29/06/2025: Total disappointment: endless waits and little attention to the customer We went to this place with great expectations, but unfortunately the experience was anything but positive. After being seated, we waited over 45 minutes before anyone deigned to take the order. Once ordered, the food arrived with further delay, without any explanation or apology from the staff. Beautiful place but terrible management. An experience not to be repeated

29/06/2025: I would have liked to write a constructive review, but given the respect with which they usually respond, I won't go into too much detail. The management leaves much to be desired: we ordered at 9:00 pm and the food arrived only at 11:20 pm, without an explanation or even an apology for the delay. If the cover charge represents service, here it was completely absent. Not because of the staff, visibly stressed and overwhelmed, but because of obvious organizational problems at the management level. Too bad, because the food is really excellent and the place has potential. But the will to improve is completely lacking.
