High-quality products and authentic dishes like peppers and potatoes, rice and meat chops, parmigiana, and homemade pasta with authentic flavors. The pizza is also excellent, with a light dough and perfect cooking in a wood-fired oven.
A true culinary experience, absolutely worth repeating. Ottaviano and Mrs. Graziella are wonderful people who welcome you not as customers but as family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Disappointing: high-end restaurant prices but osteria-quality food
I recently visited Locanda degli Antichi Sapori in Filadelfia, and unfortunately, I have to describe the experience as extremely negative.
The place advertises itself as a high-end restaurant, but in reality, it turns out to be a simple osteria without the quality to justify the exorbitant prices.
We ate outside, at tables positioned directly on the street, and even on a slope, with no provision for comfortable seating: an unacceptable detail for someone who charges like a high-end restaurant.
The appetizers were the most disappointing: €16 for a dish made up of clearly supermarket-quality products, without any special preparation. The presentation was embarrassing, and the portions were meager.
In short: nonexistent value for money, and the food offered was completely inadequate for the image the place wants to project.
An experience not to be repeated, and not recommended to anyone seeking a modicum of consistency between price, service, and food quality.
18/08/2025: Tried this small and perhaps unique restaurant in Philadelphia for the first time.
Cute and welcoming... The menu is short but carefully chosen, especially the first courses... Generous and delicious... Scialatielli with porcini mushrooms and pancetta, and Filejia with tomato, soppressata, and eggplant. 🔝 Recommended!

11/08/2025: Veramente una bella scoperta! Tutto buonissimo, proprietari disponibili e professionali, personale educato, conto giusto e equilibrato. Abbiamo preso la paella, paccheri gamberi e pomodorini, moscardini, alici fritte, frittura mista…tutto top! Torneremo sicuramente, bravi !!!
07/08/2025: Bel posto, molto curato e pulito! Staff superveloce e preciso! Servizio DIESHI! Abbiamo optato per la pizza Francesco OTTIMA e quello con la mortadella ( un po’ pesante ma vabbè).
Consigliatissimo soprattutto per l’ampio parcheggio! Torneremo!
Grande selezione di amari (gentilmente anche offerti).

22/07/2025: We were in Pizzo for five days and ended up coming here three times – that probably says it all.
The fish is absolutely top quality – fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. Hands down the best we had in the area. But what made the experience even more special was the team. Everyone in the restaurant – from the kitchen to the service – was warm, genuine, and incredibly welcoming.
There’s something honest and heartfelt about this place. You don’t just feel like a guest – you feel like part of the family. A very big thank you to Francesco and the whole team for making our time in Pizzo even more memorable.
Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back

Le portate tutte nella media, dall'antipasto, ai primi ai secondi ma ci si aspettava qualcosa in più a livello di sapori
Gradito l'amaro gentilmente offerto.
Servizio semplice credo a conduzione familiare.
28/10/2024: Prima volta in questo agriturismo ma sicuramente non ultima. È stato tutto di mio gradimento, dagli antipasti al dolce, con porzioni abbondanti. Personale molto gentile, cordiale e competente. Ci siamo sentiti subito in un ambiente familiare. Consigliatissimo.

28/09/2024: "Il Bar del Centro’ è diventato uno dei miei posti preferiti in questa vacanza, soprattutto per gli aperitivi e i fantastici tartufi che offrono. Ogni visita è un'esperienza di qualità, grazie alla cura dei dettagli e all’ottima scelta di prodotti. Gli aperitivi sono sempre impeccabili, ben presentati e accompagnati in seguito da tartufi deliziosi, che colpiscono per il ripieno generoso di cioccolato.
Il personale merita una menzione speciale: Angelo, Francesco ed Enrico sono sempre sorridenti, educati e professionali. È un piacere essere accolti da persone che mettono tanta passione nel loro lavoro.
Pino, che ci accoglie ogni volta con il suo motto "Doppio cuore", un'anticipazione perfetta della dolcezza dei tartufi!
E Daniele, il proprietario, che con grande abilità e dedizione gestisce questo bar, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e piacevole.

28/09/2024: Sono stato in questo bar ad agosto, location molto carina e accogliente, menu con diverse proposte, prezzi onesti e ottimo servizio, gentilezza e cortesia accompagnano ogni momento vogliate passare in questo bar. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dai fantastici camerieri sempre sorridenti e molto educati ma soprattutto molto preparati e professionali, i quali ci hanno fatto accomodare, ci hanno anche consigliato. Che dire poi dei baristi, anche essi molto preparati e professionali, ci hanno preparato dei cocktail buonissimi accompagnati con dei fantastici taglieri davvero molto buoni. Tornati la sera abbiamo assaggiato il loro famoso tartufo di pizzo, che dire non c'è paragone con le altre gelaterie, in poche parole il più buono che abbia assaggiato in tutta pizzo. Esperienzia fantastica, ci tornerò sicuramente.

È stato tutto di nostro gradimento..peccato per i ravioli dove la riduzione di porcini sovrastava gli altri ingredienti e il pesce spada un pó asciutto...nel complesso ottimi piatti. Consigliato. Ritorneremo per assaggiare le altre preparazioni.
