and excellent service, I will definitely return.

17/03/2024: We had pizzas and salads and some chicken and everything was so tasty and so melting in our mouths - just the right amount of flavors, the right quantity for a portion, the right colors. The staff was friendly and the service was fast and clean. Premium food, venue and services in affordable prices.

27/03/2024: What to say about "la Pinseria", a very nice place to eat, phenomenal staff. And superlative food. The pinsa sandwiches are a spectacular idea, I recommend trying the pinsa hamburger sandwich, panelle, smoked provola, ketchup and mayonnaise, an explosion of flavour. The pampering of the customers by the great Rosanna was wonderful. Highly complimented and highly recommended. Ps I'm not attaching photos because everything was so inviting that I didn't hesitate to bite and finish LOL

30/03/2024: Be che dire di questa pasticceria....semplicemente eccellente lo dimostra la tanta gente che si ferma ogni giorno. Dolci di qualità, ben presentati, un esplosione di gusti e di colori. Per non parlare del locale piccolo ma graziosissimo. Stracongilato non ne rimanete delusi.

06/04/2024: We had two mixed food plates which were perfect in every way,the tastes were outstanding. Sadly we felt we were over charged for 2 bottles of local beer which cost us €5.00 per bottle but just around the corner at another bar it was only €2.00 per bottle. Just feel if they knew we were tourists and tried it on . Always ask prices first to be sure. We won't return because of this

07/04/2024: It is one of the best takeaways in Messina. I particularly recommend the focaccia con tuma and the exceptional arancine. If you can, reserve them or wait for them to cook them expressly for you, avoid enjoying them reheated.

22/03/2024: The place is very nice, there is a wide variety, attention to detail and good products, although the prices are exorbitant, but so far I have nothing to object to, because you pay for the quality and also the staff. However, from a bakery that prides itself on being of such a high standard, I would have expected equally high service and hospitality. Upon entering, the situation is a bit confusing and not well organised, as there are two checkouts and two different queues, one for the bakery and one for the delicatessen, it would be up to the staff to direct people in order to avoid confused people, speed up the service avoiding queues and confusion, and perhaps paying more attention to the customer given that there is enough staff (five girls behind the counter) and that if they knew how to work they could provide a perfect service, also giving the right attention to the customer, offering the variety of products and perhaps increasing sales. Usually the lack of staff creates inconveniences, here the opposite. No smile, attention or kindness towards the customer, in fact I would almost say rudeness, when my number was called, given the confusion, I didn't hear immediately and a second later when the young lady called the next one I informed her and in full response I receive a resounding "good morning", obviously not to greet me, but to scold me for my distraction. I admire the fact that you have modernised, that you have invested so much, but along the way we must not lose sight of the fact that it is not just about wanting to be part of today's rankings that counts, we must also invest in staff training, in their relationship with the customer, which is not not at all obvious or innate. Education and professionalism as unknown.

07/01/2024: Ho chiesto il vino della casa e mi è stato detto che non c'era per poi vederlo portare al tavolo accanto al mio. Ho preso una scalzata di carne segnata 18 Euro nel menu e ho visto, solo dopo, che mi è stata fatta pagare 25 euro. Inutile aggiungere altro
