15/04/2024: I recommend this place. I went with a lunch voucher offered by the ski centre, from their point of view they could therefore have given me a "minimum of decency" service and nothing more because in any case I wasn't the one paying and maybe I would never have returned. On the contrary, they welcomed me as rarely happens for a place on the slopes, that is, with great courtesy and attention and not just in a hasty way. the portion of food was generous and of excellent quality. Really compliments for the service and how they work. Well done!

16/02/2024: Ormai sono 3 anni che ogni volta che siamo a Zermatt cerchiamo di venire a pranzo a Cervinia alla Bricole. Non dico che sia una passeggiata visto che spesso non ci riesce di prenotare per telefono quindi ci passiamo di persona, però ne vale veramente la pena. I ravioli all’astice e i pate sono i migliori delle Alpi. Poi se ci passi la mattina, fatti fare un cappuccino, che per trovarne uno a questo livello ti tocca sciare fino a Roma 😜

02/04/2024: A beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms and direct piste access. A stay here would always be fantastic but what really makes it stand out is the service. The owners and staff were absolutely amazing and really made this a trip I will always remember. We will definitely be back!

01/05/2024: This place never disappoints, the pizza is amazing and service is very kind too. I’ve been visiting for a few years now and it’s my goto place for pizza. Even in Milan where I’ve lived I have not had pizza this good. My personal favourite is the Diavola pizza and add some spicy oil on top for some extra punch. If you’re in Cervinia and looking for a good pizza this is it! In busier seasons i definitely recommend reserving a table in advance as it gets quite busy. Take away is also available.

14/04/2024: Nice place. Lovely to know the front of staff and main server were a married couple; says a lot about how much the business means to them. They were lovely in their service and explaining all the dishes. The food was beautifully presented, something you'd expect of something with a Michelin star. Out of all the dishes from the 6 course tasting menu, only one stood out, the quail and langoustine. It was very well cooked and the flavours deep and rich. The other dishes were nice but not quite the Michelin standard I'd expect, especially for the price we paid. I realise the chef is from Sweden but two dishes with salmon and one with trout doesn't really give the variety or value I'd expect, but maybe that's a personal thing. If it's a special occasion, definitely give this place a go.

18/03/2024: Food was good, but wouldn’t say amazing, as I usually expect with a Michelin restaurant (of which I’ve been to many). Presentation was nice, but not overly impressed with taste/flavors. Staff was attentive and service was top notch. Atmosphere is such that it wants to be cozy in a ski town with simple wood decor, but there is something missing to the coziness, and just feels a bit stiff and cold. Overall, decent meal but not worth the Michelin prices.

10/04/2024: One of the few bars in Cervinia where you can find professionalism and quality, the owner Barman of excellence, can guide you together with his collaborators in making you taste your favorite drink at its best, excellent espresso coffee made with a small lever machine as Italian tradition commands, the breakfast with homemade products, try the Chef's tarts.

15/03/2024: Durante la vacanza ci torniamo sempre, ottima cucina anche per mia figlia celiaca, strova sempre ottime soluzioni senza glutine. Cucina tradizionale in un ambiente casalingo.

01/03/2024: Piccolo ristorantino lungo la statale di Valtournenche a conduzione familiare. Servizio accogliente e premuroso da parte di due signore di cui una presumo la proprietaria. Menu tipico valdostano. Abbiamo preso salumi misti e vol au vent con fonduta, salumi buoni troppo salato il lardo. Poi polenta con fonduta buonissima e appetitosa sino all ultima cucchiaiata con fonduta leggera che non ti chiude lo stomaco dopo poche cucchiaiate. Il mio accompagnatore ha preso la bistecca valdostana veramente ottma grande farcita con ingredienti di qualità proprio perfetta per un commensale affamato dopo una giornata di sci!!!! DA PROVARE La fioca valdostana con frutti bosco una e con cacao l altra ha chiuso il pasto. Per me unico neo un po troppa paprika quasi su ogni piatto ..... Conto onesto con offerto caffè e digestivo. Noi non abbiamo preso nulla e super super abbiamo avuto corrispondente sconticino sul conto! Grande savoir faire pressoché unico! DA PROVARE

17/05/2024: The stay was perfect. Thank you again for the wonderful experience at the Les Neiges d'Antan hotel. Immersed in nature a few km from Cervinia, it is an extremely refined charming place, furnished with personal taste in every part, and at the same time welcoming as if you were staying with family. The cuisine is excellent, the breakfast is rich and plentiful. The lounge bar has a rich collection of vinyl records and invites you to relax and socialize. A special note of thanks goes to the staff who pampered us from our arrival until our departure. Mrs. Deborah, Lorenzo, the very kind lady in the breakfast room/restaurant. All impeccable. 24/03/2024: Wonderful one-week stay for a snow vacation in February 2024. Clara, Ludovico, Deborah, Marina, Sergio, Pier, Maurice, Andrej and the entire high-performance, smiling and friendly team go out of their way to welcome you warmly and make you feel at home. Everything was so nice (from the room to the breakfasts with an exceptional choice, the delicious dinners, the cozy lounges, the fireplaces all over the hotel, the spa, the vinyl records and their turntables, the view on the Matterhorn, the shuttles immediately available, etc.) that we left the hotel and its hosts with immense regret, promising that we would return as soon as possible.
