30/06/2025: nice mall but I was stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes, the operators were not audible but the people were nice at least, speed? not a specialty of the place but at least we got out and that's what matters!!!!!! nice mall but come everyone

30/06/2025: I booked with the fork with a 40% discount and I have to say I ate well. I thought that the portions and plating would change from the ayce a la carte but that was not the case. The dishes were still very good, the service was sometimes fast and sometimes slow. The atmosphere was noisy, but perhaps it was due to the presence of noisy people that evening. The price with the discount was acceptable for eating a la carte.

23/06/2025: Bad bad... They are not at all attentive to allergies and intolerances.. I was very upset because even though I had declared that I was celiac and had written it in the order made with the tablet at the table, they brought me a roll with gluten (the only dish I ate because after realizing it and telling them I didn't order anything else). It's the second time I've turned to them, the first time about a year ago I had ordered from home and, always specifying this problem of mine, they had brought me all the rolls with gluten. I had decided to give them a second chance because (even if it should never happen in a restaurant when it comes to allergies and intolerances) making mistakes is human. I understood that it wasn't a mistake.... I eat regularly at all sushi places and no one has ever made a mistake. You don't joke around with these food problems!

16/06/2025: Overall not a good experience. Stayed in twice sith total of 5 days during my trip. Price can vary trumendously, from 150euro to 600 euro on each different days. Amenities are not complete, need to go down to collect ourself, else there will be charges. Shower temperature was not consistant, sudden very hot and sudden very cold. Aircon temperature are not flexible as well... It was quite warm during hot day and chill during cold day.

06/06/2025: Good morning, I am writing this review to inform you of the very inadequate and very arrogant approach of the waiters and the owner. It is not the first time that this has happened, the food arrives with a long wait, they bring incorrect orders and bring incorrect portions when we contest this they respond in a very rude and disrespectful way towards us. The rudest of all is the owner as specified before, who when we presented their mistakes was very annoyed with the addition of an elegant and aggressive tone. We noticed a difference in approach when the clientele is made up of teenagers compared to when it is made up of teenagers accompanied by adults or people of adult age. I conclude by saying that I had a very bad time during my visit to this restaurant, unfortunately they have lost customers due to their rude and very aggressive approach.

12/06/2025: Excellent frozen yogurt, I even think among the best: the flavor is perfectly balanced and the toppings available allow you to always try something new (the coffee chocolate beans are delicious: I couldn't resist eating them before taking the photos 😋). If that wasn't enough, the owner is a kind person who puts you in a good mood; I always leave very satisfied.

26/02/2025: The girl took 15 minutes to make 2 crepes the service is very slow, I missed the train because of them
