02/10/2025: A restaurant in a very central location for those visiting the village of Sant Agata de' Goti. The restaurant occupies a significant portion of the village's ancient Ducal Castle; the conservative renovation was well done! Indeed, you can still see the vaults, the stones, and the architectural features of the ancient castle, creating a classic and calm atmosphere; even the lighting is unobtrusive, as is the background music. The staff is discreet and professional, with that local flair I look for when I'm out discovering new places and experiencing new things. The restaurant offers both meat and seafood menus. I tried to break the traditional local tradition (we're in the hills, after all) and chose a typical seafood menu. I must say, I was amazed by the freshness of the ingredients! The quality and preparation of the first course (trofie with vingole and pistachio), the mixed fried fish, and the appetizer of anchovies and octopus salad, etc., could seriously undermine coastal cuisine! Not to mention the fish (sea bass) I tasted on my wife's plate, which was definitely not farmed. I don't think there's a similar place in the entire Taburno Regional Park area that offers a seafood menu of this caliber! I had a great time and highly recommend it based on everything I've already written. I also recommend making a reservation because the place has a medium-low capacity of about 50 people, and if they don't have seats, they simply let you know, without rushing diners or creating long lines of new customers at the entrance. Excellent! The corner with their own local products is also nice. Finally, the price was more than fair for what I ate, in fact, below average. I will definitely be back!

24/08/2025: Polite, kind, and competent staff. We had lobster linguine. Divinely cooked and presented even better. Mussels with pepper sauce, absolutely fresh and high-quality. Fried anchovies, a first-rate fried dish. Highly recommended. Very fresh, high-quality products.

13/08/2025: I've been to Taverna delle Follie several times and have always had a great time. The location is beautiful, especially the outdoor garden, which becomes cool and pleasant in the evenings. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, something that's not so common in Italy. And the food is truly excellent! I've tried various dishes and they've all been special. The portions are huge!!

12/10/2025: Great place to stay. The hotel is beautiful. It is located in a quiet area. Rooms are nice and clean. There was no safe in the room. While the shower was larger than expected the water temperature was difficult to control. The room was supplied with personal items. Staff is friendly.

Not to mention Daniela and Cetta, exquisite people who pay attention to every detail. Then there's Camilla, a very sweet girl ready to help at any time. Finally, there's Mrs. Maddalena, she pampered me as if I were her own daughter. I have no doubt I would return for another event because it's not just an event venue but a big family ❤️

02/10/2025: Villa Giordano exceeded all my expectations! The catering service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the venue is beautiful and welcoming. Maddalena was fantastic; she was so dedicated and passionate about our day, and even pampered us the next day by preparing breakfast. The wedding planners were helpful and professional, doing everything they could to accommodate even the most demanding requests. We were fortunate to have chosen this restaurant for our wedding and would recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality service and a special atmosphere. Thank you so much for everything!

13/08/2025: Enchanting place! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism. The eggplant parmigiana... simply amazing: authentic flavor, generous portions, and an aroma that captivates from the first bite. The facility is impeccable, spotlessly clean, and meticulously maintained. We immediately felt at ease. We'll definitely be back!

11/08/2025: A STATELY experience! Everything is a work of art: from the renovated 19th-century farmhouse to the chef's dishes and the estate's wines (special mention for the Falanghina sparkling wine); from the kindness of Anna, Valerio, Mara, and the entire staff, to the pool, suitable even for the littlest ones (our daughter, under two, had a blast thanks to the 10-centimeter-high edge, allowing her to move freely). Even our cattle dog was pampered and welcomed into the shaded pool on the last day. Congratulations 🍾

23/09/2025: The food was excellent, with a set menu, a lovely atmosphere, and very attentive and helpful waiters. There are also animals for the little ones to visit.

21/09/2025: I'm still at the table and I have to say it's a wonderful restaurant. The owner is polite, professional, and explains everything before you sit down, so if you don't like the menu, you don't have to stay! The waiters are helpful and ready immediately despite the crowds. The cuisine is perfect, and compliments to those behind the scenes: the chef, the assistant chef, and the dishwashers. Everyone is an excellent team for carrying this project forward. I'm reviewing this before I finish eating because I can already tell everything will be great. After the appetizers and first courses, we can say it's top-notch, so the second course and everything else will be just as good. If you come to visit Pietralcina, you can't miss the La Vecchia Fattoria restaurant. Served by Roberto and Francesco, very friendly, professional, and above all polite. Congratulations to everyone, they were great, and they conclude by saying the menu is affordable for everyone, fair, plentiful, and honest.

24/08/2025: We had a stew and a tagliata of Marchigiana and the quality was excellent, and the service was fast. I recommend it for a dinner after a walk in the Grassano park.

Delicious pizza, light and with refined products that follow the seasons. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat an excellent pizza. Excellent value for money too.

27/09/2025: A welcoming and simple place. The food is also simple but very good. It's a trattoria, and it would be intellectually dishonest to expect anything else. The staff is sincere, and the owner is extremely helpful. There were 40 of us there to celebrate a 25th wedding anniversary.

17/08/2025: I had lunch there with my family. I searched for and chose the place because I'm celiac, so I was worried they wouldn't like it, but everyone was very satisfied with the quality of the food. The portions were unexpectedly generous (and the bill was a pleasant surprise!), but despite that, they happily polished it off. As a celiac, I also ate a huge amount of good food. A special mention for Maria, the young woman who served us the entire time: very gracious, sweet, and kind. The place gave us a welcoming and familiar feeling. The bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh. Outside, there's a large, very relaxing green area. We'll be back.

22/09/2025: I spent €3 to ice my teeth and lips and didn't even get a receipt. While walking down Corso Garibaldi in Benevento, I came across this beautiful ice cream shop, but it wasn't nearly as good. I got a €3 cone with three flavors that I couldn't taste at all. Even the chocolate inside the cone had no flavor. Furthermore, the ice cream wasn't firm and melted quickly. It seems like the ice cream is made with low-quality ingredients... Disappointing, and a waste of money.

15/09/2025: The ice cream is high quality and there are many flavors to choose from. The staff is very friendly and fast. Prices are reasonable.
