16/11/2025: For a light meal, we shared a starter and a first course each. The tagliatelle with wild boar and the very flavorful ragù were exceptional. The fettuccine with porcini mushrooms were al dente and wrinkled, but not very flavorful. The homemade desserts were delicious. The service was courteous, punctual, and very fast. It's unfortunate that there were no menus to read, but we'll definitely be back.

19/10/2025: At this restaurant, they make something special: a boiled potato, sliced ​​open, and topped with ingredients you'd normally put on a pizza. You can also eat pizza, which is what my group did. All the pizzas were good on top, but if you turned them over, they were all burned underneath, giving them that bitter taste that burnt pizza gives. I'm sorry to say this, but the pizza chef needs to work a little harder. As for the atmosphere, it's cozy; the only advice I can give is to use less wood in the stove.

The pizza is excellent in terms of dough, digestibility, ingredients, and cooking. If you plan to go on a Saturday night, you need to reserve well in advance. Highly recommended.

11/09/2025: Compared to last year, there's been a drastic drop in preparation and quality of the dishes offered. Fried calamari consists of only the tails and a few tentacles. The rest of the mantle is used to prepare skewers, which, quite paltry, were priced at €2.50 each. The flavors also leave much to be desired. We've been there several times last year and always had a great experience. Too bad...

21/10/2025: A wonderful experience, the staff were helpful and friendly, very attentive to everything going on. The food was excellent, and the dishes told the story of Abruzzo. Homemade cured meats, cacio e ov (cheese and egg) balls, stuffed peppers, and legume soup—all of this served as appetizers, not to mention the sublime homemade egg pasta. The house wine didn't disappoint, enveloping and perfectly complementing the meal without being heavy. To finish on a high note, the various types of roast meat were delicious. Desserts, yes, are available, and they're all delicious. The only flaw was that we shared everything in the middle for four people, which was a bit too much, but we'll definitely be back.

Their cuisine is traditional, authentic, and predominantly meat-based, with a truly extensive menu that is meticulously prepared. Among their signature dishes, which I find very special, is the first course: the mezze maniche fantasia—a dish of indescribable deliciousness, creamy, balanced, and rich in flavor, a true explosion of taste that captivates from the first bite 🤩 The last time I tried pizz e foje, a typical Abruzzo dish, I can say with absolute certainty that in 29 years of life I've never eaten anything so good! A place that always manages to surprise you, with authentic dishes and genuine people. Ribot is a guarantee of quality, tradition, and human warmth. The setting was scenic, with a beautiful view. The waiter, who I assume is also the competent owner, was very welcoming and warm. Thank you for making us spend a few happy hours.

Fortunatamente la professionalità e la buona cucina, unitamente ad un'atmosfera familiare, non tradisce le aspettative. Tutto veramente buono, ma da segnalare la pasta con tartare di tonno e limone, eccezionale.

I'd like to point out that Mrs. Amalia, the owner and cook, went out of her way, even without seeing me, to make my anniversary special. Greetings also to Mr. Tonino and the waitress. Having said that, I can say that the food here is good. Very good. Without too many frills and culinary falsehoods. You can sense the desire to serve dishes made with love and passion. 02/10/2025: I'd call this a top-notch trattoria. The staff is friendly, helpful, and sociable. The place isn't very large, seating about 50 people, and is well-managed. The tables are set with cloth tablecloths, which I personally appreciate. They serve traditional local dishes, made with high-quality ingredients, and the first courses are plentiful and satisfying. Reservations are recommended.
