07/01/2025: I don't usually do reviews, but this time I can only give my super compliments to Debora for the beautiful dinner we had during the little holiday in Montefiascone with my partner... Everything was perfect, the food, the wine, the service and the cuddles received during the evening because those who cook with love transmit it onto the plate ❣️... thank you for everything!!
05/01/2025: We went to this restaurant on December 31st for lunch, and despite the preparations for the dinner that same evening, both the service and the food were impeccable.
We chose the 4-course tasting menu chosen by the chef, who was welcoming, helpful and attentive to our needs. Refined dishes and above all, made based on the seasonality of the products. The octopus tortelli amatriciana and the stuffed squid are highly recommended.
Fair prices that reflect the work and attention behind each dish.
Fantastic experience. We'll be back

07/11/2024: Sono stata in questo hotel anni 60 molto vintage solo una notte perché ero di passaggio ......la camera è bagno puliti e molto carini......quello che mi ha colpito è stata la visuale, del mattino, del Lago di Bolsena stupenda 🤩dalla sala della colazione ( tra l altro molto buona e con scelta di vario genere) un grazie particolare alla padrona di casa che è stata molto gentile e disponibile....Lo consiglio vivamente
27/10/2024: I find the Caminetto the restaurant with the best view in Latium, with excellent food and hospitality. Maria della Rocca, who speaks English, gave a touch of design and courtoisie to her creature. Overlooking the Bisentina and Martana islands, stands on the ancient Cassia Francigena connecting Florence, Sienna, Bolsena with Rome.
