01/04/2025: Il viaggio per raggiungerlo di sera col gatto delle nevi, sotto una bella nevicata, e l’arrivo nello spiazzo con l’albero secolare completamente addobbato ed un caldo vin brulé di benvenuto sono stati veramente una bella esperienza. La gestione dell’alto afflusso è stata più che soddisfacente, si vede che sono abituati e tutto si è svolto senza intoppi. Alcune cose che abbiamo mangiato erano veramente buone, come la raclette, gli affettati e le famose costolette, altre un po’ meno, ma sicuramente il menù è vario. Le quantità non sono così abbondanti, nonostante la varietà, da non lasciare spazio per i dolci (forse la cosa più deludente). Il tutto ci è sembrato un po’ troppo alla ricerca dell'effetto instagram per essere autentico. Infine il rapporto esperienza/prezzo ci è sembrato un po’ sbilanciato ma comunque è una delle cose più originali da fare nei dintorni.

04/04/2025: Beware of tourist trap! Having seen good comments we went there... Unfortunately the management has changed and the food is terrible! 2 almost inedible pizzas, 1 four cheeses or apart from mozzarella there was nothing else! It's stupid, Italy is the country of pizza and a flavorless hamburger. Add to that 2€/person for the service! Even my children didn't want to have dessert because it was so bad. Service without more. Overall very disappointed

19/03/2025: Truly delicious pastry and chocolate shop. Everything I purchased—cake, cookies and chocolates—was fantastic. To have such a talented owner and creator serving you and explaining his creations to you shows the quality and authenticity of the place. In particular, the Sacher Torte was one of the best I’ve ever had.

17/03/2025: It's rare to give 5 stars, especially to places visited by tourists where the quality goes down and the price goes up. Not here. Small bar on the LaThuile bridge which many years ago was an ice cream shop, if I remember correctly. Now it has become a gem of both aesthetic and culinary art. The name: a program and well deserved! Perfectly presented pastries, pastries and chocolate cakes with a flavor and quality that I haven't tasted for a long time. The chocolate, as dense as it should be, is enjoyed in spoonfuls and not in sips and strictly without cream. Finally! Really good! Prices: well, considering that it costs the same as all the other bars in the area, I would say that the value is excellent. I will return often. Thank you

16/02/2025: Excellent experience everything perfect. The owners are very kind and super helpful, recommended! Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes, availability of lounge with herbal teas included.

01/04/2025: Nous y sommes allés 2 jours de suite! Accueil très sympathique et nourriture excellente. La polenta gratinée aux cèpes était excellente. Même choses pour les lasagnes blanches aux cèpes et truffes et les penne arrabiata. Portions généreuses et prix plus que corrects. Très bons vins blanc et rouge du Val d’Aoste. Réservation recommandée en haute saison.

07/03/2025: Lasagne et tiramisu = une tuerie 😀 Dommage d être venu que le dernier jour du séjour sinon je serai venu plusieurs fois. A l annee prochaine 😄

08/03/2025: We went here as a party of ten, comprising all f two families with four teens. It was very busy and we had a few minutes wait for our reserved table (which was good as some of us were running late). The one disappointment was that they did not serve pizzas in the evening, which is a little odd in an Italian restaurant that has “pizzeria” in its name! I’m not sure what the cut off time is but we were sitting down after 9:30pm. The food we did order was all very good and well received. The wine too was good quality. Recommend.

12/04/2025: Incredible experience. The staff was very friendly and smiling. The dishes are refined, particularly the tagliatelle with chestnut flour. The beef fillet with mushrooms is also incredible... in short, if you want to have a very good culinary experience in a pleasant setting with smiling, passionate staff who listen to their customers... don't hesitate... it's an excellent address

22/03/2025: Food fine but not special. Appalling service, though I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was incompetence, not malice. They took so long serving us that we ran out of time in the 2-hour slot and they asked us to vacate the table!
