25/10/2025: A top rotisserie and focacceria for enjoying traditional Sicilian street food, everything is freshly prepared. We ordered pane cunzatu, arancini (both classic ones with ragù and prosciutto), pane e panelle (bread and panelle), and two cassatelle. Everything was spectacular and tasted like it was made by a grandmother at home. Authentic flavors and very fair prices, the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it.

23/10/2025: Amazing stop in Sciacca on the way to Agrigento. The best arancina, panino porchetta, and cunzatu. Yum!

21/10/2025: I'm honestly not sure why the Google Map ratings are so high for this place, or why it was recommended by our lodging host. It was one of my least favorite restaurants on our visit to Italy, the food was average - at best. They made a big deal about their squid ink bread sticks, but I found that mine were moldy, yuk. My entree of mackerel was just OK, rather small and not exceptional, the sauces had no particular flavor. My husband liked the sea bream he ordered. The clientele is all visitors, no residents. I'm sure there are better options in Agrigento.

14/09/2025: We were here for a wedding. I must say the location is very well-kept and charming. There were welcome cocktails outside, along with an appetizer and dessert buffet. The room was very well-kept, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Excellent food.

06/10/2025: For those who want to eat something good and quality, the Senza Funnu restaurant is definitely highly recommended. If you want a sandwich, I recommend the "broscia burger", quality dough with high-quality meat and plenty of it... Everything is delicious whatever you choose... Excellent, fast service, and friendly staff, returning to Senza Funnu again is always a pleasure.

29/08/2025: Had a bad experience here 2 years ago. Maybe it was the yeast, but I had a bad night visiting the bathroom a few times. To give it credit, I had a takeout recently which was fine after. Maybe it was just that one bad pizza. But I guess we all have to take our chances!

18/10/2025: I ate at this Roman-style pizzeria in Lampedusa and it was a truly excellent experience. We even ate there on two different excursions, on different boats! The pizza was delicious, fragrant and light, with quality ingredients that you could taste from the first bite. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, as well as kind, smiling, and always available. It's wonderful to find a place that combines the tradition of Roman pizza with the warm atmosphere of the island of Lampedusa. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

13/10/2025: I had the curry meatballs. The curry served is similar to Dutch -Kerriesaus uit een pakje-. Most dishes on the menu are frozen products, heated up. (As the symbol on the menu indicates). Music and atmosphere are nice, but the food is not recommended.

07/10/2025: Cool location and great decor. Always busy, but that's understandable given the good food and the great atmosphere...and while you wait for your food, there's a game to pass the time --> put your phone away!

17/09/2025: Beautiful restaurant. Despite a lot of reservations they made a table for us outside on the patio. Food was delicious and the service fantastic. Definitely added to our list of places to return to! I did notice a lot of large groups (up to 28 people) with reservations, so if you want outdoor seating I would call ahead.

12/10/2025: Good morning, Sunday lunch ruined by a terrible experience. After ordering, they brought us four bruschettas after over 50 minutes. Furthermore, they brought each diner's dishes separately and cold, so we took turns eating. After over two hours, we gave up on continuing our lunch. I asked for the bill, and they even charged me for the dishes we hadn't eaten, telling me they were already cooking and it wasn't their fault. I politely and courteously raised the issue, pointing out that tables who came in after us had been served first, but they wouldn't listen. Personally, it's the first and last time.

02/11/2025: I ordered the vegetarian pizza and it had ham 🥴 nothing more to say.

25/10/2025: A total disgrace. We came as tourists, expecting to eat well, and it was a disaster. My "salmon" pizza was a disgusting mixture of salmon and surimi, with a sickening taste and disgusting rises. My wife's "seafood" pizza consisted of two large shrimp placed in the middle, which she had to peel herself. The taste was so disgusting that she spat out her slice. We paid €31, but honestly, we would have been better off leaving without paying for the two pizzas served. Out of respect, we paid anyway, but serving this to customers is a disgrace. Stay away from this pizzeria, it's disgusting!
