03/03/2025: Uno dei nostri posti preferiti per le giornate sulla neve a Champoluc. Il Taconet può essere una tappa fissa per un break di metà mattina (toast e torte ottime…e un bombardino XL), la scelta giusta per un pranzo con gli amici tra una discesa e l’altra (molte alternative per chi vuole gustarsi prelibatezze o rimanere leggero - ma con gusto - per riprendere a sciare) e ancora….la meta per una serata unica. Da provare almeno una volta la cena con arrivo sul gatto delle nevi….esperienza unica!!!! Ulteriore valore aggiunto…la cortesia, professionalità e simpatia di tutto lo staff! Consigliatissimo assolutamente!!!

01/06/2025: We were a couple this weekend and we had a great time, friendly staff, very good breakfast, excellent cleaning. I didn't like that much that in the wellness center we found two large bottles of water already opened and consumed halfway! For the rest very nice and clean and everything perfect

12/07/2025: An experience of cordiality and excellent flavors! During our week-long vacation, we went there twice. The first time because we were convinced by the photos of the dishes, the second time because we had to return! We found no flaws (at least not ones worthy of note)! The menu was easy to understand, the specialty items were appetizing, the preparation was excellent, and the staff was knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of their guests. We're not posting photos of the dishes because we didn't have time! Beautiful, artistic, delicious, plentiful, inviting, and fragrant. I'm posting this review with the hope that anyone passing through Champoluc who has the opportunity to stop for a meal can visit Andreone and his staff and have the same experience we did!

29/06/2025: Excellent restaurant with particularly attentive and empathetic staff. We always dined in the restaurant for all three evenings spent in Champoluc always finding the possibility of appropriate choices both from the general menu and from the suggestions relating to the off-menu. Highly recommended.

24/05/2025: We returned but we no longer found the number 1 pizza chef Marcellino who made us eat excellent pizzas with digestible dough

07/02/2025: Had a very good gluten free Burrata pizza. The service was quick and attentive, we had good wine in the glass and an overall brilliant experience.

13/03/2025: We were waiting for the main course for 45 mins and it was not as the menu: a portion of trout with herbs was a lazy filet of fish with a few slices of vegetables. After negation with the manager we were promised a new portion after 15 minutes. Well, after 15 minutes of waiting, we were our way off and the manager was just shouting a “bye-bye” after us. Not a place to recommend! DO NOT GO THERE!

11/07/2025: We rested during a long walk. We ordered a platter that was spectacular. We had a wonderful time on the sofas in the sun.

09/07/2025: A stunning place, both for its natural surroundings and its location: views of the Ayas Valley and the Matterhorn. Excellent food and attentive, punctual service.

29/03/2025: The structure is immersed in a fairy tale. Attention to detail. We happened to be in the middle of a work group on vacation that monopolized some spaces but, beyond this, we had a great time. Thanks to Ettore first and foremost who literally spoiled us. A magical place to visit and love

02/06/2025: Cibo di scarsa qualità e non a livello di come si presenta il ristorante. Prodotti di bassa qualità e cantina uguale. Il vino consigliato poteva essere un vino da 5 euro al supermercato. La carne ugualmente di bassa qualità. Pure la polenta scondita e niente di che. Una gran presa in giro. Non lo consigliamo e non ci torneremo
