24/11/2024: Bergman Mountain Hotel is simply excellent! The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable stay. The spa is absolutely wonderful—a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate after a ski day. The staff is amazing—always friendly, helpful, and ready to go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. A special shoutout to Alessandro, who made our trip even more memorable. He drove us to local spots and was always available with a smile and great recommendations. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Italy. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in the mountains!

25/08/2024: Respinti dal locale dopo aver fatto regolare prenotazione con due giorni di anticipo, lasciato nominativo, telefono e orario di arrivo (ore 20) Purtroppo nel 2024 deve succedere anche questo….. Motivo, non risultava la prenotazione. E il bello è che per rimediare a questa spiacevolissima situazione l’unica soluzione che ci hanno proposto è di aspettare, tra l'altro fuori con temperature tutt'altro che piacevoli e con due bambini infreddoliti, fino al momento che si fosse liberato un tavolo….. peccato che alle 20 i clienti tendano ad arrivare, non a finire la cena! Si trattava di aspettare minimo un'ora e probabilmente anche più! Indecente! Sarebbe il caso che il titolare riflettesse sul fatto se continuare un’attività di ristorazione e trattare i clienti come si meritano o chiudere i battenti per manifesta incapacità…..

24/07/2024: Fantastic experience, great food, attentive and kind service We took two tasting menus: Charcuterie and cheese platter with fried dumplings Beef bourguignonne with grilled vegetables Fondue with croutons raclette Boiled potatoes with sauces Fried dumplings with Nutella were finished and the owner offered us à la carte desserts Congratulations you were fantastic, absolutely worth trying and coming back

09/12/2024: Let's put the price aside because we know that they are like this in Cervinia. Let's rather talk about the product, normal pizza, nothing exceptional, not very seasoned in the opinion of our group. Pizza with a high edge that doesn't make much sense to exist because it doesn't come remotely close to a contemporary Neapolitan one. Very bready dough. The pizzas seemed half-heartedly made. This pizzeria was recommended to us but we recommend it IF AND ONLY IF you can't do without pizza, otherwise avoid it, make it yourself at home.

12/07/2024: What a wonderful location and a wonderful hotel with a special and warm-hearted owner. Great in terms of service; just order a drink and they will make it a party. You get a special table in the restaurant and if you ask for a Grappa, you get a cousin's Grappa. The fireplace is lit for you even if you are the only guest in the bar. You feel very appreciated.

17/05/2024: The stay was perfect. Thank you again for the wonderful experience at the Les Neiges d'Antan hotel. Immersed in nature a few km from Cervinia, it is an extremely refined charming place, furnished with personal taste in every part, and at the same time welcoming as if you were staying with family. The cuisine is excellent, the breakfast is rich and plentiful. The lounge bar has a rich collection of vinyl records and invites you to relax and socialize. A special note of thanks goes to the staff who pampered us from our arrival until our departure. Mrs. Deborah, Lorenzo, the very kind lady in the breakfast room/restaurant. All impeccable. Thank you with all my heart

11/08/2024: Am amazing experience. The food is at the top in the area and the region. The polenta frigile with melted blue d’aosta cheese are an absolute must. Chef Damiano is at the top of his game.

12/11/2024: E' una certezza, si spende il giusto, si è sulle piste, si cena in una vera baita, le porzioni sono abbondanti (basta in pratica una sola portata), la carta dei vini è molto ampia. Il locale è diviso in due parti, una 'vecchia' che è il cuore centrale e si trova al piano di sopra, una nuova che è anch'essa molto bella ma che viene aperta solo quando c'è molta gente ovvero in stagione. 05/10/2024: Quel bonheur, enfin un endroit où manger une belle chasse pour l’automne, déguster du bon vin local le tout dans un décor sublime. Un grand bravo au chef pour la sauce du pavé de bœuf, un délice. Nous reviendrons bientôt.

24/08/2024: A very good hotel, right at the feet of the king, the Matterhorn, which can be seen directly from the north-facing rooms. The suite where we stayed was huge, more than eighty meters, and also with a magnificent terrace. The breakfast is simple but quite complete and all the staff are very friendly and efficient: the room cleaning service is very fast and effective.

08/12/2024: Amazing celebratory lunch at Chalet Etoile. Cali is a legend and friendly host, we had free welcome Prosecco and amazing truffle pasta and wild boar ragu!! Brilliant service and atmosphere!

05/04/2024: Essendo ospiti della struttura alberghiera (bellissima) abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante, di alto livello e segnalato Michelin. Ambiente molto bello e curato, tutto in legno, mise en place minimale e forse per un ristorante così si potrebbe migliorare. Piatti molto curati, presentati in modo eccellente e molto particolari; abbiamo assaggiato carpaccio di manzo "tataki", pancetta di maiale nero (molto tenera), risotto e filetto; carta dei vini veramente ampia con possibilità di scelta italiana ed anche straniera. Servizio buono, personale molto disponibile. Costo : decisamente elevato, anche dovuto al fatto della segnalazione Michelin e dei piatti serviti; non è decisamente un ristorante per tutte le tashce e forse a questi prezzi qualcosa andrebbe migliorato. In ogni caso nel complesso molto buono e consigliato per persone che cercano cose particolari in un ambiente molto curato.

28/08/2024: What a crazy place! We ate there two evenings on holiday in Cervinia, truly wonderful. Excellent food and very kind and nice guys! Everyone was really good, we will definitely be back the next time we pass through Cervinia! PS: we heard Transparent!! Hunk!
