29/10/2023: Check in at the bar opposite where we then had breakfast, when I arrived I was greeted with a strange welcome... fortunately, at breakfast in the morning there were some very kind boys and girls. Nice room, too bad there is no bidet and too bad you can't hang towels anywhere because the device is broken. Perfect location to visit everything but absolute car chaos as you can't sleep well at night. Breakfast at the bar opposite included ok 👌

24/08/2024: Una serata di agosto trascorsa con mio marito ed i miei figli semplicemente fantastica! Cenare in un ambiente raffinato e curato nei minimi dettagli , affacciati su un grazioso ruscello gustando una serie infinita di antipasti a dir poco deliziosi è una esperienza che non si dimentica. Bravissima la cuoca Tiziana che trasforma le sue verdure con vera maestria e complimenti allo staff tutto ed in particolare a Claudia per la gentilezza con la quale ci ha letteralmente accuditi ! A proposito conservate un angolino per il dolce. Io e mio marito eravamo pieni e non lo abbiamo preso ma fortunatamente i miei figli non si sono fermati e lo hanno ordinato. Uno era un tripudio di fagottini caldi al cioccolato l'altro una composizione artistica di sfoglia con crema di ricotta e fichi : gustosissimi! Podere Rega ritorneremo sicuramente !!

18/08/2024: Ferragosto cena da brivido, tutto pessimo portate rinsecchite misere e non di buona qualità. 52 euro a persona pagato anche l amaro che era l unica cosa salvabile. Non vi consiglio di andare dopo una nottata passata in bianco con una acidità persistente! Se questo è il migliore agriturismo consigliato... gli altri come saranno? 😏boh👀

20/08/2024: Posto carino, sempre aperto. Abbiamo mangiato la pizza che era molto buona! Prezzo buono. Carino per passare una serata piacevole.

04/08/2024: Siamo andati io e il mio ragazzo a pranzo; a lui servono l’antipasto e io rimango a guardare per 10 minuti mentre lui mangia. Dopo l’attesa servono il mio antipasto, e circa un minuto dopo arrivano anche i cuoppi di mare misti che avevamo ordinato (io avevo appena iniziato a mangiare). Mentre cercavamo di pranzare, molti tavoli erano infastiditi dalla presenza di api che presto hanno raggiunto anche il nostro, e mi sono dovuta alzare più volte per “sfuggire” alle api DENTRO IL PIATTO (che non è assolutamente stato cambiato, e che ho per giunta anche pagato per intero), mentre i camerieri consapevoli della situazione non sembravano minimamente preoccuparsene; il cuoco affianco a me sembrava anzi divertito. Ci facciamo spostare all’interno, dove siamo stati accolti da altre api. Inoltre la frittura sembrava essere vecchia.

24/03/2024: Terrible after dinner, if you don't have the knowledge or don't make the table you won't be able to get in. For parking, they make you pay €5 in advance and if they don't let you in, those €5 are lost. First and last time!

23/06/2024: UNIQUE PLACE. A few steps from the lake and overlooking the Aragonese Castle and the sea. The Ancient Cellars (about a century old) overlook the window of the Temple of Apollo and are a beautiful post-lunch walk... ZERO METERS lunch, given that the managers (the legendary Mirabella brothers) use exclusively products from their garden and fresh fish, offering a unique menu with the products of the day. Excellent, genuine and abundant dishes, sometimes original. Obviously house wine, excellent Flegreo DOC (Falanghina and Piedirosso) which can be purchased in the cellar. You eat directly in the countryside, under a welcoming and clean veranda. Friendly and helpful staff. Space for children and adequate parking.

28/05/2024: Nice experience in a place that seems from other times, lunch under the pergola and in full nature. Abundant and quality fixed menu lunch. Excellent Piedirosso wine at a super honest price!

17/07/2024: Herrliche Location- direkt am Strand- total romantisch- sehr freundliche Bedienung- Essen herrlich- Entrecote-Meeresfrüchtesalat gemischt- sehr guter Hauswein und als 'dolce'märchenhaftes Sorbetto- wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder

09/07/2024: Lido e ristorante a carattere familiare, personale molto gentile e disponibile il ristorante propone piatti semplici ma ben eseguiti e di discreta quantità. Tengo a precisare che frequento la spiaggia di San Pietro da più di un ventennio e cambiare location non è sempre facile, e arrivare all’Ippocampo è stata una scelta vincente

19/08/2024: The tomato and mozzarella sandwich is basically a tomato-only sandwich, with a few scattered pieces of mozzarella if you're happy with it. Very good, but it covers 10% of the width of the sandwich and is not feasible.

