05/04/2026: We had dinner at Giorè for Father's Day and used a The Fork discount coupon.
Let's start with the fact that the menu available online (The Fork, Google, the website) is slightly different from what's available in-house, so this was a bit disconcerting, at least initially.
Of the various dishes we chose, the octopus rosticciana was definitely the most popular and most appreciated—it was truly excellent.
The two first courses were also excellent with the carbonara and the pasta with ragù.
I personally had the tartare with egg (which I asked them to remake because there was a hair on the egg) and the duck with pumpkin cream (definitely my least favorite of all the dishes).
The bread with oil served as a welcome dish was excellent, however—it was truly delicious.
The service was spartan and simple.
One negative point was the price, which everyone considered somewhat excessive for what they ate.
25/03/2026: Dishes crafted with great care, top-quality ingredients, and surprisingly pleasant combinations of flavors and tastes.
Excellent service.
A simple, refined, and welcoming location.
Highly recommended!

16/02/2025: Sono venuto qui con mia moglie ad un pranzo occasionale domenicale, dopo aver guardato su internet alcune location per poter pranzare. Premetto che mia moglie ed io ci siamo trasferiti da poco in zona e non conosciamo praticamente nessun locale dove poter pranzare/cenare.
Dopo essere stati accolti meravigliosamente dal proprietario e titolare del locale ( che ci ha raccontato della gestione famigliare della sua azienda ) abbiamo deciso di assaggiare un antipasto della casa ( X 2 persone ), io un primo ( la calamarata di granchio ) e mia moglie un secondo ( pesce spada ).
Abbiamo trovato ottima qualità in tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato e ottima quantità nelle porzioni. Il vino della casa, buonissimo, ed un ottimo amaro fatto in casa. Il rapporto prezzo/qualità posso solo che sottolineare… che è più che giusto !!!
Non posso che concludere con la frase…. BRAVI, continuate così… ci torneremo molto volentieri !!!!!!!
E vorrei fare un plauso anche alla figlia “Alice” che è stata cordialissima e sa rapportarsi benissimo con chi ha di fronte, nonostante la sua giovane età ( brava ).

Invece vorrei dire a chi scrive recensioni da 1 stella, che se hanno da criticare un locale così è meglio che si facciano una bella carbonara a casa loro …
