05/05/2025: The rooms used for catering do not guarantee natural lighting and ventilation adequate for the intended use.
The foods
Homemade fettuccine creamed with Roman pecorino, Sardinian pecorino, Amatriciano bacon and rosemary powder: the dish was served warm and sticky. The bacon is not crunchy but hard and dry. The impression is as if it had been prepared a long time in advance and then reheated.
Beef cheek Served with mashed potatoes: flavorless and always prepared first and reheated (boiled taste).
BBQ pork ribs cooked at low temperature: cooking at low temperatures allows you to obtain meat that comes apart perfectly and is soft and succulent. The ribs that were served to us were stringy. They seemed overly heated.
The baloc merlot is good (excessive price).

Tried both à la carte and all you can eat.
Clean and tidy environment. They also accept small dogs.
24/02/2025: Good Chinese. I am convinced that if they stopped making sushi and put more effort into Chinese cuisine, perhaps with some original proposals of their own and not adapted to us it would be perfect. Last note, no Italian dishes either.

23/12/2024: Once Alice excellent pizza last night stopped to eat some pizza we were both Mali I think the pizza is heavy not so digestible we had taken boscaiola salmon and Margherita 2 completely tasteless biscuits without salt and literally mushy not to mention the box take away with the paper attached to the mozzarella and never again

15/04/2025: Stayed in Albano for about a month and went to Apache probably 5+ times while I was here. As an American I can only go so long eating amazing pizza and pasta without wanting a burger somewhere in between. If you find yourself craving a delicious and fresh burger or other savory sandwiches with outstanding service, this is the place. I couldn’t be happier with the hospitality and service i was given when choosing to eat here. Can’t recommend enough!

15/04/2025: Ho letto alcune recensioni negative su questo locale, ma è probabile che siano riferite ad una precedente gestione, si vede dallo scontrino, stesso locale, stesso indirizzo, ma diversa partita IVA e diverso nome della società che lo gestisce (non più Ottima Annata, ma Desio). E difatti il locale che ho trovato io è su tutto un altro livello.
Ambiente confortevole e familiare, servizio veloce e cortese, ottimi lieviti e pasticceria, saletta interna non grande, ma piacevole, posizione strategica, lo consiglio assolutamente.
