19/01/2026: Wonderful hotel, staff and service, highly recommend

12/01/2026: We stayed from January 7th to December 12th with two adults, two children aged 1 and 4, and a dog. There's no need for many words. If I could give 10 stars, I'd give it 11. Enchanting place, perfect staff, down to the smallest details. Services? Whatever you want to do related to the mountains and the season, you can do it. REAL cuisine, well-crafted with mountain flavors, excellent wine cellar, breakfast for all tastes, given the wide selection and always top-notch products. We'll be back again and again! I would recommend it to anyone, whether for a simple getaway of one or two nights or for staying several days. A special thanks to all the staff for their patience and impeccable professionalism, they made us feel at home. Matteo, Giorgia, Nico, and the little, fearless Mia!

14/12/2025: Great pasta and burgers. Chocolate cake with freshly whipped cream was delicious and the coffee was excellent too. Reccomend!

14/03/2026: After a long day of skiing, we spotted this cute place for a snack. The bar was actually very nice, but the staff was extremely rude: we waited 10 minutes just to ask if we could sit down. We weren't told there would be no table service. After another 10 minutes, we asked to order at the counter, and when we asked if we should clear the table, we were told yes. I don't think we'll be back.

05/03/2026: I'll start by saying that I'm celiac and found the staff knowledgeable and attentive. There's a wide selection of excellent-quality, gluten-free local products. The place is very nice and strategically located, close to the ski slopes. I recommend the mixed platter of local products, which is truly excellent (very generous). The prices are fair, considering the quality and location.

07/03/2026: We recently ate at L’essentiel and the food was delicious including the trout starte, onion soup etc. all exceptional. But more importantly, the management and personnel are accommodating and so thoughtful. They had steak off the menu and it had finished so they promised to order some for us on our next visit. Truly caring. We highly recommend

06/03/2026: Whatever you do don’t eat at this restaurant. They serve uncooked pork. We sent it out twice showing them that the meat was cold and uncooked without any improvement. Then we finally gave up and asked for the bill and they charged us full price…..

06/02/2026: Delicious food, friendly and accommodating staff. They've also managed to create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. An unbeatable combination for those seeking comfort and relief after a tiring day. Highly recommended.
