I've already been a couple of times. On both visits I took the pinsa or "the shovel". I have to say they are quality. Light dough and good ingredients. Fortunately, the offer is not very wide and they manage to take care of their range very well. I haven't tried the traditional cuisine yet (they have a few dishes), but if it follows the same philosophy, I think it's worth it. 2 notes. One positive, one a little less. Positive: Leffe rouge on tap! A real must. Less positive: the large room has a lot of rumble, I think due to the height (but obviously, nothing can be done). If it is full, it is difficult to listen. Tables at the entrance are better

Everything excellent. Great quality food. Very clean environment, especially from my 4 year old son. Excellent service.

Very tasty PINSA, very friendly staff and very pleasant service. We felt very good in this location and for sure when I have an appetite for PINSA this is the place where I will return with great pleasure.

July 29, 2023. I was invited to dinner for the first time in this place by friends who are old acquaintances of the owners. The first impression was fantastic! Beautiful venue! Well cared! Clean! The hospitality of the staff was impeccable! The Pinsa Romana EXCELLENT! 🔝 and certified! The very nice furniture with particular culinary-themed objects and on the walls paintings with photos of our regions and their characteristic pasta shapes. All very good! From pinsa to dessert! Light, soft and highly digestible dough! So far only on two occasions have I been able to find such exceptional quality and freshness in the products used to prepare your dishes. One here at your place, and one at the "Pedigrotta" pizzeria in Varese. I conclude this review by offering my warmest compliments and congratulations to all the staff who live and work in the place! From the owners to the pizza chefs, from the waitresses to the dishwashers. Well done! Well done! Well done! (Based on my personal experience I can say that I know very well the sacrifice of working in the restaurant industry!)
