21/08/2024: Very nice restaurant in Salò. We took the tasting menu accompanied by several glasses of wine to accompany each dish. Tasty and original dishes. Unfortunately it was very crowded and some dishes took a long time. But considering that we are in August it is physiological that with the peak of tables some evenings do not go well. We will return in a quieter period.

18/08/2024: We came across this restaurant by chance in Salo and managed to get a table. We are very happy to have eaten there. The service was excellent, as was the wine presentation and presentation, and the food was excellent. At the end of our vacation we treated ourselves to dinner there again. The variations of the antipasti, the primi patti and the secundi patti as well as the desserts were exquisite and very, very tasty. The greetings from the kitchen completed the menu excellently. We particularly enjoyed the fine coordination of the individual dishes. We can expressly and without reservation recommend this restaurant. The restaurant belongs to the upper price range. Nevertheless: Treat yourself to something good and eat there!!! It's really worth it!!!

06/08/2024: We turned up at 2pm as a group of 8 with no booking, but they had no problem accommodating us outside. The menu was not very extensive, but the pasta dishes were the best we had in Italy and the orange mousse was fabulous. The waiter was a laugh and did a great job of singing happy birthday.

05/08/2024: I can't leave more that 5 stars, or I would. I eat a lot of pasta, it's one of my fave foods, I am also mainly veggi. Today I had the best pasta I've ever eaten at Dadone. I wish I could remember the exact name of what I had, it was the veggie, filled pasta with sage. Absolutely fantastic. Can't recommend enough. You can see the meals being cooked, 1 by 1 infront of you, from scratch. Just wish this place existed in the UK! Thank you, again, best pasta I've ever eaten.

30/07/2024: Exceptional, very fresh fish, sushi that has nothing to do with all you can eat... the service guys are very kind and prepared! The selection of wines and gins is also excellent! Advised!

18/08/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in questo incantevole ristorante dopo un tour a Salò, siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla qualità dei piatti. Il risotto ai crostacei era eccezionale, antipasto di pesce fresco e saporito. Qualità prezzo ottimo. Personale e proprietario cordiale e gentile. Consigliatissimo!

13/08/2024: Restaurant probably appreciated by foreign tourists. For us Italians it is no. There are no seconds. They only have mixed seafood or land starters. We were told very filling. That's not true, a (rectangular) dish that is not at all abundant, you can see it in the various photos. It only has first courses, none suitable for lactose intolerant people. They would have possibly made a risotto without butter or, listen carefully: a pasta with tomato sauce! End. Side dishes: salad and baked potatoes. Baked potatoes which exactly should I eat with what? The place looks upscale but it's not. They only have high prices suitable for tourists. Ah, yes, the appetizer is good, and God forbid. We left feeling hungry but not having the chance to get anything else. What could we have taken? Fish? No, only possibly grilled frozen prawns. No thank you. We would have also drank wine if they had put us in the air-conditioned room but... They put us at the entrance because we were the first, they obviously didn't want to dirty the room just for us. It's a shame that then, when other people arrived, they opened it: a sometimes air-conditioned room. And we're stuck behind the front door. I don't think there will be a second time.
