I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Genova

11/03/2024: 29 febbraio, anniversario di matrimonio. Decidiamo di festeggiare a pranzo, anziché la consueta cena (alla mia età il pranzo crea meno problemi di digestione...). Un amico, considerato il desiderio di mia moglie di assaporare del buon tartufo, ci consiglia di non affrontare un più lungo tragitto fino al Piemonte perché a Serra Riccò c'è un ristorante sotto questo aspetto non teme concorrenza. Accettiamo il consiglio e ci accoglie un locale molto semplice ma altrettanto gradevole, con molti camionisti (il che è un buon segno). Ci avvertono che il "tovagliato" è presente solo a cena, ma il dettaglio non ci preoccupa, mica si mangiano le tovaglie... Menu alla carta, mia moglie si "fionda" su una tartare di fassona al tartufo nero e taglierini al tartufo bianco e tartufo nero con crema di Castelmagno. Io opto per tartare di fassona con cipolle caramellate e tortelli al pesto bianco, la specialità del locale: gli ingredienti del pesto vengono "scompattati", con il basilico nel ripieno dei tortelli, conditi con crema di parmigiano e pinoli tostati. Potevamo farci sfuggire il dolce? Certo che no! Mille sfoglie impazzita e cheesecake. Un pranzo delizioso, piatti tutti assolutamente straordinari ed un plauso al personale, attento e presente senza essere invadente, con il pregio aggiuntivo di un prezioso consiglio sul vino: un ottimo Albarossa (incrocio di barbera e nebbiolo) assolutamente perfetto per accompagnare queste leccornie. Tutto talmente perfetto da farmi venire il dubbio che, probabilmente, avrei ben digerito anche la sera... Un motivo in più per tornarci, a cena... giusto per togliere ogni dubbio anche su quel "probabilmente"...

07/04/2024: It has now become a point of reference during working days in the Campi area, possibility of eating served or buffet style, quality first and second courses at a more than popular price, generous pizzas but above all I was struck by the service! Fast and easy.. a good hit of energy

20/02/2024: Modern, clean and elegant place. Very good food with many courses of starters, two first courses, one second course and dessert, normal price. Dining room staff not very attentive to your requests (girl allergic to mushrooms and truffles, she was brought an appetizer with truffles on top) then (vegetarian girl, alternative to the cold cuts platter a small cheese and as a second course they proposed an egg) Negative note, they don't have an ATM, they only want cash and if you don't ask for it they don't issue a receipt.

15/03/2024: Good restaurant in Bolzaneto. Good choice of well presented and tasty fish dishes. Fair prices proportionate to the quality offered.

17/02/2024: Nonostante avessimo il tempo scandito dall'inizio della rappresentazione al teatro Govi abbiamo potuto apprezzare la raffinatezza del locale e del servizio una frittura eccellente sono state simpatiche anche le due chiacchiere con il proprietario il quale a conferma della sua gentilezza ci ha indicato la via per il teatro...andateci con calma ed apprezzerete molto meglio di noi la cucina. E' nostro preciso impegno Tornare per gustare l'intero menù e con calma gustare anche l'ottimo vino bianco del quale non ricordiamo il nome ma che si è dimostrato veramente eccezionale (anzi se poteste farci avere il nome ve ne saremmo oltremodo grati) grazie

30/03/2024: Got an excellent and delicious coffee at the counter this historic bar located in the center of Genoa in Via San Vincenzo without tables. This bar is known for the wide selection of its sandwiches. Really amiable staff, welcoming, competent, friendly, fast service and really good prices!!

27/03/2024: Stellar. Really enjoyed this place. A little on the expensive side, but definitely worth it. I was here with my partner so I've tried a total of 7 different plates (desserts included), and there wasn't a single thing I disliked. I often tend to find combinations or small details in foods that just don't fit together, but not here. The menu changes everyday, so big kudos to the staff for keeping up with such a wide variety of foods! And water refills are free! The servers are very kind, the atmosphere is calm and cozy, the style they were going for works exceptionally well. Location is also great. A well deserved overall 5 stars. Really, really raccomend.

29/03/2024: EXCEPTIONAL! I had never eaten such good focaccia. It was a truly new experience. With the stracchino and then with the onion... hot straight out of the oven... what can I say?! I'll be back!

31/03/2024: Total madness at Just table, the bartender leaves the counter and comes towards our table and asks how the aperitif was progressing and I humbly replied yes. After five minutes the same bartender returns and asks me for a review on the cocktail he had made and I was perplexed by his request. Once we finished our aperitif and I headed towards the cash register he asked me if I had done it and my answer was yes. The point is that these things should not be asked for and above all learn to make cocktails before asking. Greetings Iano.

30/03/2024: We went to Just table to have an aperitif. I ask for a very good mojito aperitif, it was done well. I couldn't get halfway through as all I could hear was rum.... What rubbish!!!! My friends were more desperate for their drinks than I was. We save the food especially the pizza but in the context everything is bad we are very sorry to have spent time in this place. The aperitif service should be completely covered

26/03/2024: I went there with friends and I had a terrible time. I didn't find anything satisfactory. Personally, I'm sorry but I don't recommend it

02/04/2024: Typical trattoria for a quick lunch break. Local cuisine presented with simplicity and which reflects the environment. Everything is practical and fast. Friendly and helpful staff, quick to take the order and serve at the tables. Excellent value for money. Hassle-free credit card payment. The area doesn't offer many parking options, you have to "invent" parking.

25/03/2024: Had lunch today with my husband, choice between 3 first courses, chosen pasta with ragù, and 3 second courses: arista with chips and meat with artichokes, good fast service and very kind girls, I recommend and if you also want pizza at midday which is not bad, good

26/03/2024: Beautiful tavern, well eaten fixed menu at €13 on Monday lunch, wide choice of 5-6 types of first courses and equally as many second courses, delicious sweet tiramisu with raspberry for only €4, no place settings on the fixed menu. Very pleasant atmosphere, a real gem, very friendly waitresses.

25/02/2024: A well-deserved star for the lady serving at the counter. The friendliness and the relationship with the customer are unknown. We simply asked if we could heat up and cut two pieces of focaccia in half but the rudeness in the answers and the rudeness we received were about to make us leave immediately. Focaccia also good but nothing really special.

13/03/2024: For an aperitif with work colleagues, very kind and helpful staff. A single long table for 30 people does not help sociality among diners unless normal food is "screamed"
