07/06/2025: On our way from Salento, we stopped at Ikea for a meal. That was a big mistake. The que to order food tok very long time. But finally we arrived to order fish and chips. But the problem was that the food was not edible. The fish was overcooked and dry. The chips were soggy and the peas were not edible. We left and had to stop at a gas station to get a meal that was low in quality, but much better than Ikea.

I had to wait, but two of the three baristas on duty completely ignored me; only the third—a young guy, probably an immigrant—noticed me and took my order (he asked if I wanted a table or to stay at the counter; I chose the counter) to pass it on to his colleagues. Since nobody else budged, he ended up making the ginseng coffee I’d asked for himself. Then, because my pastry still hadn’t been made, I walked out while he was still asking if I still wanted it! And the price of the ginseng coffee is astronomical!

15/07/2025: Esperienza pessima. Aperitivo mediocre, ma il vero problema è stata la totale maleducazione della signora alla cassa: arrogante e aggressiva senza motivo. Avevamo già calcolato con precisione quanto ognuno doveva pagare, visto che alcune persone avevano preso solo da bere, ma ci ha accusate di voler fare le furbe e ci ha trattato come se stessimo rubando. Un atteggiamento inaccettabile e imbarazzante: sconsiglio vivamente questo posto, per noi è stato l’ultima volta.

16/06/2025: Frühstück taugt nichts, aber die Pastries sind Weltklasse. Liegt am Rand der sog. Innenstadt, direkt am Theatro Petruzelli gelegen. Ruhige Außenbestuhlung.
