07/04/2025: A refined and inclusive dining experience at Zamú Restaurant I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zamú Restaurant, and I must say that the experience was absolutely memorable. From the first moment, the atmosphere of the venue was refined and elegant, creating an ideal environment for a special evening or an important occasion. The furnishings with attention to detail, the soft lighting and the arrangement of the tables contribute to creating an atmosphere of pleasant intimacy and refinement. Another aspect that positively struck me was the friendliness and preparation of the staff. We were greeted with a genuine smile and accompanied to our table with professionalism. Throughout the dinner, the waiters were attentive to our needs, ready to answer any questions about the dishes and provide valuable advice. Their expertise in describing the ingredients and preparation of each course added a touch of value to the overall experience. A detail that I particularly appreciated is the attention that the Zamú Restaurant reserves for customers with specific dietary needs, such as the availability of gluten-free options. This demonstrates great sensitivity and inclusiveness, allowing everyone to fully enjoy the culinary offering without worries. Moving on to the food, our choice was based on two starters and two first courses, and I can enthusiastically confirm that everything was very good indeed. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every tasting, and the chef's skill in combining them resulted in tasty and well-presented dishes. The starters were able to whet the palate with delicate and refined flavours, while the first courses won us over with their richness and originality. You could perceive particular care in the preparation and attention to detail that made each course an authentic delight. In conclusion, my experience at the Zamú Restaurant was extremely positive. If you are looking for a refined place where you can enjoy excellent cuisine with friendly and prepared service, and perhaps you also need gluten free options, I can only highly recommend you try this restaurant. I am convinced that you too will be pleasantly surprised by the quality and attention that Zamú dedicates to its customers.

02/01/2025: Very very nice restaurant/reception room. In my humble opinion, the location is much more beautiful than the Chiaramonte castle which is right above. The room is really beautiful, very rustic and welcoming and the garden is really beautiful, great for having a whole photo shoot. The menu then starts with a truly generous buffet, abundant I would say, and then moves on to the first and second courses which are delicate and tasty on the palate. The service and staff are worthy of note. Finally, very importantly, clean and well-maintained toilets. Unfortunately, I was there in the evening but I recommend the place in spring and summer so you can enjoy the Chiaramontano park to the fullest.

17/11/2024: The anxiety, the final details, the arrival at the church, and then... The reception here at Chiaramontano Park. Starting from the organization, to the professionalism of the staff, to the food, everything perfect beyond imagination! Location well cared for in every aspect, large spaces to welcome guests and all surrounded by the purest and most uncontaminated nature. Not to mention the menu, appreciated by all for both quality and quantity and paying great care and attention to people with allergies and intolerances. We had so much fun and, to this day, every time we think back to that day we get very emotional. We will forever have an indelible memory of our wedding. You made the most beautiful day of our lives fantastic, you made us live a dream! We especially thank Innocenzo who, from the first meeting, revealed himself to be a very capable person, expert and attentive to satisfying all our requests as much as possible and giving us valuable advice. 21/05/2025: We went one evening and tried their brosciaburger and meat and then we also came back for the pizza. Everything was very good, we also really appreciated the appetizers. Excellent quality of the raw materials, everything cooked very well, reasonable price. Very kind and helpful staff, even with my two and a half year old daughter. Very good pizzas, burger, Florentine steak (excellent) and also fried food. Too bad we were far away and were only there on vacation!

20/05/2025: We had dinner there with a large family during the holidays. We found the food excellent, the pasta aldente delicious, the meat and octopus perfectly cooked. We had booked outside and finally at the last minute requested a change to inside which was organized without any problems, and the meal service was very fast. Good value for money. Thank you for this great time

08/05/2025: The only place in Sicily where we were poorly received. We arrive at a very beautiful place and we decide to settle there. The waitress (not friendly) wants to seat us at a poorly placed table on a table near a trash can. I point out that it is 12:30 p.m. and that it was just us. We asked for another table which she refused, saying it was going to rain. In short, the other customers arrive, she opens the parasols and installs the other people. As for the dish, it was okay. Very nice place except our table :-(