15/08/2024: A truly pleasant experience, good food, friendly and helpful staff, very fast service, excellent quality raw materials and a view that is truly worth it, everything excellent

18/04/2024: From the name I expected a different treatment. For 4 pizzas I waited about 1h10. They assured us that we would receive them in 20/30 minutes. A lot of confusion in managing the orders of customers who arrive on site, those who do takeaway and those who call from home. Pizza? Rubbery.

06/04/2024: Pizza made by a real Neapolitan. Don Giovanni will make me lick my chops, the pizza is so good.

08/08/2024: The food was quite nice, they saved alcohol in the mojito. The service is probably a seasonal brigade; one must decide to deliver English and no smile. Poor flowers and no music.

27/07/2024: Excellent appetizers and classic cocktails, I haven't been able to try the signature ones yet because some ingredient or barman is always missing. The prices are adequate, contrary to what is stated in other reviews, while the service depends on the waiter or waitress on duty, but overall I would say good.

28/08/2024: On Saturday 08/24/2024 I decided to stop at this beach because there was the possibility of also bringing my small dog. Once at the entrance (30 euros, umbrella and two sunbeds) as soon as I arrived near the entrance to the lido, I was told that I could not enter with the rigid cooler bag (the classic Jo style fridge) but only cooler bags were accepted soft. To which I rightly ask what the difference is..... Answer? No, it's the regulation. I am astounded and also pissed off, especially because there is a law that in no way allows the concessionaire of a beach club to prohibit swimmers from bringing a cooler bag, whether rigid or soft, to the beach. At which point, without creating chaos or heated controversy, I decided to leave. I could have easily called the police, but I preferred the soft line (I didn't want to waste half a day arguing with the rude and rude staff at the beach. Having said that, I would like to point out that the regulation they mention is their regulation and compared to a law that regulates beach concessions, it is worth less than zero. Unfortunately, there is a lack of checks by those responsible, with the consequence that dealers make their actions and presumption a modus operandi. I invite the concessionaire of the lido, first of all, to remove the notice at the entrance not to bring rigid cooler bags, because it is an abuse and contravenes an existing law valid throughout the national territory, but above all to review the aforementioned law which also allows the free passage on the beach to any swimmer who wants to position himself on the shoreline (shoreline). Unfortunately, the problem of beaches and concessions has existed for decades and for this and many other reasons, Europe has criticized the concessions system in Italy and is pushing politicians to change the law and the tender process for concessions. Furthermore, the Federconsumatori reiterates the role of the concessionaires, who are not owners of the land but manage a public property belonging to the state (of the state) and cannot prevent anyone from bringing food and drink, they cannot exercise any inspection control over the state land (such as search bags) and must comply with all the rules mentioned". Signs displayed prohibiting the entry of coolers have no value. Okay, this technical parenthesis is open, I hope that something really changes and if there is a law, that it is respected. I invite swimmers who find themselves in the same situation as me and many others to call the municipal police or other law enforcement agencies. Obviously the discussion is 360 degrees, that is, valid for all other beaches that would like to prevent the carrying of any kind of cooler bags containing food and drinks. Thank you

26/08/2024: The place is beautiful but the organization is less so in my experience.. we entered by paying what we had to.. we remained standing for like half an hour under the sun waiting for some sunbeds to become free. I go to the owner who tells me to speak to the lifeguards who in turn tell me that we have to wait since they couldn't do anything. My question is, why still let people in if the beach is full?!. End of story they find us the sunbeds after half an hour and the lifeguard also asks us for an extra amount of money for having found the sunbeds. Obviously we didn't give anything after the wait, the lifeguard responds by saying that next time he won't even get up from the chair. 🙊

27/08/2024: Come sempre si conferma la migliore sosta che si possa fare quando ti trovi nell’alto Casertano, uscita Caianello. A pochi km, immerso nel verde, questo splendido ristorante ti offre con prodotti a km zero, carni buonissime, cucina semplice e al contempo tripudio di sapori. Dagli antipasti, passando ai primi e i secondi di carne, accontentano grandi e piccini. Assolutamente da non perdere. Cordialità del personale e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

24/08/2024: Esperienza caratterizzata da luci ed ombre. Sicuramente bello il locale, posto in aperta campagna e con tipico arredamento e decoro rustico. Antipasto corposo e vario ma senza particolari eccellenze. Per primo ci hanno servito una pasta al ragù bianco con funghi, un po' slegata nei sapori. Buono il maialino al forno e il pollo ma sempre senza raggiungere "vette" di sapore o originalità. Ottimo invece il ragù che accompagnava le polpette e le pennette servite ai bambini, veramente ristretto e tirato come un vero ragù napoletano. Un piccolo appunto al menù fisso che avrebbe dovuto prevedere le bevande incluse. Noi non abbiamo preso vino e al suo posto abbiamo chiesto della coca. Ci è stata servita la Pepsi considerandola fuori menù (5 euro una bottiglia da un litro).
