17/10/2025: I feel compelled to give one star for an absurd reason: we're going to dinner in August, 15 of us, a large bill, and 15 divided by 49 and something... what do they do? Rounding up to 50. This is already incredible, but it doesn't end there: those who want to pay in cash pay 47 euros, those who want to pay by card 52. These things really leave a mark; a place that should be absolutely top-notch has fallen dramatically in style. Sorry, but it's unacceptable to still see these things in a place where main courses start at 25-27 euros and up...

09/12/2025: The location, service, and food are top-notch! Everything is meticulously crafted and unique, with passion and commitment evident in everything. The quality and price are adequate. The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful.

09/12/2025: Just left dinner, and I have to say, Christian outdid himself. I tried the arrosticini and a carbonara made to perfection: flavorful, creamy, and with that precision that only someone who truly loves what they do can bring to the dish. All accompanied by a truly excellent wine, carefully and expertly recommended. To finish, a soft and delicious tiramisu, perfect for ending the evening with a smile. A place where you can taste the chef's touch and passion in every dish. Highly recommended.

08/11/2025: The venison stew with polenta was simply exceptional, tender and flavorful to perfection. Fair prices and a welcoming atmosphere that truly lets you breathe in the mountain air. The location is also worth it: well-maintained, with a truly pleasant view and energy. Highly recommended!

08/12/2025: Stunning ski area: countless descents and as many as ascents. The chairlifts reach up to 3,900 m, an altitude that allows you to ski even in March or April. There's also a connection to the Swiss resort of Zermatt, allowing for even more skiing... simply fabulous!

14/12/2025: We've eaten at this pizzeria/restaurant several times over the past few years. The staff is friendly and helpful, the menu is extensive, and the food is excellent. A final word of praise for the price, which is always in line with the quality and portions. Highly recommended.

13/12/2025: We went to this restaurant at the recommendation of our hotel host. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered several dishes, from appetizers to the Florentine steak, and everything was delicious. The price was also very fair; it wasn't a tourist trap, as you might expect.

03/12/2025: I was shocked. I went to the counter and asked if we were having lunch. The answer was English. I told him to have lunch. Then someone else asked me "restaurant" twice and I said yes. He kept looking at me. So I went to the restaurant and yelled "Where are you going?" At this point, I left and went back to the place where I had lunch the previous 3 days at the SuperG, where the welcome, courtesy, and professionalism were excellent. I'M SORRY, BUT I CAN'T ACCEPT PAYING 70-100 FOR TWO FOR LUNCH AND BEING TREATED BADLY.

24/08/2025: Simply the best ice cream I've ever had in the region! The wild berry sorbet, the pistachio ice cream and the honey/caramel ice cream were all great, but the mint-chocolate ice cream with mint leaves picked from the garden and infused directly... It's just a dream! Grazie mille!!

05/08/2025: Purtroppo siamo stati pochi giorni a Valtournenche e abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare solamente il gelato...ma ci siamo tornati due giorni dei tre che abbiamo trascorso lì perché davvero buonissimo. Se ne avverte la freschezza e la qualità dei prodotti utilizzati inoltre la sua consistenza cremosa è perfetta! Ci sono anche gusti particolari e deliziosi che solitamente non si trovano come l'after eight e mascarpone e fichi. Molto gentile il proprietario che, in caso di dubbi sui gusti da scegliere aiuta con delle spiegazioni sugli ingredienti e dei consigli. Per me e mia figlia che siamo golose di gelato artigianale e ne abbiamo assaggiati tanti ovunque...un gelato che si farà ricordare

02/09/2025: Excellent stay. The heating was much appreciated given the cold weather, even though it was late August. The only flaw was that the herbal tea cups were dirty.

30/04/2025: Just spent 2 wonderful days at Bergman Mtn Hotel . I have been to Cervinia several times and this is by far my favorite hotel . The location is perfect- ski in / out and Alessandro and his team were outstanding. Alessandro even took me to the local ski shop to rent my equipment and offer suggestions. Breakfast was excellent and my one dinner at the hotel was very good . Can not wait to return.

29/04/2025: We were obsessed with this place and did not want to leave!! The room, the location, the decor, the breakfast, the music and the owners were incredible! The moment we met Alessandro and Nicoletta they felt like family- their hospitality and kindness are unmatched and we will forever remember it! We always loved Italy and love it even more now because of them and this special place! Praying the Lord blesses our new friends and their wonderful hotel!! 21/08/2025: The room was small but nice and the kitchen was excellent

15/08/2025: We spent 3 nights in this charming, newly renovated hotel. Very, very beautiful decor, pleasant rooms and a young, very welcoming team who spoke French. We highly recommend it to those who want to spend a few days to see the 4000m area and the Matterhorn....even if the Cervinia resort is not very beautiful in the summer.

11/11/2025: saw a post on an Asian traveler's TikTok. Is this the establishment that was mentioned for allegedly discriminating against or ignoring Asian tourists .It is surprising to hear about such behavior in this day and age. This is truly disappointing

10/11/2025: I walked into your restaurant in Switzerland and it became crystal clear the moment I stepped in — the owner treats people like us like we’re beneath them. On the first day we couldn’t eat because you told us there were no free tables, even though Google Maps said otherwise and there were plenty of empty ones. You asked us to come back at 9:30pm. On the second day my dad and his friend (who lives local) went in, you let them sit, but then refused to take our order — until we started live-streaming on TikTok, only then you would take it. And through it all we got the look. The look of disdain. But just so you know: my family business isn’t poor. If we were second-class, then you wouldn’t have the CEO of a Swiss bank flying in to bring my dad New Year gifts every year.

21/10/2025: We were very happy to find this restaurant as many others were closed due this off-season time. The restaurant is located in the very center of the town, has lots of dining spaces and is amazingly decorated with dozens of paintings of the Cervino mountain and its related stories and legends. All paintings were painted by the same painter. The food was versatile and good although not too sophisticated as we took mostly the vegeterian.

17/11/2025: Enchanting location, one of the few hotels/restaurants completely immersed in nature, with friendly and helpful staff. The dinner was delicious, with high-quality ingredients, everything was truly delicious! The wines they recommended to accompany the dishes were perfect. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

17/11/2025: The hotel's location is incredible, one of the few hotels in Cervinia and the surrounding area with a magical atmosphere. The hotel is truly beautiful, every detail is meticulously cared for, and it's truly worth it. I would honestly recommend it to everyone! We ate the best Valpellinenze ever, and the rest of the food was delicious too! Excellent wine... For anyone passing through, I recommend it even just for lunch or dinner.
