06/05/2025: A lovely pizzeria, I really appreciated the pizza in this place. I like the very soft dough with the high, somewhat Neapolitan-style crust. I've already gone twice and I must say that it has never disappointed me. Personally, I really like the Vulcano pizza but the other flavors also really appeal to me, I will definitely be back to try them. The place is a bit small, better in the summer when they open the outdoor space. The service is young, friendly and kind. Value for money, a little high but worth it
06/05/2025: Nice experience in this place in Busto Arsizio. Delicious raw materials, excellent pizza and light and easily digestible dough.
The desserts are homemade and really tasty, a good choice of beers with suggestions on how to pair them with each pizza (among other things, the beers are not always the usual ones but, in fact, they are artisanal or on tap and are really special!).
In short, Officina del Gusto has risen to first place in my top ten!
Efficient service, the girls are young, kind and really professional, they fly at the tables.
The prices are average and still justified for what you can taste in this place.
The bruschettas are also very popular and are very special.
I will definitely return and highly recommend it!

17/05/2025: A family dinner spent there with them. We ate a lot, the staff was very helpful. We didn't take pictures of the dishes, we were too busy eating.

20/05/2025: I enter and there are 3 shop assistants talking about their business after a couple of minutes of waiting at the counter I order 1 less than decent coffee, I ask for 1 pastry that they hand me on a plate while they continue to talk about their problems in front of me who I have to ask for a napkin so as not to eat it with my hands... no good morning thank you or please or goodbye... you can make the best desserts in the world but kindness and education are certainly not for sale in this place... for me never again...
18/05/2025: Can you wait sitting at the table 35 minutes for two croissants and another twenty to pay? The poor girl outside runs but the trays don't arrive... If on Sunday there is so much confusion, put an extra person in the kitchen..

13/05/2025: A big NO. Not so much for a mediocre ice cream that on a rainy evening in the absence of anything else can also be accepted. Behind the counter serving two sulky women and an area with tables inside closed to the public because "we have to keep closed" at 8:35 pm. If the place is open and several customers ask you if they can sit inside please because it's raining and windy outside you can't answer no because I have to keep closed. We remained eating the ice cream (paid Euro 3.30 per cone) standing in front of the door, with the girl who decided at that moment to wash the windows and open all the doors in order to purposely annoy 5 customers who were standing there.
10/05/2025: Never eaten a yogurt ice cream that doesn't taste like yogurt, plus a scoop dirty with another flavor and used anyway

16/04/2024: Pranzo pessimo. Prendo menù fisso che comprende il dolce, alle ore 13, non in orari strani.
Acqua naturale terminata (ma veramente?!) dolci terminati.
Prendo una banale pasta al pomodoro piuttosto immangiabile per poi arrivare al caffè che assomigliava più a del bioetanolo.
Mi fanno pagare il menù intero e gli faccio presente che nel menù doveva essere presente il dolce però terminato. Ride e mi risponde che oggi è andata così...
No comment ma sicuramente non mi vede più.
