Adult staff have always worked there, and the young people are trained.
I therefore hope/believe that the staff are treated with respect.

This favorite sandwich shop has become a regular stop for us in Nardò. It's a truly well-maintained, high-quality establishment, with a great focus on customer service. The other night, the owner even prepared the Paulaner sandwiches before pouring them into a glass, carefully chilled, something virtually no one does around here. A detail that truly elevates the service. I'm not giving it 6 stars because 5 is the maximum.

30/09/2025: Barista, I think he's also the owner of the bar, grumpy, coffee is like drinking pure poison, croissants are good but you can find them in any other bar where maybe they'll give you a smile and say thank you!
01/09/2025: A gem of a bar near the most beautiful beach in Puglia. Delicious Lecce coffee and a highly recommended hazelnut pasticciotto. Thanks Mattia for the tip! Extremely kind and honest with tourists, which unfortunately isn't always the case. A 110 with honors.

18/01/2026: Very good sushi, I've been to many Japanese restaurants and I haven't seen any other Japanese restaurant where you can choose your own sauces. I'm a sauce lover and this is what impressed me the most. There's also a great variety of sauces to choose from, even the mango sauce, which I really like. Keep it up, you've become one of my favorite sushi restaurants! 👏👏

04/12/2024: Una cena in 2 passata anni fà per mangiare quei bei spaghetti alle cozze è il secondo salsiccia con insalata ed eri sazio, in quel posto si sentiva l'odore delle pizze ho altro prima che portavano questi piatti 😋😋

30/12/2024: Locale nel centro storico di Nardò ma lontano dal caos turistico, Corte Santa Lucia conserva l'aspetto di certe vecchie osterie di qualche decennio fa e offre una selezione di piatti tipici o ispirati alla tradizione salentina. Ci abbiamo cenato sabato scorso: nonostante lo scarso preavviso e il periodo natalizio, non ci sono stati problemi. Abbiamo condiviso un antipasto misto, dei pezzetti di cavallo e delle polpette al sugo: la qualità è tutto sommato buona, con alcuni punti di eccellenza (i pezzetti) e qualcosa da rivedere (antipasti). Il prezzo finale, anche considerando l'ottimo vino che abbiamo bevuto, è comunque piuttosto alto rispetto alla media dei dintorni.

Assenza quasi totale di professionalità, scarsa qualità delle materie prime, staff saccente e menefreghista.
Fate ben attenzione!
Magari con quei prezzi se ci fosse qualche nota positiva, sarei anche soddisfatto o almeno appagato.

25/09/2024: Stavamo passeggiando per Nardo. Che bella città sconosciuta. Siamo passati davanti a questo ristorante. Abbiamo deciso di non mangiare a casa ma in questo ristorante. Che scoperta. Super gustoso. Super amichevole. Perché non è sulla 1? Non dovrei essere in Belgio vivere è venuto ogni settimana. Grazie per l'ospitalità!
