23/05/2025: I went to eat at Panis after discovering it on Instagram. I had high expectations for their pizza, seeing how they make it, so I was a little worried they wouldn't live up to expectations. Instead, they far exceeded my expectations. The pizza was delicious: light, thin, and crispy. I tried the Nuvola dough, which was also delicious. My advice for the Nuvola is to split it, as it's better appreciated. The service was very fast and efficient. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm not crazy about the dim lighting, but despite that, I'm waiting for them to reopen so I can go back! Hands down, the best pizzeria in Crema.
20/04/2025: We were there last night. The pizza was exceptional, made with top-quality ingredients. I loved it, and we'll definitely be back.

08/12/2025: We stopped for lunch on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. We were passing through and my son wanted a burger for lunch. If you're looking for a veggie burger that doesn't taste like meat, go elsewhere!
