25/07/2025: I very rarely leave reviews on Google; I usually wait until I'm home to be sure I'm as objective as possible, and not overwhelmed by the blissful state I experience on vacation. I've been going there for three years in a row, and as usual, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT: the food (for me, a fish menu), the service, and the atmosphere. In Italian cuisine, the emphasis is on the ingredients, not the decor. And here, we have the best of both worlds: no-frills cuisine with appetizing local produce. But what surprised me most about this restaurant was that I also found myself in an extremely well-stocked bar. I had the privilege of being served by the owner himself, who concocted cocktails worthy of the best London bars. I was able to deepen my knowledge of Sardinian products, including bitters, vermouths, and gin. A huge patio, just steps from the beach, where you can digest your meal in peace. In short, I highly recommend this place. And I hope to return next year!

27/04/2025: A pleasant evening. The restaurant is well looked after and welcoming. I ordered the mussels my way and the tagliolino with octopus ragú and a revisited orange tiramisu. Everything was delicious, the mussels were excellent, fresh and tasty. The portions are more than right. Ilaria excellent hostess.

08/07/2025: Unfortunately, not the burgers you'd expect from a burger joint. 1. The bun was very dry and significantly lowered the quality of the entire burger. 2. Additionally, there was hardly any sauce on it, making the burger very dry overall. 3. The patty, while tasty, wasn't very juicy and unfortunately shaped in such a way that it was considerably smaller than the bun, but it made the burger look taller. Unfortunately, I would only give the Folk Rock 1 burger a 4/10. My friend had a different burger and reported the same thing. It's filling, but a tasty burger is something else entirely. The baked potatoes were good if you added a little more salt. The service was attentive and enthusiastic, but some of their English was very poor.

28/06/2025: Initially I was hesitant to write this review, then I read the experiences of other customers and I understood that it was absolutely not an isolated case. everything was ok, they brought us the menus, we waited for a quarter of an hour-twenty minutes for them to take our order. my boyfriend had to come in and ask (kindly) if they could at least take the order, I should point out that they were taking the orders of people who arrived after us. subsequently a waitress brought us the menus back (which my boyfriend had returned shortly before when he entered the restaurant). the girl asked us if we still had to choose, to which I told her that we had already decided and were waiting for them to take our orders, she told us that the menus had to be kept to make the waiters understand that they still had to serve the tables. at that moment I asked her kindly if she could take our order since we had been waiting for almost half an hour (she was in front of us and in the time it took her to tell us all this she could have easily taken our order, since we had already told her that we had decided). at that moment she walks away from us and in a tone of making fun of us, with a half laugh she tells us that "it was just impossible!!!" and then goes to some customers who had just arrived. we immediately left the place. both this time (much more evidently) and other times we had the impression that there were some A-list customers and some B-list customers, something that absolutely should not exist in a place. the shocking thing was not so much the wait (it wasn't even full and the dishes were mostly already ready) but the rudeness especially of the girl but also of the staff who continued to ignore us and go to other customers. after the incident we moved to a sandwich shop a few steps away from the place and even though there were practically the same number of customers they were helpful, polite and above all fast. the shocking thing is not so much to say that half an hour hadn't passed (but at least a good 20 minutes for sure) but the brazen way in which she said it, a way in which you definitely shouldn't treat a customer. the same things could be said in a kind way, since the waitress's job should be to make the customer feel at home and not to take the piss out of him after a legitimate complaint arrives, especially if expressed politely (even though I wasn't counting every second precisely)

16/07/2025: A very negative experience! Exorbitant prices for common products! It's clear they're taking advantage of tourists! Highly not recommended.
