02/11/2024: Già ispira al passaggio : Dalla lettura del menù con piatti ricercati nei dettagli alla scelta del colore ottanio per le pareti con luci calde e dell arredo in generale. ambiente raccolto dove si può conversare. accoglienza cortesia della moglie dello chef in sala e del personale . Un benvenuto originale ai graditi ospiti , ogni piatto una sorpresa per gli occhi e per il palato perfino il caffè stupisce !!! Bellissima esperienza culinaria ! Consiglio a chi ama la qualità la bellezza la cura la ricerca la bravura dello chef e del suo staff ! Grazie coppia Signore

01/11/2024: This restaurant is absolutely amazing, if you needed another reason to visit the beautiful Salo it would be dinner at Civico7. We were here once before 5 years ago and were absolutely thrilled, the expectations were correspondingly high this time - in addition to the joy that this jewel had survived the difficult Corona years. We find the combination of top gastronomy with pleasant, natural friendliness and attentive service very pleasant. This time there was even a glass of Prosecco as a greeting from the kitchen; we still had fond memories of the homemade bread and Grisini. You can't really go wrong with the menu here, whatever we ordered during our four visits was a pleasure - you simply pick the four dishes from the antipasti/primi/secondi menu that appeal to you the most. Wine accompaniment is highly recommended and rather cheap at €25/4 glasses. If you order one of the delicious desserts, please remember to leave a little place in your stomach for the final dessert greeting from the kitchen. For around €160 we had a completely successful and enjoyable evening and would happily come back here.

23/09/2024: Ci siamo stati domenica a pranzo e sfruttando il bel tempo abbiamo pranzato all'aperto nel vicoletto che porta a piazza Vittoria. Servizio veloce. Sempre apprezzato il fatto che abbiano portato una lavagnetta per far disegnare nostra figlia di 2 anni. Pasta fresca cotta al dente molto buona. Prezzo altino nella media del lago di garda: 3 primi, 2 calici di vino e acqua 75€.

22/09/2024: Sono stato da Dadone in una calda serata sul finale dell’estate con la mia ragazza. Come in una canzone di successo, molto spesso, ciò che paga è la sequenza di pochi ingredienti, mescolati a regola d’arte. La scelta delle materie prime, la ricerca dei piatti, il calore umano del gestore ci hanno appassionato fin dal primo istante. Ed è proprio dietro questa apparente semplicità, studiata nei minimi dettagli, che si nasconde la perfezione. Ci torneremo presto!

05/01/2025: Ottimo posto personale Top...e cibo esageratamente buono...Cena in famiglia consigliatissimo tris di primi ... Nulla da invidiare ad altri ristoranti blasonati...cibo eccellente e cordialità forse troppo poco pubblicizzato ma sicuro ci ritorneremo se si va una volta poi si ritorna...saluti dalla val camonica e complimenti...

12/01/2025: Let me start by saying that I have been going to this restaurant for many years. It has always stood out for the quality of the dishes and the service. Despite myself, this evening the service was truly poor. We had dinner with 4 people and had booked a table. I can say that after seating us and ordering, after ten minutes they brought us all our orders. Very nice but if they gave you time to eat between one dish and another without filling the table with dishes you could enjoy what you eat better. Just enough time to put the last bite in our mouths they asked us if we were expecting more or could they clear the table. In short, too hasty service worthy of a canteen, not a restaurant like Brunati. Ps: Maki scampi that didn't stay intact once grabbed with chopsticks. I want to underline that this review is the result of the opinion of all four people at the table.
