03/09/2024: L' ambiente rivede le case di campagna di una volta. La ragazza che ci ha accolto sorridente e cordiale. Antipasto buoni e abbondanti. Carne cucinata bene e frittura di pesce non unta. Un piccolo parco giochi ed un mulo di una tranquillità assoluta all' ingresso. Prezzo adeguato per quello che abbiamo mangiato.Ci tornerò

04/03/2025: A year ago, during a company dinner, I spent over 800 euros. At the time of the bill, the owner offered bitters and grappa to the company. Without any pretension, I asked for a gin and tonic, receiving in response a sarcastic 'Now let's exaggerate'. I paid for my drink without any problems, because fortunately I don't need offers. I even refused bitters and paid for them myself for my employees. But one thing stuck in my mind: does the difference in cost between a gin and tonic and a bitter really justify such a comment? The mentality of an entrepreneur is measured in welcoming and respecting the customer, certainly not in ostentation. As for me, I won't set foot there again.

18/03/2025: Shameful. It's not enough to book to have a minimum of respect in this place. After arriving at the appointed time, we were seated, but then we waited an hour and forty minutes before receiving anything. No explanation, no apology, The owner? Rude, presumptuous... ..never again... You have a lot to learn...a lot.

01/01/2025: Ordered a meter and a half of pizza and two portions of takeaway chips for 8.40pm...the pizzas were ready, the chips were forgotten...ready twenty minutes later...we ate a cold pizza and the chips weren't cooked . Experience to forget... I don't recommend for the service. Much to improve

17/11/2024: Purtroppo come prima esperienza non è andata affatto bene. Eravamo in 2 coppie con bimbi. Arrivati alle 13 40 sono stati prima molto gentili da cucinare ai bimbi i primi velocemente. Poi prima delle 14 abbiamo ordinato noi 4 adulti.... Alle 15 10 ci arrivano i primi... E un antipasto (senza pettole anche se erano incluse).... Affamati li divoriamo.... Poi ancora attesa.... Alle 15 50 eravamo ancora lì. Abbiamo chiesto il conto senza i secondi ma alle 16 uno dei 2 secondi era pronto..... Allora delusi... (coniglio molto duro forse cucinato per poco tempo) decidiamo d cancellare l altro primo e andar via. Che dire... Mai visto un posto così disorganizzato. Cucina molto piccola con tantissimi coperti impossibili secondo me da gestire. Al loro posto avrei provato a scusarmi o avrei offerto un dolce un caffe qualsiasi cosa come gesto di scuse. Invece nulla. Tutto normale in quest agriturismo. Cose da pazzi.... Mi spiace ma non ci torneremo mai più.

28/10/2024: Sono stata questo sabato per un pranzo di famiglia ed ho trovato cibo ottimo e abbondante...davvero km 0. Servizio perfetto e la giornata soleggiata ci ha consentito di godere dell'esterno circondati dalla natura, dagli animali e da un essenziale ma gradevole arredamento. Torneremo sicuramente. Ovviamente anche per i padroni di casa nota di merito guadagnatissima.

30/03/2025: The former Dino reopened, same location and same interiors. The service was quick and very courteous. A little less choice perhaps due to a turnout that seemed smaller than before. Breakfast still very good.

09/02/2025: We book a table for 10pm. We entered at 11.15pm. The variety of pizzas is very poor and the dough is not very filling. You need at least 2 daisies to fill your stomach adequately. The drinks arrive...but the water seems to have been forgotten. The cooking of the pizzas is particular... will they be cooked a little too much?

02/03/2025: Locale carino, location in un trullo....bello poter vedere la forma conica del soffitto.... Secondo me si mangia abbastanza bene, prodotti locali ....da quel che ho visto antipasti abbondanti....prezzi nella media. Non mi entusiasma, ma è un ristorante di livello medio/ alto....arredato con cura....pulito e rivolto a famiglie e giovani. Però dall' esterno è un po' desolato....e non molto " visibile".....siamo nella campagna di Martina Franca, esattamente a San Paolo ....ma se si ha bisogno di tranquillità va benissimo. Promosso ma potrebbe migliorare.

20/03/2025: The food is okay, the waiter was not patient with our inability to speak Italian. We were staying at the hotel and we visited several times, much to his chagrin. He asked when we leaving and seemed happy to see us go.

28/02/2025: Conoscevo di fama questa struttura per via dell'imponente struttura immersa nel verde, della sua elegante sala ricevimenti, dei servizi Spa offerti in un ambiente di pietra naturale e per via delle sue stanze ampie, lussuose e dotate di ogni confort. A volte però capita che alcuni eventi possano rovinare l'immagine e la reputazione di un posto… ed è un peccato. Ho infatti partecipato ad una serata in tema Squid Game ideata in collaborazione con una società di Lucera ma l'organizzazione ha evidenziato alcune lacune. Mi riferisco alle tempistiche della cena, le lunghe attesa prima dell'inizio della serata per non parlare dello staff in sala a volte confuso e poco attento nel servizio. Dal cibo mi sarei aspettato di più ma la scaloppa di vitello con salsa ai funghi porcini è arrivata fredda e ben oltre la cottura ideale mentre la porzione di riso in crema di carbonara e guanciale croccante, sebbene gradevole, era alquanto esigua. Altra nota dolente la scelta del DJ che, a mio avviso, non ha saputo animare la serata forse perché troppo assente alla consolle. Ripeto, quando si ha un buon nome da difendere, vanno curati anche i minimi dettagli, inclusa la comunicazione, specie in considerazione del prezzo richiesto per il biglietto dell'evento. Spero di ricredermi.

02/03/2025: I ordered ice cream via the app. Apart from the delivery delay of more than an hour, they only put 2 flavors instead of 3. The stracciatella which was actually a fior di latte and the absolutely unsimilar kinder bueno with random pieces of sugar inside. Meh

15/02/2025: Ma il personale lo selezionano? Non mi sembra! Gente maleducata, assolutamente non formato. È gente presa a caso, senza voglia di lavorare, senza esperienza. Gelato ottimo, ma il personale andrebbe prima educato, e successivamente andrebbe spiegato qualcosina del mestiere. Via Appia assolutamente da evitare per il personale.
