07/07/2025: Location molto bella, ma lo è sempre stata. Devo dire che la nuova gestione è efficiente, Lo staff attento cordiale e preparato. Abbiamo assaggiato diverse birre, tutte ottime. Ordinato delle chips e focaccia, ottime. Insomma .... consigliatissimo. Ps. At last but not least... la location è super fresca !

30/05/2025: Siamo stati da Fustock e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Il locale è stato riqualificato con gusto, in un ambiente suggestivo e curato nei dettagli. Abbiamo mangiato una pizza davvero ottima, con ingredienti di qualità e gusti particolari, ben studiati e molto riusciti. Ottima anche la selezione di birre. Esperienza più che positiva, sicuramente torneremo!

20/07/2026: If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. As a family, we've always supported local businesses because we know how much passion, sacrifice, and difficulty go into running a restaurant. That's precisely why I'm sorry to write this review, but after three consecutive experiences, each worse than the last, I think it's right to share our experience. The first problem is the organization. The service and kitchen seem to be managed almost exclusively by very young people who, despite probably putting in the effort, aren't adequately supported. The result is slow, disorganized service, and full of forgetful comments. The menu, in fact, almost never matches the menu. Most dishes are missing every time, the selection is extremely limited, and the same goes for the drinks: of the beer selection, only one type, the soft drinks are served warm, and when we asked for ice, the answer was that they already knew they were warm... but there was no ice. The management of the restaurant is incomprehensible. They're already struggling to serve the diners in the dining room, yet they're still handling delivery. The result is an interminable wait. We arrived early, expecting to dine in a reasonable amount of time, but instead it was an odyssey: one dish after another came out in an incredibly long time. We asked for a burger, and a sandwich arrived. We even had to ask for a knife and fork, but they weren't available either because they still needed washing. As if that weren't enough, we also requested sauces. They never arrived. We asked for them several times, but no one bothered to bring them, inform us, or even apologize. It's the classic detail that, added to everything else, demonstrates a total lack of customer care. The quality and attention to detail of the dishes are also truly perplexing. A salad served with only two tomato wedges is something we'd never seen before. Furthermore, we were offered to replace the fries, assured there would be no additional charge; once we got home, however, we realized the surcharge had been added anyway. The final impression is a complete lack of respect for the customer. It's not a single mistake: it's a cumulative effect of problems that recur time and time again. Interminable wait times, missing products, disorganized service, ignored requests, and a lack of transparency. Albano Laziale is full of businesses that work every day with professionalism, attention, and respect for their customers. For this reason, I feel compelled to say that, given the current situation, this restaurant should pause for a moment, reorganize, and completely rethink its approach to business. An experience like this doesn't do justice to either the customers or to those who work in the restaurant industry with dedication and passion.

17/05/2026: I live in Aprilia, or my grandchildren in Ariccia and one evening I went to pick up the boy who had played a football match, we stopped by mistake and ate pizza and supplì and they were delicious, the service is good and it is visible.... Just last night I was there for the same reason and I had a good time.. keep it up

19/03/2026: Excellent pizza, for all tastes. Excellent hygiene. Friendly staff and, above all, experience passed down from father to son. Light, highly digestible dough, always fresh ingredients. In short, the king of pizza is the pizzeria by the slice, the TOP in ALBANO LAZIALE.

07/07/2024: Ci siamo affidati ai Ristogatti per il catering del nostro ricevimento di matrimonio; abbiamo apprezzato da subito la loro professionalità e disponibilità. Cibo ottimo e massima attenzione ai particolari. Ci hanno seguito e consigliato praticamente su tutto. Un ringraziamento particolare a Graziella, sembra una di famiglia. Consigliatissimo.
