27/01/2025: I went to this restaurant a few days ago with my friends and I can only leave a super positive comment. The food is simply excellent: every course, from starter to dessert, was a real delight! The environment is perfect, welcoming and warm, with a wonderful mountain style. The staff is not only extremely professional, but also incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended, can't wait to go back!

26/01/2025: Absolutely stunning location. Family run boutique hotel with fantastic attention to detail. Alessandro and Nicoletta, the hosts and owners run a super show. The breakfast and dinners are wonderful and the rooms are stylish and comfortable. The spa is a lovely treat apres ski. Food, wine and service just outstanding. Thank you & hopefully see you again. 15/01/2025: My husband and I have never experienced such incredible service! The staff, especially the owners, were helpful, attentive and polite. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and highly recommend Bergman Mountain hotel to anyone.

14/01/2025: Dec 2024 Restaurant with attention to the smallest detail. Always careful that customers feel at ease (personally when I go there, I feel as if I were at home among friends) even with requests outside the menu. Delicious dishes with great attention to detail as always, even in their presentation. Thanks to Stefania and her husband Andrea for the new management of the restaurant. I highly recommend going there. Reservation recommended. - I can't wait to go again this summer and enjoy a delicious lunch, surrounded by mountains and an expanse of meadows. For the room, clean, well furnished with TV, kettle, fridge and shower products. Furthermore, for those who have dogs (like me), you will find some water bowls in the room. Really great for everything.

12/01/2025: Ristorante curato al minimo dettaglio. Sempre attenti che i clienti si sentano a loro agio, ( personalmente quando vado li, mi sento come se fossi a casa tra amici ) anche con richieste al di fuori del menù. Piatti buonissimi e curatissimi come sempre anche nella presentazione. Grazie a Stefania e suo marito Andrea per la nuova gestione del ristorante. Consiglio vivamente di andarci. Prenotazione consigliata. - Non vedo l'ora di andare anche questa estate e godermi un pranzo buonissimo, immerso dalle montagne e da una distesa di prati. Per la camera, pulita ben arredata con tv , bollitore, frigoriferino e prodotti per la doccia. In più per chi ha cani ( come me ) troverai in stanza delle ciotoline per acqua. Veramete ottimo per tutto.

17/02/2025: Väldigt smaklös mat och glasen kändes inte rena. Beställde en Spaghetti Bolognese men den var inte bra, smaklös och dåligt tillagad. Grabben åt Carbonara och den var ”ok”. De ställde fram bröd innan maten kom men det måste varit ifrån igår. På den positiva sidan var det relativt snabb service jämfört med andra liknande ställen mitt i pisten och läget är fantastiskt mitt i pisten med en stor terrass i söderläge.

07/02/2025: Cosa dire. Siamo arrivati in questa baita molto carina e siamo stati accolti più o meno gentilmente. Dopo averci fatto accomodare nella saletta adiacente abbiamo ordinato le pietanze. Non ricordo esattamente quanto tempo abbiamo aspettato per ricevere i piatti (abbastanza curati nella presenza) ma di cattivo gusto e sapore. Deludente sia il servizio che il cibo. Non sono assolutamente competenti del lavoro che svolgono. Vi consiglio vivamente altri locali.

24/01/2025: We ordered everything for six starters and double mains, but everyone didn't even get two raclette cheeses. There wasn't one for everyone either, otherwise everything was good. The cold meats of the main course could have been replaced with more cheese. A small thing, but takes a fifth star!

22/01/2025: Really good place. Compared to other restaurants nearby, the food is a little bit better and prices lower. I would definitely recommend this place ;)

10/02/2025: Best apre-ski ever! The place is perfectly located at one of the blue slopes and the DJ/music makes de apres-ski a must go! Service is good, drinks has average prices considering on slope standards (dont miss the hot Bombardino drink!) and the fun is garanteed. Just remember that you have to go down back to the village so be sober enough to do it! You have a long blue run back or a red, for the more experienced.

01/02/2025: Awesome restaurant in the ski resort. Delicious food, beautiful chalet decor, friendly staff, nice vibe with live music, warm inside, and gorgeous views of the Alps.

13/02/2025: Nice pizzeria with a large selection of pizza. The pizza and other dishes were good. We also liked the desserts.

09/02/2025: Saturday evening, we book a table for 5 at 7.30pm, for a total of €145.. for pizzas.. Tables a little crowded together to maximize capacity, the waiters kept pushing at our chairs and jackets. It seemed like a tourist pizza to us, nothing to do with Neapolitan pizza. The dough is nothing special, the seasonings are quite bland, but the spicy oil saves you for some flavour. €8.5 for a liter of coke is excessive to say the least, even for Cervinia. If you are staying for a few days, wait until you eat pizza in your favorite pizzeria...

18/01/2025: Delicious bagels and coctails. Only giving 4 stars as we had to wait for 1 hour till bagels were prepared. Other than that - it's a great place to visit.

03/01/2025: Questo è il miglior bar di Cervinia in assoluto: sia per l’aperitivo sempre ottimo sia come dopo cena. Daniel è sempre attento e gentile, i cocktail sono ottimi: un posto che ti fa sentire a casa❤️

21/01/2025: In mezzo a tutti i vari ristoranti e self-service che si trovano sulle piste, l'etoile è senza dubbio il migliore! Agli stessi prezzi dei locali concorrenti c'è una qualità di gran lunga migliore, per cui, lo consiglio vivamente!

29/12/2024: Quaint, friendly and yummy. Found this gem while exploring Cervinia as we skied over from Zermatt for the day. Focaccia was tasty!

03/02/2025: We had the best experience at La Samovar - family run hotel with the warmest kindest hosts. The cosy bar with fireplace for guests only was such a relaxing space after a hard day’s skiing. Hosts even suggested we use the space to eat out take out pizza when all the restaurants were fully booked. Rooms were spacious. Love the breakfast especially warm spinach, so rare to have greens. Will be back in La Samovar in Cervinia.

28/01/2025: We absolutely loved our week stay at Le Samovar. The stadd were fantastic and with only 6 rooms you get a real homely feel. Breakfast was amazing with fresh produce and made to order hot breakfast. the coffee was also fantastic and they have a huge range of fresh tea. The private bar is also a bonus and you have use of a huge private lounge. This place is like having your own chalet in the middle of the town! We will be returning and hope to take all the rooms!

03/01/2025: Väldigt bra läge, mat, och dryck. Bra service och trevlig personal. Vacker utsikt om man sitter ute. Det enda negativa är att man kan missa infarten från backen.

Il cibo è buonissimo, Ottimo il BBQ, una cartina di vini pazzesca, ma Ia cosa più incredibile sono le ciabattine che la proprietaria mette a disposizione mentre si asciugano gli scarponi vicino alla stube
