29/08/2023: It seems to me that this place is suffering from a certain identity crisis, proceeding by trial and error... but there's a lot between fusion cuisine and things put together without a plan. And there is also another, gigantic misunderstanding: that the exorbitant prices directly refer to the refinement of the dishes. Instead, the only effect of the disproportion between the quality/quantity of the food and the final bill is to remove the possibility of a return.

13/08/2023: I have the feeling that this place lives on old reviews linked to the previous restaurant (in fact the photos of gourmet dishes are not those of the dishes I saw) the choice is only tapas, I took the salmon one and no comment (I really prefer not to comment the banality of the dish: a salmon tartare on a layer of chips). The best was the fried chicken sandwich (it has a Japanese name) which in the meantime on the menu (but I could be wrong, I think it indicated chicken breast instead the thighs arrived which is already an unwelcome part for us) but the serious thing is that they were raw (raw chicken doesn't exist, it's not beef) we asked for them cooked but they came back raw. I'm sorry but these are truly unforgivable errors, we're not talking about sophisticated dishes but if not even the basic cooking is guaranteed....the waitress managed to tell us that they cook it for 8 hours.... I think that in 8 hours even one stone risks cooking and anyway the upper thigh in a sandwich really tastes like "I don't have breast and I throw in what I find) I don't know. It really seemed like an improvised cuisine!!! I went there years ago as it was a quality restaurant but I'm sorry I won't go there anymore. Thank you anyway for the discount you gave us, I appreciated the gesture

11/03/2024: I hadn't been back to this farmhouse for several years. I remembered it as a pleasant corner of peace and so, seeing the wild boar menu proposal, I wanted to book to go back but the evening was not as pleasant as I imagined. Starting from the location which was in the tensile structure at the back of the farmhouse where we ate once but then the poster said "music" and everything I expected from this "quiet" place except a karaoke evening which, if I had known that, I would never have booked. It would have to be specified. Then I would have understood it at the end of dinner but letting people sing and scream while you're still having dinner I find it really annoying, especially with the volume at too high a level that you can't even talk at the table. The menu and dishes are also of the right value for money but certainly not enjoyed due to the evening being not very pleasant for us. I appreciate dinners with background music but certainly not something so exaggerated. I don't know if I will return, maybe once without theme nights. Too bad I could have kept the beautiful memories of the past.

02/01/2024: As our first experience in the restaurant we spent New Year's Eve with a dinner, brought by friends. Very large and very nice place, well distributed. Kind and professional staff always taking into consideration the particularity of the evening where it is not easy to manage more than 200 seats at the right times. The courses were almost all appreciable both in quantity and quality (apart from one of the first courses (the gnocchi with pesto) and one of the second courses (the cotechino) which were rather below average in quality, the rest were very good. Good value also for the price (65€ each) considering the discreet wine and the after-meal bitters and above all the entertainment with the music that accompanied us and made us dance and a wonderful fireworks show after midnight that he was really pleasantly surprised. The young boys who served managed to keep the times correct and manage the various requests. The whole environment was a bit confusing towards the end but obviously due to the large amount of people in the mood to celebrate so it's ok. Nice experience, I would recommend it and I personally am curious to try it again in a normal non-holiday situation. Well done.

28/12/2023: Un vero e proprio Gioiello in mezzo ai vigneti, location top, i titolari veramente professionali: hanno anche adeguato il menù per un parente celiaco, servizio veramente molto giovanile e gentili!! Consiglio molto il brasato con patate veramente prelibato !! Vini di loro produzioni eccellenti.

28/03/2024: Great service, great food. We went to the Principe restaurant for a business lunch and had a great time. The service is very attentive, precise and precise, the restaurant is very spacious and allows you to have lunch or dinner whilst chatting calmly, the food is traditional local cuisine which is very well looked after and very appetising. I highly recommend trying this restaurant

12/03/2024: Amazing...I speak as an occasional customer for a coffee..(there is a bank attached)...but the coffee is very good, the people behind the counter are ALL very kind and polite.. I can say that it really is a bar which differs from many... obviously in a positive way...

08/01/2024: Excellent dishes nothing to say. But when the waitress displays the desserts verbally, she should at least say what they contain (without one having to ask what's inside, etc.). Same thing with the menu, at least some wording below with the ingredients.. for the rest large and very good dishes.

03/11/2023: Badly smelling place, pizza of very poor quality, cold, bitter taste, mozzarella doesn't taste like tomato, I don't comment and the dough looks like a puff pastry made of flour and water without salt and yeast, exorbitant price for two terrible puff pastries, same price that gets you sorbillo in the cathedral in Milan nonsense, avoid advice, poor quality products

07/01/2024: Sono stata qui con mio marito. Il cibo mi è parso di ottima qualità, così come il vino, noi abbiamo optato per una cantina locale perché vivendo in zona vogliamo dare supporto a chi lavora nel Monferrato; anche per quanto riguarda le pietanze siamo rimasti soddisfatti, abbiamo preso due antipasti, un primo per me e un secondo per lui, più il caffè, e in generale siamo rimasti contenti, i sapori erano di zona e la mia lasagnetta deliziosa. Il personale è stato molto educato e cordiale, abbiamo anche scambiato qualche battuta; l’interno del locale piacevole, molto luminoso. Il conto è stato più salato rispetto ad altri ristoranti ma va benissimo così, lo sapevamo già quando abbiamo prenotato e comunque non siamo rimasti delusi dalla qualità della cena, quindi siamo contenti. Unica pecca il servizio un po’ lento, dopo esserci seduti abbiamo aspettato circa 40 minuti che ci portassero i menù, ma abbiamo chiacchierato tra noi ed è andata bene lo stesso. In generale una serata piacevolissima!
