The food is EXCELLENT: I come here often and they've never disappointed me. This review is absolutely deserved.
The staff is always super polite, kind, and helpful—truly good people.
The place is very clean, clearly showing their attention to hygiene.
The food is varied and never boring, of excellent quality: kudos to the chef and owner for their careful menu selection.
The prices are absolutely fair, and the portions are generous. I always leave satisfied.
Plus, on weekends, there's always entertainment, like events and DJs playing music. Now they even have a fortune teller: super friendly, kind, and above all, she left me speechless with her skill!
16/03/2026: Colorful place with friendly staff. I find the outside a bit kitsch, especially the synthetic grass outside and the awnings that remind me of Rimini Beach. The cocktails are decent, but the aperitivo food is very basic.

02/03/2026: Lunch with friends, we had a more or less good time. We ate spaghetti with lobster, vegetable scrocchia, red fruit cheesecake, pistachio brittle. I'm coming back here after years and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The service was top-notch. The pizza was really, really good... classic Neapolitan (there are different doughs to choose from, between pinza and scrocchia). Worth the trip! I recommend it.

The place has found its identity.
The pizza (Neapolitan) is truly top-notch, as are the ingredients.
This means the prices are... significant, but I'm happy to accept them if the quality is worth it.
And here it is.
The beer selection, however, is always a bit on par... there's only one (good) lager on tap and nothing else. For other beers, they rely on bottles from a local brewery.
Regarding the atmosphere, in winter, the rooms are small and the tables... nice and close together.
If you're looking for a little privacy... it's not exactly easy. Nothing to worry about, though.

I returned to this pizzeria after the Covid break and can confirm the deliciousness of the very topped pizza.
Unfortunately, for the third time, I've noticed the service is sketchy, albeit friendly.
Too long a wait and a very precarious knowledge of the menu (even just for beers, which are essential in a pizzeria).
There's a lot of room for improvement in this area.
That's why I'm taking away one star.

Very nice place with truly exceptional pizza.
The only shame is that the acoustics are a bit tiring when the room is full.

06/12/2025: I'm reiterating my review after years. The pizza is always delicious, thin and well-cooked, with plenty of toppings. Takeout is also available.
The food is also good, with a variety of options for all tastes! I recommend the pumpkin tortelli and risottos. The fritto misto is delicious.
In mild weather, you can eat outside. The place is clean.
The staff is always courteous and very helpful.
Very good value for money.
Highly recommended!!!

09/11/2025: Excellent sandwiches and super friendly and efficient staff. We returned a second time during the nougat festival, and despite the crowds, the service was impeccable. I would always return.

15/03/2026: Only 4 stars because I've only been there once. The pizza menu is mind-blowing, many of them unusual but sure to make you want to try them. I chose Emmental and porcini mushrooms, and it was a pleasant surprise.
05/01/2026: The prices on the menu aren't clear.
A Zola and speck pizza is listed on the menu for €9, but at the checkout the speck is calculated as an additional ingredient, so you pay €10.
More clarity with the prices!

02/09/2025: They only kept the name from the old Panis. After the change of management, everything got drastically worse. They kept the photos of the pizzas from the old management, but the dough has nothing to do with them. It's a real shame because the pizza was truly exceptional at the old place. I won't be returning.
23/05/2025: I went to eat at Panis after discovering it on Instagram. I had high expectations for their pizza, seeing how they make it, so I was a little worried they wouldn't live up to expectations. Instead, they far exceeded my expectations. The pizza was delicious: light, thin, and crispy. I tried the Nuvola dough, which was also delicious. My advice for the Nuvola is to split it, as it's better appreciated. The service was very fast and efficient. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm not crazy about the dim lighting, but despite that, I'm waiting for them to reopen so I can go back! Hands down, the best pizzeria in Crema.
