25/12/2024: Un pranzo veramente ottimo, ottimo servizio, ricette non comuni, sufficientemente elaborate senza stravolgere la matrice locale. Quello che sinceramente ci ha stupito sono le quasi quattro ore a tavola volate via senza accusare la minima stanchezza, giusti tempi tra le portate e sedie, benché di ferro (nel nostro caso), molto comode. In pranzi gioco forza così lunghi è cosa non da poco. Devo trascrivere il menù perché merita: Piccolo benvenuto ( un bignè salato con una crema di ricotta eccezionalmente delicata) Battuta di bue Cardi con salsiccia e vino rosso Fonduta con uovo e tartufo bianco Risotto con midollo di bue e riduzione di grignolino Entrecote di bue e tortino di patate (per fortuna mia moglie e la nostra amica erano a “tappo” pertanto ne ho gustati tre) Torta di nocciole, senza farina, calda ed adagiata su un cucchiaio di cioccolata. Metto anche il prezzo (60€ più le bevande) perché ritengo che un rapporto qualità prezzo di questo livello è raro trovarlo. Mi auguro che la proprietà non mi legga, altrimenti la prossima mi alza il conto 🤣

15/10/2024: Pizza buonissima, personale competente, gentile e disponibile, locale pulito e accogliente. Vado quasi tutte le settimane con mio marito, ormai non potremmo più farne a meno.

21/10/2024: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! we had lunch on Sunday 20 October 2024, they put us in a tensile structure among crickets, wasps and bedbugs. Believe me when I tell you that we literally took the bedbugs off our plates and they kept falling on us. I don't usually write reviews but I would really like to prevent other people from having this experience. Except for the girl who served us, always kind and with a smile. The owner was also BAD, arrogant and very rude, probably when they gave education at school he was absent. When I pointed out that we ate among bedbugs, he responded by accusing me of not wanting to pay the bill. The bill was paid the same, even if it was even higher than agreed upon. CRAZY I US We will NEVER go back there again.

I kindly asked for 2 cappuccinos + 2 Dutch women, the boy told me "ok", after another 10min. a girl came around, already having the tray with the breakfast with her, she removed the 2 glasses, she wanted to put the breakfast down without cleaning the table which was full of crumbs, I asked the girl to clean it before putting the tray down, she was annoyed he did. At that point I cried inside and told the girl that even someone from the street has the right to be respected. Our only sin is that we don't dress in designer clothes and are very natural We traveled a lot, always dressed in normal clothes we ate at the Florian in Venice, the splendid sea of ​​Portofino, on holiday in Zermat at the Mont Cervin Palace, Hotel Delano in Miami beach, Hotel The Plaza in Manhattan New York, Dubai, Abudhabi, Orlando, Istanbul, Paris etc... etc... we will have gone to at least 30 different countries and stayed in luxury hotels, "always natural clothes" not designer, but what I want to say is that only at Carletto's are they based on appearances We will never return to that place again, we are very sorry to have been treated like that.
