As soon as you enter, you sense the passion, care, and attention this establishment and its entire staff devote to every detail. The true beating heart of the place is the pizza chef, Francesco, a true master of the dough. His ability to combine tradition and creativity is extraordinary: each pizza is perfectly cooked and releases aromas of freshness that entice you even before the first bite. You can clearly see the love and dedication he puts into his work. This pizzeria is truly worth a visit!

The appetizers are also excellent and we highly recommend them. Superb and very friendly service, especially Fatima! Very efficient reservation system. 04/10/2025: I only stayed one night, which is a shame... but that was enough to realize it's an oasis of peace in every sense of the word! Eleonora, the owner, is fantastic. I recommend it to anyone who wants to escape the stress of everyday life and relax among the vineyards and a dip in the pool. I highly recommend it.

24/10/2025: Last night I had the pleasure of eating at "Ministero della Brace" for the first time, even though the place has been around for 17 years, which confirms the professionalism and solidity of the business. Everything was delicious, the freshest ingredients cooked with love by Mr. Nino and served by his inseparable brother, a family-run business that takes you back to times gone by. Thank you so much, because in addition to eating wonderfully and drinking Nino's fantastic rosolio liqueurs, I felt enveloped in a warm embrace. I highly recommend it. The price is absolutely fair.

21/10/2025: Nino is not only a fabulous chef but also a very personal host. Love the way he cooks all types of fresh fish and pasta. Everything, even the olives, are his creations! Deliciosa!

09/12/2025: This place is fantastic for those who want refined flavours, we had the raw fish and it tasted like the sea, everything was fresh and had an excellent flavour, then we moved on to the lobster mezze maniche and here the chef made the difference, to say good excellent is an understatement

03/10/2025: We had dinner with the Fork and were surprised not only by the quality of the food but also by the hospitality and the particular kindness. We were greeted with a free and appreciated gastronomic surprise and left with delicious limoncello, always free. Truly excellent!! We'll be back soon.

09/11/2025: Extremely rude! I'm on the phone asking for a reservation and the person, assuming I had hung up, literally tells me to go fuck myself and hangs up on me. I call back and he justifies himself by saying that if a person hangs up on me (which I actually heard is not true) I can send them to Fuck off! ABSURD 30 YEARS that I have been working in the restaurant business managing restaurants and I have NEVER allowed myself, not even with the rudest customer! RUDE!

22/10/2025: Even though it's not close to where I live, I'm happy to travel the 50km round trip for an excellent pizza and a spectacular burger. Excellent value, fast service, and always top-notch.
