The food and service are excellent. The potatoes are cooked to perfection, and overall, the dishes are well-crafted and of excellent quality.

I booked this restaurant on my way back from Genoa and it was a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly; they even brought us a fried appetizer as a welcome gift. The prices were fair and the portions were generous; water was included in the cover charge!

Osteria "La Piccola" is excellent, everything is excellent: the Ligurian food, the service, the atmosphere, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom and the restaurant. I forgot, the prices are very reasonable. The restaurant can compete with other well-known restaurants.

We're back. The staff were very kind. We had lunch during the week with the 13 euro menu, which included a first course, second course with side dish, water, and wine. Then we had dessert, coffee, and they offered us their homemade basil liqueur. Everything was good and reasonably priced. Well done.

A wonderful experience, found by chance on a Tuesday evening while out in Sestri Levante looking for a quick dinner. The staff was truly friendly and knowledgeable, and the fish (Ligurian-style sea bream) was beautifully cooked and served perfectly clean (not a single bone). I would have happily eaten another, excellent! I'll definitely be back.

03/05/2026: Welcoming place, friendly and professional staff. All the dishes we ate were made with high-quality ingredients. The anchovy and raspberry risotto, the veal with artichokes and mashed potatoes, and the tiramisu with panera were truly delicious. The Sardenaira and the candles with beef ragù were also delicious. Definitely worth it, highly recommended.
10/04/2026: Traditional Genoese dishes revisited and deconstructed, but lacking character and often overly bland flavors. The restaurant, in an "arte povera" style, isn't particularly welcoming and, unfortunately, noisy when crowded. Service is adequate and friendly. The wine list is good, but the Ligurian Vermentino we chose was modest, lacking structure and aromas. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
