05/11/2025: Dinner for two, November, weekday. As you can see in the photos, it wasn't very busy.
We ordered octopus salad with potatoes and a fried platter of calamari and shrimp.
The octopus salad was okay.
The fried platter, cooked in old oil, only had passable calamari. The potatoes were very heavy, and the shrimp were whole, so when you removed the tails, heads, and legs, they lost their crispy texture.
The atmosphere was nothing special, just average.
The service was fine.
I wouldn't go back, nor would I recommend it.
04/11/2025: All around the service was amazing, the waitress was super nice and kind. We only had pizza, but i can say, that based on what i saw, the food looks exactly, how it looks on the menu.

22/11/2025: Feels like more of a local place. Gnocchi Sorrentina was excellent. Service was friendly yet polished, and prices were good.

29/09/2025: My husband & I just returned from our wedding at Villa Antiche Mura and the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. From the moment I began working with Michele & Claudia to plan, they were kind, responsive and helpful. They made the process so easy for me and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. The wedding itself was absolutely beautiful. They made us feel prioritized and at ease in what I thought would be a very stressful week. The wedding set up was exactly what I expected when I walked down the aisle, and our reception dinner was gorgeous. All of our guests were blown away by the views and the food. Thank you to the entire team there for making our day perfect!

17/09/2025: The only positive was the location, but everything else was extremely disappointing. The service was unfriendly and unwelcoming — we felt ignored and not valued as customers the entire time. The bread was stale, the pasta completely tasteless, and the portions very small. For the price, it was not good value for money. Despite the good location, the atmosphere was far from hospitable, and I would not recommend this restaurant.
16/09/2025: Friendly staff, busy restaurant but managed to get a table for 2 outside just in time. Ordered a meat sharing platter to start which was tasty and portion size was good, followed by the “Mesca Francesca” which was a medley of pasta tossed in a melting wheel of Parmesan - this was the best meal we’ve had in our 4 day stay in Sorrento.
Local red wine was also very good.
Portion size was healthy
Atmosphere was good
Staff were attentive
Overall - Cinque Stelle

23/10/2025: Very friendly hotel, great service, lovely people - will definitely come again! Thank you so much!!! I think this is one of our best experiences, much better than with many 5 stars hotels. We appreciated it a lot.
Don’t buy the excursions from the hotel! We purchased 4 excursions and regretted a lot - they are organized not by the hotel, but by a different agency, and are very poor and basic, don’t worse even the half of their prices.
03/10/2025: Magnificent!!! Stunning room with a sea view and every comfort, a lovely pool, and fabulous hot tubs! The hotel restaurant is exceptional...quality products and delicious food, as is breakfast! The shuttle service to and from Sorrento is excellent, without having to move the car from the parking lot! I highly recommend it!

What I find absurd is a plate of penne with tomato sauce for a child that wasn't anything special, €13!!! The pizzas were okay, the main course was okay, and the desserts were nothing special. The bill wasn't proportionate to what we ordered.
03/12/2025: A beautiful restaurant in Sorrento with excellent food and pizza, including desserts. Prices are just above average, but generous portions and impeccable service with the usual friendly Campanian flair make it all worthwhile and highly recommended if you're in Sorrento!

06/11/2025: Dinner for two, weekday in November. There was plenty of room, no need to reserve.
They have a fairly extensive menu, which is good for those who have been in the area for a while and tend to eat the same thing over and over.
The service was good and the atmosphere is nice. The only downside was that an outside heater wasn't working, and we had to move inside because it was cold. We started with a burrata with mortadella and pistachio. The burrata wasn't the best. The burger had cheddar, tomato, lettuce, and bacon. It was good, a tasty combination. There are many things to improve, but it's good value for money. They have aged beef, but we didn't try it. You can see the different cuts in the picture.

07/11/2025: This was one of my favourite meals in Sorrento. After a couple weeks of pasta during my vacation, we decided to stop here for lunch and I am so glad we did!! We both had the lemon sushi, and our server was nice enough to allow me to have it made with tuna instead of salmon. It is a combination I never would have thought up but the lemon mayo and lemon zest was amazing and the fish was so fresh.
The server was so friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommend for anyone passing through!

11/05/2025: We ate there one evening, by far the BEST restaurant we went to during our stay. Outstanding quality food, fresh and homemade, every mouthful of food was amazing. No surprise there was a long queue soon after we arrived but well worth the wait! Advised to go early evening to get a table. Staff friendly and lovely family dog.
10/05/2025: I never usually leave reviews, but I had to this time. Azz! in Sorrento was simply outstanding. I had the lasagna and a pizza – both were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The vibe was relaxed yet elegant, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. One of those places you remember long after the meal. Don’t miss it if you’re in town.
