05/02/2026: I organized an aperitif for my son's 18th birthday and I have to compliment the owner and staff. They are very friendly and attentive to their customers' needs. The value for money far exceeded our expectations. I've lived in Spino for over 10 years and only discovered this wonderful place a few years ago. The food is excellent, too! Highly recommended, and there's plenty of parking! Thanks again for everything!

08/02/2026: I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but unfortunately I'm doing it today because it doesn't seem right to me that: 1 - the wait times—even just for a coffee—should always be biblical, but in fact (as others have pointed out) the lack of organization is noticeable. 2 - acquaintances are favored. 3 - Today, for 12 fritters and 4 chocolates, I was presented with a bill (obviously incorrect) of €38.50, so I had to ask if they were sure it was the correct amount. The error was acknowledged, but the apologies were made with difficulty and with a thousand justifications that were completely avoidable. I find all of this a great shame, because we're talking about a historic establishment with great charm, and the products are also good, but all of this, in my opinion, is ruined by service that is nothing short of terrible and embarrassing, and it's not the first time it's happened. I say this with regret, but as long as this management is in place, I don't think I'll set foot in there again.

04/02/2026: A welcoming place, reminiscent of old-fashioned pastry shops. The staff is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Cappuccinos are served with extreme care. The croissants are delicious. You can see and taste the love and artistry behind what they do.

03/09/2025: Piadina with an almost invisible filling, at Ipercoop they make them more stuffed.. zero care for the place, as inside where we ate there were cobwebs with black spiders, dirty glass and not even one clean table outside. I can imagine what the kitchen and food storage must have been like!! Dirty place clean, I felt disgusted while eating.... absolutely not recommended!

23/02/2026: Now a rarity History, Consistency, and Quality... All this!!! ... Don't waste your time anywhere else for a Chinese dinner. I highly recommend it.

14/02/2026: Good food, even the sushi. 🍣. Maybe the rice is a little sticky... Friendly staff. It's fine in my opinion.

05/01/2026: Positives: Children's play area Negatives: Cold restaurant, poor cleanliness, and very long wait times. (90-minute wait for a steak with 20 people in the dining room). Friendly staff.

05/01/2026: Terrible New Year's Eve dinner!! The pizza was cold and tasteless, the drinks were served after a terrible appetizer; we asked for them after a 20-minute wait, and the cotechino with lentils wasn't served to everyone. There was no live music, just a quiz game that ended up giving everyone a headache.

16/01/2026: The restaurant operates even without a bathroom. How sad. How can the authorities allow this? It's a disgrace for Italy.

25/12/2025: The worst experience I've ever had. I need some negative points. The place is shabby and cold, the service is subpar. I was alone in the restaurant. The pizza was simply inedible. I ordered a plain pizza, and as soon as it arrived, I noticed it was completely burned. I turned it over and confirmed that it was completely charred. A pizza chef should never serve a pizza like that. Instead of apologizing, she says, "Then I'll take it to the pizza chef." The pizza chef returns with the new pizza and, sarcastically, also asks me if it's okay this time...? At the cash register, the same waitress continues her sarcastic remarks, asking me if I ate it all this time. To top it all off, instead of an apology, she points out that since I touched it to turn it over and reveal the charred bottom, I should have paid for it. Not even in a company cafeteria... I won't add anything else.

07/12/2025: Ordered home pizza burnt under the cuda in the middle terrible
