02/08/2025: We ate at Tommaso's this evening and I can only say we had a wonderful time! My girlfriend is vegan, and we called ahead to ask if he could do something specific, and he immediately came up with creative and delicious solutions. I had raw cod, with melon treated with melon liqueur and crunchy prosciutto chips contrasting with the soft texture of the prosciutto—a truly top-notch dish! She had spaghetti alla norma with a delicious sauce, and—a very pleasant surprise—watermelon carpaccio cooked in a gin reduction and fresh porcini mushrooms for the main course. The gnocchi with Genoese pesto, zucchini, and lupini clams were excellent. Everything was very creative, and each dish was extremely balanced! Definitely worth trying, a different and creative cuisine compared to the usual places :) and vegan-friendly!

27/07/2025: Excellent dishes, with attention to ingredients and presentation. Perhaps the place deserves a little more attention. We'll be back.

08/10/2025: I came for lunch during work hours. I spent a fair amount, and the wait was short. The staff were friendly, the food good, and the atmosphere elegant. I also really enjoyed the welcome pizza and the biscuit with my coffee. The coffee was good, too. I recommend it.

13/09/2025: We went for lunch with my celiac son and had a great time. The pizza was delicious, both the regular and gluten-free versions! The pizzeria is part of the AIC network, so you can be sure of a good meal. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back.

24/09/2025: Arriving in Casale Monferrato for the first time, we asked where we could eat, and they recommended Bar Tazzine & Ramine. A perfect recommendation: tagliatelle with mushrooms, tajarin with sausage and Barbera. Two glasses of red wine. Homemade tiramisu, and tartate. Friendly, attentive service. If you're in Casale Monferrato, remember Bar Tazzine & Ramine.

03/08/2025: All renovated. With 9 new holes, a swimming pool, a brand new clubhouse and a new restaurant. Not just simple and sincere. Golf outside the usual circuits

11/07/2025: Sottosopra – Comfort Food Done Right My son and I came in hungry and left full, happy, and maybe a little high on sugar. The burgers? Juicy, messy, the kind you eat with both hands and a grin. The fried cod? Crisp outside, flaking apart inside—like it actually knew what a fryer was for. Potatoes were golden and honest. Cola classica cold and real. The cake? Let's just say we didn’t leave crumbs. No fuss, no overthinking—just good food, served right, in a place that knows how to feed people. Sometimes that’s all you need.

27/08/2025: The pizza was excellent, thin and crispy, just the way we like it. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, but the waitresses (beautiful and knowledgeable) and the staff (all very kind) made up for it.

11/08/2025: We went to this pizzeria on Sunday....there was practically no one there but in addition to having waited really long, we didn't even eat a good pizza....I won't even tell you the bill....2 pizzas and 2 beers over 40 euros....

26/10/2025: We ordered two cappuccinos and asked for a small glass with milk foam for our one-year-old daughter. We went to pay: €2.50 per cappuccino (whatever). €2.50 for a mysterious marocchino (milk foam). We asked for an explanation. "Sorry," was the only response. But they took the money and didn't give us the difference. NEVER AGAIN!!

06/10/2025: I went this morning for coffee with my coworkers. I waited 10 minutes before being served, and the staff was really rude to me (they gave me a rude answer without any justification)!

08/08/2025: A coffee shop serving specialty coffee with an award-winning barista. This is the first time in Italy in the three years I've lived here that I've been offered a "coffee experience" on a whole new level. I was amazed by both the service and the delicious coffee. Highly recommended.
