04/05/2025: Ristorante bellissimo ma prima di tutto I piatti buonissimi e consigliatissimi ci siamo andati gia' 2 volte la prima volta abbiamo mangiato di terra e abbiamo assaggiato un antipasto del contadino e la mattonella del casaro Ps.Sembrava di stare in un sogno.Poi a seguire abbiamo preso ignocchetti con zucca ,guanciale e granella di nocciola e I cavatelli alla norcia buonissimi anche questi poi come secondo una tagliatelle di manzo ai porcini e agnello porchettato e come contorno insalata mista e patate al forno e per finire una bellissima scomposta al limone e una tartellette alla mela annurca spettacolari arrivati al conto, prezzi non alti. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante servizio educato e si vedeva che ci tenevano a far sentire ogni cliente come se fosse a casa sua.Siamo andati anche una seconda volta e abbiamo mangiato pesce ,e I loro piatti sono sempre piu' pieni di allegria e gustosita'.Ci ritorneremo sicuramente Ps. E' il mio ristorante preferito.

03/05/2025: Precioso restaurante de gestión familiar, comida reconfortante completada por una ubicación fantástica. Marido y esposa ponen corazón y alma en este lugar, servicio encantador, buena comida. Ubicación perfecta en el lado del castello ducale enclavado bajo el porche de flores. Si desea experimentar la calidez del sur de Italia lejos del caos del destino más turístico, debe considerar una excursión de un día a Sant'Agata dei Goti y cenar en Fiore.

Peace and relaxation are guaranteed. The farmhouse is immersed in the greenery of the Benevento hills, a visual, olfactory and gustatory experience not to be missed. The food is genuine, of the highest quality and in large quantities. Recommended for those who love animals, there is also the possibility of horseback riding. A place that enters your heart, ideal for anyone who wants to regenerate while enjoying the natural beauty of the place. If you happen to be in Campania, I highly recommend you visit it.

06/04/2025: The raw seafood is excellent and well presented. Refined cuisine at the right level but certainly not lacking in substance and quantity. You can immediately sense the quality and freshness of the dishes. Those of us who went for fish throughout the dinner were never denied by the omnipresent common thread throughout the evening, namely: quality, freshness and generating emotions in tasting every single dish. The waitress deserves a note, impeccable and professional I dare say.....High level. We will come again

24/05/2025: Eravamo di ritorno da Roma, reduci dell'ultima puntata di domenica in della zia Mara. Abbiamo fatto sosta a Benevento con cena presso l'osteria di Sapore di corte, gestita dall'esperto Cristian con la sua equipe. Abbiamo cenato a dir poco divinamente con pietanze particolari costernate da una professionalità e gentilezza. La specialità è il baccalà servito in tutte le varie pietanze ma, oltre al baccalà c'è di tutto. Sicuramente a breve ci torneremo anche di mezzogiorno per degustare le specialità preparate dalla cucina altamente professionale.

14/05/2025: I was in this facility on May 11, 2025 for my mother's birthday... we had lunch out and chose this facility!! Truly a fantastic place!! The facility, the grounds, the children's playground, the animals, the pool, the venue are all beautiful!! As for the food, it's really excellent... high quality, polite and courteous staff!! I highly recommend it!!

10/04/2025: Stay on a business trip. Very characteristic structure and certainly well maintained. Dignified rooms and comfortable bed in an internal context well preserved in the original rural style that makes you take a step back in time. Slightly noisy heating in the room. The breakfast and its service are unfortunately certainly not the strong point. Rather sparse buffet, cereals presented in the absence of yogurt or milk which would only make them consumable in this way. Absence of typical local products, even basic ones such as bread, jams, butter, anything even salty, focaccia, eggs. The juice was good and I asked for extra... then I would have liked to drink some tea but the staff was not very present and wouldn't let me... overall a positive opinion with a reviewable service
