06/03/2025: Io e altre tre persone abbiamo cenato questa sera e abbiamo rilevato i seguenti disservizi: i tempi di attesa sono stati molto lunghi; tra le piadine ordinate ne hanno sbagliata una (era stata ordinata deselezionando i funghi in quanto allergico), ma la ragazza che ci lavora nonostante le sia stato segnalato, insisteva sul fatto di rimuovere solamente i funghi, senza doverne rifare un'altra. Inoltre, anche le due porzioni di patatine sono state molto scarse.

04/03/2025: I had lunch sitting on the tables outside in the sun and it was very pleasant, the piadina was very good, the wholemeal dough was soft and at the same time full-bodied, the fries were very good, definitely better than those at McDonald's, there is no comparison! 09/03/2025: I think that just for the lady who served me today (I correct, she was about to serve me, because I left to avoid arguments) this place should close (Sunday 9 March). I politely left, refusing the requested coffees because of this rude, rude sales assistant with no desire to work. The discussion with this short lady, with glasses and short hair, started because I asked how the brioches were. My response was: "no thanks, I'll just have the two coffees" and the sales assistant says to her colleague "so what are you asking me to do?" (using other more vulgar terms, which I avoid writing however) in a very arrogant way. In addition, moving towards the cashier, the lady tells me "I'm not forcing you to take the croissants". Replying to her in kind, I told her that I didn't even drink coffee. I withdrew the money and left, even though she continued to argue. I hope that the owner/manager takes note of this event (a reprimand) because I understand that it is difficult to work with customers but that is not the case. If she were in charge, that's no way to treat customers, even if she's pissed off about her own business.

09/02/2025: Ice cream shop, pastry shop and café in a fairly busy area; really nice and well-kept environment, quite large and full of products both for breakfast but also for a snack or (better yet) for a quick ice cream. Ice cream that looks really good, few flavors but made really well. The medium cup is nice and full of ice cream, really satisfying. Also good in macarons, the coffee a little less so, a little watered down. In summary, a really great place!
