03/12/2025: I am a satisfied customer, quality and tradition are all good, but I was there two days ago and I asked for a kilo, and half a kilo of biscuits, they recommend exceeding the weight, while the person who served me seemed annoyed, it seemed like she didn't want to work, usually the girls are wonderful and helpful, listening to the customer's needs, while the package that was supposed to be a kilo was very much even the half kilo one, if before starting I recommended the weight for personal reasons, as long as it is a little it does not matter but it was a lot., I repeat, I made the cake for my 25th birthday, other birthdays I come from Fuorigrotta, because for me it is the number one in quality and skill

19/01/2026: The space is not very large, the dining room on the mezzanine floor has windows overlooking the street, the kitchen and pizzeria are both reasonably priced, the food service is managed with discretion and professionalism, and there is the possibility of unattended parking.

18/01/2026: I really enjoyed the pizza at Gli Artigiani di Gianluigi Rispo: the dough was light, fragrant, and very digestible, and it was perfectly cooked. The pizza flavors were also very tasty and unique, well-crafted and not banal. The only downside was the wait, which was quite long despite the place not being particularly crowded at the time we arrived. For a while, it seemed like no pizza was coming out. For two people, three pizzas and a water cost us €63, which was definitely not cheap. That said, for my tastes, it remains one of the best pizzas ever, and I would definitely return, because the dough is truly top-notch.

18/01/2026: This review is more for me, so when I forget about the place in a while, I'll reread it and never return. We came to this place because it was advertised on social media. Friendly staff. Good appetizers, but the pizza is perhaps too "advanced" for my taste and, in my opinion, too expensive. The one I chose (pictured) was purposely presented in a cardboard box and, I must say, reminded me of the kind of low-quality pizza served at the auto grill. Of course, taste is highly subjective. Reservations recommended.
