06/03/2025: Il locale è situato appena fuori dall'autostrada che va verso aosta, è ideale per una sosta in un paesino tranquillo e caratteristico.
Il locale è tipico, hanno solo proposte tipiche ben selezionate, riescono a intercettare le esigenze del commensale consigliandoli le pietanze.
Il format è quello della cucina conviviale, e il loro piatto forte è sicuramente la polentasia normale che concia servita con ottimi piatti di carne che vengono serviti in cocci.
La cameriera gentilissima, e tutto il locale rispecchia il suo nome "chez nous", ci si sente davvero ospiti della casa.

Pizza ottima, perfettamente digeribile, croccante e ben condita.
Abbiamo assaggiato una buona peperonata e una gustosa insalata di carciofi molto teneri. Dolce nella media.

14/02/2025: In the great summer heat, we were seated in the air-conditioned interior. Wow, we won't be coming back for the atmosphere and interior design, that's for sure ;) ! However, the service and the food served were absolutely fine!!

I booked on booking at a very honest price, and never thought of finding accommodation like this...
The inn is nice, in a good quiet location. The welcome was excellent and the room was clean and tidy. A great view from the little balcony.
The breakfast which wasn't even included in the reservation was rich.
I wish I could recommend it to you with complete confidence.

20/02/2025: Small but welcoming place, cold cuts platter with natural honey and very good citrus jam, the lard stands out among all the others, with a really interesting flavour!
Gnocchi della lanterna good, rich and abundant, just like a mountain dish should be, the tagliatelle with roe deer ragù also abundant and very pleasant to the taste.
Sweet like grandma's ❤️
Maybe it's a shame about the service being a little slow.

Local foods are eaten
We had an appetizer of Aosta Valley cheeses and cured meats which were too good
And various dishes including abundant first and second courses, accompanied with very good house white wine
In the end, a good Aosta Valley herbal vodka, with a fresh, sweet and flavored taste
Final price for 4: €100 (coverage included)
I recommend stopping to eat at their place

03/03/2025: Locale caratteristico, il giovane ragazzo cameriere gentile ed educato. Questione menù e offerta... leggendo le recensioni mi ero illusa... purtroppo la realtà a gran dispiacere è un'altra: ogni piatto è overcharged e tanto, considerando la qualità purtroppo. Pagare un tagliere di salumi dove l'unica cosa apprezzata è stata il lardo, gli altri salumi totalmente anonimi e scarichi di sapore (e pensare che siamo in montagna con delle eccellenze locali), pagarla 17€. Buoni invece i formaggi ma, anche li, 17-18€ per prodotti che in teoria sono a km 0... too much. La pizza purtroppo non era per niente cotta (sia la base della pizza che il bordo). Trovate in montagna spaghetti con le vongole (tipiche le vongole di Châtillon) dove non avevano profumo, né sapore e asciutte (si sentiva lontanamente l'odore di aglio e olio)... Ma perché? Con tutte le eccellenze locali? Perché il sovrapprezzo così alto per una non eccellenza dei prodotti? Avete questa sala sulle scale con le travi a vista, rustico, al centro... è un vero peccato. C'è forse da cambiare qualcosa I'm cucina, dai prodotti alla mano del cuoco. Bisogna investire sulle materie prime prima di tutto, siete in una area bellissima, vi basta pochissimo!
28/02/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale particolare abbiamo cenato al piano superiore soffitto carino in legno, pizze buone e di notevole varietà, abbiamo preso anche taglieri di formaggio e carne tutto buono..personale gentile
