28/06/2024: Ordiniamo online per noi ed i bimbi. Arriva la pizza, manca la pizza rossa dei bimbi. La nostra radicchio e tonno carbonizzata. Dico poi la radicchio e tonno per farla cucini prima la pizza poi la apri e la riempi. Allora se l’hai aperta l’hai vista e se l’hai vista una roba carbonizzata non la fai uscire. Aggiungiamo pure che chiamiamo 3 volte e la sede di Frascati di Alice Pizza ci chiude in faccia il telefono 3 volte. Abbiamo mangiato un buon piatto di pasta, fatto da noi. Il carbone lo tengo da parte per fare il fuoco questo inverno.

29/05/2024: Servizio lento .. 20 minuti aspettando per niente . Se volete lavorare con il pubblico dovete essere più presente e gentile.

25/12/2025: I spent the evening of December 24th with my family at Villa Grazioli. I have nothing to complain about the food—the attention to detail was excellent, and everything was excellent—and the waiters' efficient service. However, I have some criticisms about the location. The terrace is beautiful, with a striking view of the city, and very elegant, too. However, we simply couldn't have dined in our coats because it was so cold. I heard several customers complain. It was freezing, especially at some tables very close to the windows. We were among them. Even to enter the dining room, we had to walk through a small plastic tunnel in the cold and wind. Not to mention the waiters who worked in the freezing cold all evening when they had to leave the dining room. Is it possible that with those beautiful and elegant heated rooms inside the building, we had to dine freezing! I'm sorry I wrote this review, but I hope it can be helpful to those in charge for a better and more comfortable organization of such events.

11/09/2025: The food is terrible. The fish was barely warm, and the sauce was nothing more than olive oil. The meat was undercooked, the sauce had no flavor, and they didn’t even provide a proper steak knife—just a regular table knife, so we had to saw through the meat as best we could. You can hear everything the staff say in the kitchen; for an entire hour we listened to the loud clattering of knives and forks being sorted. The waitress only came out to bring the food and take the order—otherwise, there was nobody to ask or call. A guest who came to the restaurant had to wait a long time for any staff to appear, until he finally had to go into the kitchen to call someone. There was no one to ask for the check either, until someone eventually came out of the kitchen with food . It would be better to close the restaurant altogether than to keep it running like this.

26/10/2024: Locale accogliente e suggestivo,situato nel pieno centro storico di Viterbo.Non c'è stata l'adeguata attenzione ai clienti presenti,in quanto il personale addetto al servizio esterno era solamente 1 ed insufficiente.Poi però,il cameriere,è stato eccellente,sia nel servizio,sia nell'attenzione verso di noi.Educato,presente e molto efficiente.Bravo veramente👏🔝.i prodotti offerti per l'aperitivo,non di particolare livello,a parte le barchette di patate che erano eccellenti.Prezzo in linea con la location.Si può fare!!

24/08/2024: Tipico bar per aperitivi in una delle piazze più caratteristiche del borgo antico di Viterbo: piazza del Gesù. Tanta scelta di cocktail,accompagnati purtroppo solo da quattro patatine. Per avere una piccola "tapas" bisogna aggiungere 3 euro. Prodotti comunque molto buoni, personale cortese, e prezzi nella norma.

25/08/2024: ho ordinato una torta per il mio compleanno e devo dire che le aspettative sono state rispettate. Una torta veramente buona, leggera e molto delicata, un luogo ben tenuto, pulito ed ordinato, consiglio a tutti questa pasticceria!

08/06/2024: Pessimo, dipendenti scontenti, I titolari non pagano , nonostante abbiano più bar. Arroganti, e poco professionali, pasticceria buona.
